Tuff Lawn Service has been providing us with excellent service and I would highly recommend them. This last service, however the tech inadvertently ran over and broke one of our landscape lights. These things happen, but it would have been nice if he left us a note as we werent home at the time. The only reason i know it was him is that we have him on camera.
Tuff Lawn is an exceptional lawn care company. I have tried other services in the past, but none have provided the level of expertise in lawn care and maintenance that Tuff Lawn offers. They go above and beyond in responding to any questions and concerns. Recently, Eudin did our annual aeration and seeding, and the results have been spectacular. We used to have weeds which would take over areas of the lawn, but no more! Our lawn has never looked this good. No downside to hiring them.
Phenomenal experience! Our lawn was a complete disaster but Joe and his team quickly came out to diagnose the problem and put together a comprehensive plan for a reasonable price! The crew that came out was fantastic and extremely hardworking! Fast forward a few weeks later and our lawn is already looking 100% better. Highly recommend!

I've been using Tuff Lawn for a few years now. I must say that Joe Q. is always informative and helpful based on our needs from year to year. Recently, he helped us with our yard and guidance as we live close to the salt water which can be tricky. Joe knows his stuff and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.

I only write reviews when a service is excellent. That's been the case with Tuff Lawn. Today, I had the annual re-seeding. It might seem straightforward but it's not. Carlos and the crew first evaluated my whole -large- lawn and identified areas of fungus and other areas where I had grubs. Each of these requires different solutions which they provided. The re-seeding itself is done with equipment that both aerates the lawn and places down new seed. Interestingly, a few hours after my service, my neighbor had another company come and put down seed. No aeration, just throwing down a bunch of seed. Like most things, the level of skill and attention counts. If you're going to the trouble and expense of having professional lawn help, you might as well use a company that knows and cares about what they're doing.

My property is surrounded by woods and I will never forget when I watched over my Dad s dog for a half hour. Why so short? Well in the mere minutes I took the dog out of my car and into my yard to go to the bathroom before into my houses I found not one, two but three ticks on the dog! I was panicking, I had no idea how bad my yard was. That day I called Tuff Lawn and have been a proud customer for three seasons. I have not had an issue since in that span at my property. I highly recommend Tuff Lawn and their service, it protects you and your furry friends. Don t mess with Lyme.
I have been using Tuff Lawn for a few years now and have to say it has been an amazing experience. I dont typically write reviews, but feel this was worth my time as they truly exceeded my expectations. Last year I had my entire lawn reseeded by Richie and his crew. They charged a reasonable amount for the work and put in effort to make it right. A year later when not all of it came up perfectly they were back and fixed the bare spots. And now it looks amazing. Its this type of excellent service that makes it a pleasure to write reviews. Keep up the good work guys.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE from Richie Henderson and his nasty father. These guys are dishonest and unethical. They overquoted my lawn saying it was 54,500 sq. ft when BOTH True Green andTeed & Brown quoted me 38,000sq ft. And when I called to complain I got Richie Henderson s father online who was even ruder and nastier to me. And I had JUST had a survey done by RKW surveying and overlayed a satellite image on it to prove I only have 38,000 sq. ft. Stick with Teed & Brown or Tuff Lawn. I can t imagine having to deal with these truly unpleasant and UNETHICAL people all year.
I ve worked with both father and son for over a decade: three years ago I removed 15 trees and hired a landscaping architect to improve the value of my home on Tuff lawn advise. My property looks magnificent with the lawn being the star! I live next to a landscaper and for the first time in 23 years, my lawn rivals his!

Ive been using Tuff Lawn for 7 or 8 years. They been very helpful in pointing out the need to control for fungus and for cinch bugs, and also to maintain the proper Ph levels, which is very important in our area. They are always very professional and responsive. If ever Ive had a question or issue, they respond very promptly. And they know what theyre talking about. Highly recommended.
try to charge me for services they did not perform
For 17 years I struggled with fertilizers and my lawn would always be dead by the end of the summer. I used Tuff Lawn for one year and my grass is green and alive. The results speak for themselves!
I have used Tuff Lawn for several years. The lawn care has been very good. No complaints there. However, after reporting damage to my irrigation system due to aeration performed by the company, the response from the owner was accusatory and downright nasty. Dont expect a friendly resolution to a dispute, and do not expect to be treated like a valued customer.
Similar negative experience as others that have already posted. Re: Tuff Lawns response...You should keep as detailed notes and pictures of your lawn results. When I asked John (the owner) if he thought the lawn looked better, he said how would I know??!? My one star rating will remain. And yes, as I pointed out, LOTS of companies offer lawn services.

Owner was extremely unprofessional when a service was disputed. This could have been resolved in a diplomatic manner. Would never use again.
