Update 5/10/22: Jesse and his partner just finished doing a spring gutter cleaning for us. They both showed up on time were very professional and took their time meticulously cleaning all the gutters. I must say I think this is the best crew that have came and done my gutters so far. They were very friendly and paid attention to detail. I have nothing but good things to say about this company. As always I am completely satisfied and I highly recommend using them. I promise you wont be disappointed. This is my fourth year using Spotless Gutter Cleaning and Repair. As usual, they did an amazing job. Cristian and Eduin texted me and let me know that they were on their way here. Once they got here they told me what they were going to do and they would let me know if they found any problems. They took their time cleaning out the gutters, making sure everything was clean and also did a gutter inspection letting me know that there were no problems with my gutters. They told me all the downspouts were pretty clogged so they cleaned them out the best they could and I should not be having any problems with them going forward. They both completely cleaned up all the debris that they blew off the roof and out of the gutters and then told me what they found and what they did. Cristian and Eduin are very hard workers pay attention to detail. Very friendly and very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend them to take care of your gutters. See you next year!!! **Another Update 6/12/24** just had Spotless Gutters performed a much needed and long overdue gutter cleaning. I was not home when they arrived (saw them on my Ring). They completely cleaned my stuffed to the rim gutters that were full of leaves, pine needles and pine cones plus God knows what else. When I got home everything was cleaned up and the gutters looked amazing! Thanks again for another great job. *Update 12/7/24* I received a text that they were on the way. Once they arrived Paul rang my bell and asked if I could move our cars a bit so they didnt blow debris all over our cars which would have caused damage most definitely. Well they took their time ensuring every bit of whatever was in the gutters was clean. They then cleaned up all the debris that they cleaned from the gutters . I couldnt believe how much junk was packed in our gutters. Especially the pine needles. They both cleaned up our yard and informed me I was good to go. I graciously thanked them both and wished them a Merry Christmas. What can I say, Spotless Gutter Cleaning are the best there is. Thanks for all the great service as always. See you in the spring.

Boris and Lenin arrived on time, finished work and provided before/after photos - all good.

Spotless came to clean my gutters today and I am incredibly disappointed. I have been a customer for about two years but this will be the last time I use the company. I arrived home to find my retaining wall knocked down the negligence of Spotless. They parked their truck right up against the wall and knocked down part of the retaining wall. They left the stones all over the driveway. A family friend was in our home at the time, and told us the workers bumped the wall causing it to fall, and took off without saying a word. Accidents happen, I know, but the way the Spotless employees left without acknowledging it is completely unprofessional.

They bent my gutter by putting a ladder for climbing the roof. There were also bent shingles on roof after they left. Now the corner of the gutter where they bent leaking a lot of water causing issue with accumulation of the water by entrance door . I tried to text their owner John, but got no answer. Not hiring them again. Inspect your gutters for damage after they leave .

I was very pleased with their service!! I was told they would come out within 2 weeks and they came 4 days after I had called--on a Saturday just before a big storm coming the next day that was to bring up to 3 inches of rain. So needless to say, I was so thankful they came out and cleaned my gutters before the storm! They texted me a 1/2 hour before they arrived just as they said would, and cleaned up after the job was done, even removing some leaves from my front yard bushes that Id not had a chance to do myself. Very impressed with their service! Update: I had them come out again this year and this time had them do the gutters, as well as power wash my house--they also gave me 10% discount for doing both. I researched this company after seeing one of their spotless trucks on the highway. Their reviews from previous customers were all very good to excellent. I gave them a call and scheduled a repair and gutter cleaning. Customer service was polite and responsive and scheduling was easy. I have a big house that is very high up, so I expected that the job would be pricey. They gave me a reasonable quote for all the work, which was the price I ultimately paid for the job. I was glad to see no hidden or additional costs were added. Their work was quick and thorough. They cleaned up the area perfectly. My brief interaction with their crew was polite and professional. Great company. They called me back within a few hours when I initially called after hours. They came within a few days, and cleared everything perfectly. Christian was the service tech, and he was awesome!! He showed me pictures, and videos. Very hard worker. I will be using them twice per year moving forward!!

There were multiple appointment cancellations. No notification as to when crews would show. The power washing and window washing team did not notify me as to timing. They missed entire windows and many were left spotty and streaked. They did not return the patio furniture after cleaning and somehow didn t think the bluestone on top of the low walls were part of the patio. The gutter cleaner was OK. I had great expectations based on the emphasis on customer service but it was entirely lacking.

Same lack of notice as previously. I have requested countless times for this business to give me a day or two notice of the service date. This is disrespectful to me as the homeowner to just show up given that I ve asked for advance notice many times. Can t comment on quality as I can t see inside the gutters. Photos would help.

Given 8AM to 3PM window. At 4PM after waiting an entire day, I called the office and was only then told they were delayed at a job and werent coming. I expressed that the failure to not alert me that they were not coming was inexcusable. I received no apology and instead a very nasty reaction.

Edwin and Lenin from spotless gutters came to our home to repair the gutters which were pulling off from the house. They came right on time fixed with new hangers . Job was clean and Very professional.

Both Edwin and Lenin came to my fathers home to clean his gutters and they were efficient, clean and quick. I would absolutely refer them and use them again. I also appreciated that they came all the way from Connecticut to the Bronx.

Quality was not the same as before. The guy was pleasant. He said he cleaned the entire roof but I did not hear his footsteps nor leaf blower ( he said he would blow out the leaves but unless it s as loud as a hair dryer, I didn t hear anything and neither did my sister who resides in the front part of the house. He may have just worked on the back roof of the house by the deck because I told him thats were the leaking was really bad. It s not leaking anymore ( thank you) but the soffit in the front part of my house is leaking still so what does that tell you? For $488? I think I ll try someone else next time. They did a great job in 2021 that s why I was happy to call them to come back but the experience this time was not the same. Too bad.
