The service and product quality I received from Mobile Illumination was amazing. They started with a professional consultation where the advisor was kind and helpful. He was open to all my ideas and was very helpful. Then the installation was seamless with professional installers who took great care during the installation and made sure my landscape and plants were not damaged. I could not be happier with their service and would highly recommend them.
So come to find out Mobile Illumination is the parent company for ProConnect Electrical. I recently purchased a Tesla and I needed a level two charger installed in my garage. I looked for the recommended electricians on Tesla's website, I saw Mobile Illumination out of Northridge. I went to their location and met the owner, Jason, what a good dude. I asked if they did EV charger installs he said yes. I inquired about, what "Mobile Illumination" was about, he proceeded to give me a tour of their warehouse, apparently they are not only only electricians, but they specialize in holiday lights, event lights, decorative lighting, etc. Apparently they do the light display for the LA Zoo. How cool. After the quick tour, I was guided to his sister Jennifer, who is either a project manager or director, she set me up with a scheduler and scheduled me for an install appointment. Rodney, came over to scope the project out, we had a plan and he set me up for install dates. In the meantime, estimate was sent and scope of work was sent as well. Paid everything online very efficient and organized. Dennis and Salvador came in to do the install work. All the install was clean and safe, trust me I'm OCD with that stuff. I thought they were just going to run flex conduit, but to my surprise they ran the higher quality conduit. Work was done within a few hours. EV charger works great!!! I highly recommend them, give them a shot. Family business with quality employees!!!

Our headquarters was decked out for the holidays by FGPG, who subcontracted MI to handle all the lighting/decor installation. This was our first year using them and what a difference it made. The MI team was efficient, personable, and thorough. From our first meeting in the summer to installation in October to dismantling in January, they provided a seamless and transparent process. Everything looked great. A couple of tweaks during the windy season were addressed quickly. Look forward to working with MI in the years to come.
I used Mobile Illuminations for both their holiday lighting service and their electrician service. On both fronts I found them to be absolute professionals. They know what they are doing. I recommend them highly!
We have had Mobile Illumination doing our lights for many years. They consistently install and design beautiful lighting. Service and take down also very reliable. One time I tried a different service and it was a stark difference in price and service. Never again.
Mobile Illumination is the best lighting company in Southern California. Jason the owner, is both intelligent and creative. He and his team are professional, courteous, and tidy. I highly recommend Mobile Illumination-they designed a festive atmosphere with twinkling lights of happiness for our family and the entire neighborhood to enjoy. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

They did a beautiful job of designing & installing an out door lighting system that has turned our driveway & garden into a wonderland. If we have any problem, which so far has been only a burned out bulb, they responded immediately

Have Enjoyed working with them for my home lighting. I like their attention to detail and awesome design ideas. Had friends over this holiday and everyone loved the setup and made amazing comments.
Worst experience we have ever had with any contractor both in terms of performance and customer service! We paid in full for all new landscape lighting and then discovered several problems with the lighting that Mobile Illumination had installed, both major and minor. In addition, our credit card was charged in full without our authorization before the job was completed. Despite the fact that we reached out to Mobile Illumination multiple times via phone and email to fix the problems, MI refused to take responsibility for any of the issues brought to their attention including inoperative lights, loose wires, and outlets not finished to code. In order to make all the new lights operative and complete the job to code, we had to call in a different electrical contractor at our additional expense to correct MIs shoddy work. Clearly a miserable experience that MI has repeated with quite a few customers if you read all the Yelp reviews. Would never recommend this company.
Mobile Illumination is a wonderful company that had great customer service, intelligent and creative techs, and made sure all the events I ve worked with them on were to the clients likings. They re great to run shows or just add to take on some of the jurisdiction. 5 out of 5 stars for sure.

I have been using Mobile Illumination since 2003 and love their work. Every Christmas they install the most elegant, stunning and creative lighting designs. They are a pleasure to work with and their entire team is very professional. Every season my home is always the best looking house in our neighborhood and I get a tremendous amount of compliments on my Christmas lights. I tried to go with a cheaper company one year who claimed to have been in business for 10 years but I found out they lied and their service and lighting were terrible. I will never try to use any other company again. Great job Mobile Illumination. I HIGHLY recommend them!
I have had Halloween lighting and Christmas lighting installed by Mobile Illumination for several years now. They are always professional and do a beautiful job. Whenever there has been an issue, I simply call them and someone is out right away to fix it - without charging extra! Great service and would highly recommend!

The crews are extremely friendly and they do incredible work...very neat and professional from the moment you call the office all the way through installation, and they even take down everything for you too! Courteous and professional. Their guys came to the house, offered lots of options, showed us pictures and quoted a price. Well worth it - they decorated the house and tree and even came back to replace a few bulbs a couple weeks later. Best part was they pickup and cleaned up after New Year!
