The team with Creative Nature did a wonderful job turning the sloped side of our fence line from an eyesore into a beautiful planting area (check out the before and after). Clayton was a wonderful contact person- I always knew what was happening and even when there were hiccups, they worked to get them resolved in a timely manner. The entire crew was awesome- they even left our gravel path better than when the project started. We were able to get this project done from quote to finished product in just a few weeks which was amazing. Highly recommend and will be using in the future for more projects!

Cancelled service with my old company as the lawn looked like garbage. With weeks, the lawn started to look fuller and greener. The quietly do their business weekly and leave without interruption. Even where an old trampoline use to lay from the previous owner is filling in. Super impressed... And local!
NWSS was hired to apply various chemical applications, recommended by them, to our lawn.. They professionally provided these services for a couple of years with no issues. Last year they applied a chemical that completely destroyed our lawn. And our neighbor's lawn as well. Both yards have to be re-sodded in the Spring. The owner admitted responsibility immediately. And promised to repair our lawns. It has now been over 4 months and the owner is refusing to honor his word. We are now in litigation. Mistakes like this happen. And taking responsibility to correct the damage is the right thing to do. Thinking you can ignore your customers, like NWSS has done, will only get you reviews like this. And the opportunity to be heard in court!
Norwalk Seasonal Service did an amazing job designing and building our backyard oasis! They were great to work with in the design process, really listening to how we would use the space. Their team executed the plan well and even suggested improvements as they completed the work. A minor detail, but I was so appreciative of how well they cleaned up at the end of each day! Clayton has been very helpful in answering all the questions we’ve had as the work progressed. We absolutely love our new back yard and would work with NSS again!

Very rare these days you get the full package with customer service, professionalism, and beautiful work. Just finished building our house and wanted to have a yard to match. We have been able to use their other services through the various seasons of the year. You will not be disappointed.

He does our work but I have to say he is slow. The other company had our neighbors done a full 30 day before ours was done. Our dandelions for blooming when he finally came. As NSS ages into his business they have learned a lot and we have stuck with them. I always believe with staying local.
We hired Norwalk Seasonal Services to correct work they had previously done that created drainage issues for the entire neighborhood. They completed work on land that was not owned by the person that contracted them and they didnt obtain approval for said work. We attempted to correct the problem they caused out of our own pocket, we put down a deposit and the work was not completed and now they refuse to return our deposit. Extremely disappointed in this company and would never suggest them
I switch to Norwalk Seasonal Services this year and my lawn has never looked better. Price is very reasonable. Trying to go local small businesses for everything and it is well worth it.
I recently used Norwalk Seasonal Services to do my yards leaf removal in Des Moines, Iowa. We live on a little over a quarter of an acre and the time it can take to rake all of the leaves once theyve fallen can be a little overwhelming. The crew was able to remove all of the leaves from our yard and even dug into some places leaves typically get stuck(near a retaining wall/walkout basement door). On top of the quality work, it was very easy to get responses from the business with the utmost courtesy. As you would expect from a high quality professional service. Id recommend their services to anyone and am looking forward to working with them in the future.
We have had other Lawn Care services before and there are none that can come even close to the Quality and Reasonable Priced Services that Norwalk Seasonal Services LLC provides! The childrens park is amazing.
Clayton and his team removed our railroad tie retaining wall and replaced it with a beautiful brick wall, consulting and educating us throughout the process. He even identified and fixed drainage issues to ensure the stability of the new wall. Very happy with the end result!
