Our lawn looks the best it s ever been and the technicians are all knowledgeable.

They keep wanting to sell me new services but dont do the ones I paid for to begin with. I had a bad problem with Japanese Beatles and asked for Grub control in the spring. They delayed applying this for so long I had to repeatedly call them. They didnt get to it till mid June which was too late. Now my lawn is filled with these bugs again. Not renewing again.

Made the mistake of talking to one of their salesman and said no. Now I get calls everyday. I even blocked the number but they still call. I am on the do not call list. Please cease and desist. I informed the secretary.

Not happy with this company. We put a ton of money into our yard when we bought that house last year and figured we d hire professionals for lawn treatment. The first visit they had to reschedule, and it was just fertilizer. Weeks go by and we don t hear from them, meanwhile my lawn is turning to weeds. I call to ask for the 2nd treatment they told me it doesn t work that way. Finally, they make an appointment for Friday and cancel again. No reschedule (it s EOD Weds). Definitely will choose a different company next year.

They quickly schedule a reapplication if necessary and evaluate the lawn with every application. We have tried other services without success and thankfully no longer have to worry about our lawn. When he was finished, we discussed what step he did on my program, and what I should expect to see in the next few weeks. I would recommend Chase , and I would like for him to return for my next treatment. He is a great asset to your Company.

Today was my first application, so I can t speak to results yet, but I can say that I was truly impressed with the communication from the tech, Sam Wood. I was at work, but he called to let me know he was were & about to get started. He assured me that he ll be my tech for all of the treatments and gave me his cell phone so that I could call or text with questions or issues. He emailed a summary of the treatment after the application and also left a handwritten summary on my front door handle. I could see from my home cameras that he applied to all areas, etc. Obviously it s the results that will ultimately matter, but from a communication standpoint, I m happy that I chose this company.

Generally, this company has provided good lawn care service for my property over the last several years. A recent application resulted in some damage to my lawn when the truck ran over the turf and left deep ruts. The prompt follow up visit to repair the damage was appreciated but the quality of the repair job was fair at best as they did not use nearly enough topsoil to completely fill in the ruts. I expected better for the annual price of services.

My wife was home when the lawn was treated. She mentioned the lawn technician was very polite and asked to contact him if we had any questions. I received an email later in the afternoon with a very detailed description of the treatment of what was done to our lawn.

I had first application 4 weeks ago. Unfortunately it was raining for couple of days so the application was ineffective. I called the customer service and they immediately setup another application with no cost. Really happy with their efforts.

Been using the service for 3yrs and my lawn looks great. I had multiple types of weeds and other unwanted plants in the lawn that I could not figure out how to get rid of, but they were able to treat all issues. I had an occasion that shrubs were over-sprayed but they reached out the next day to correct the issue and checked back to ensure they were not permanently damaged. I will continue to use their service.

Horrible money grabbing business, I canceled the service because it not effect last summer and they sneakily came onto my property this year and did not leave the door tag of the visit when I noticed them on the ring footage a full month later they argued and demanded payment for the services I did not approve!

Our lawn looks terrific, far better than it did when another dedicated fertilizing company did it. and miles ahead of the various landscapers/lawn mowers we have use in the past to put down broadcast fertilizer. Plus they left streaks. burn spots where they refilled the spreader and generally the lawn didnt look like it had been treated.

Ive always wanted a beautiful lawn. Previous lawn care services failed miserably. Green Lawn Fertilizing really delivers. Fair, honest and reliable. Theyve earned my 5 star rating.

My lawn used to be full of weeds until I started getting my lawn treated. My sister had recommended that I try Green Lawn Fertilizing and wow what a difference. Within a year it s almost like walking on a carpet! I also get the flea and tick treatment because I have alot of animals that roam through the yard and my dogs even with topical treatments would still bring deer ticks into the house. Now I haven t had to be concerned with it. My last treatment was completed by Nasir Adil and he did a fantastic job.

This was my second treatment. I appreciate the after treatment report and look forward to a thicker, greener, lawn with fewer weeds. The lawn is looking better already.

Been using Green Lawn for the past year and have seen some improvements in the lawn. I say some because the lawn wasn t in great shape when I hired them and is going to take some time to get back to health. So far the treatments have been working and killing the invasive weeds that were previously serving as a yard. Now it s just to bring up the new grass in its place. Service is friendly and very knowledgeable.

We love the lawn service Zach Baker has been giving us. He is attentive to every inch of our lawn. He does this without realizing Im watching him. Our last company didnt pay attention to edges and corners even after I would complain. Zach makes sure he gets everything covered and the results have been noticeably better. Were also very happy with Green Lawn and would highly recommend their service. They use a combination of many different products as needed and are less expensive than our previous service that wasnt attentive to my concerns. I hope that Zach will remain our lawn guy for many years to come, with Green Lawn Fertilizing.

We just had our first application using Green Lawn Fertilizing for weed control and lawn fertilizing. Although I cannot yet speak to the quality of the service, our technician Zac B was very kind, answered any questions I had, and talked me through the process he was doing today. After application, he gave me paperwork to describe the service and some recommendations on how to help make the most of the service (height to cut lawn, watering, etc). Ill update as the season goes along how our lawn changes, but 5 stars for now for customer service.

I hate to leave a bad review, but I have no choice. Green Lawn sent a very nice Salesman to my home and we agreed to a certain contract term that they did not fulfill. First, they agreed to a prepayment, one payment for all services, which never happened. They continued billing me numerous times and I no idea what I was being charged for. They never charged our card for one payment like promised. They have continuously billed me incorrectly have not fixed it and keep calking me insisting we owe them money and now threatening to put us into collections. To date I have actually overpaid them by 40.00. Just beware of salesman coming to door making promises because in my scenario they did and have not honored their contract.
