Needed some work done on my patio as the slabs had become uneven due to a tree root growing in, the root had broken a few of the slabs as well. They had the whole thing re-levelled with new stones laid down in a couple days. Good quality and very efficient work. Thanks!

I usually always do my own lawn maintenance, fertilizing, aeration, cutting, and liming myself, but this year when I received the BUR-HAN flyer in the mail for their SPRING PACKAGE and I thought that I would take a break this year. Their price was reasonable and what I really liked was their level of communication. They acknowledged my request, then provided updates as far as when they were going to perform their work (in advance). I had some questions about the aeration and received a quick reply to my question. They arrived when they said, cleaned up the sidewalks before they left. All in all, I am happy with the job and would recommend BUR-HAN.

I will be brief. These guys are first rate. Communication is super fluid and the pricing is more than competitive. They said they would come a certain day(s) and time, and they did! Do not hesitate to use their lawn care services (I did the Spring package)

The two Bur-Han guys that showed up to cut my grass were very fast and efficient. In no time at all they had cut and bagged the grass.The result was a beautifully manicured lawn. I would highly recommend this amazing company to anyone looking for quality work.

I was totally disappointed with the services Bur-Han provided. They never adhered to the contracted lawn cutting schedule; the work itself was so shoddy that they had to come back numerous times to rectify it; they raised prices with no advance warning, despite the contractually agreed upon fees and they took six weeks to schedule a days worth of pruning. I wouldnt recommend them at all.

We have used Bur-Han for a number of years.They are very dependable, keep you informed as to what you have had done to your lawn and suggest things you might want without pressurizing you. Price is reasonable and they are very reliable.

Bur-han has been looking after my grass for years. It has looked great for years!

I needed a small retaining wall repaired. They asked for some pictures in order to give an estimate. I sent them a video. They advised me they would need to do a site visit. I scheduled over a week in advance and confirmed the time and arrival a few days before. I had to reschedule my and my tenants day for them. I cancelled other inspections as they seemed to be professional 2 hrs before they were to arrive they messaged me asking to reschedule. When i told them it would be difficult and ask why the guy messaged back saying he has health issues which limit him. i asked if there was any one else that could step in (no response). Then they told me they wouldnt be able to do the work for me for 3 to 4 months. I can understand a medical emergency but this does not seem to be the case. Especially when they tell me they wont be able to do any work for 3 to 4 months. If this is any indication of how they do work im glad I didnt go further with them

Great Lawn care service, had to use them for a few weeks because my mower broke down. The service was incredible, phenomenal mowing and landscaping. The entire process was entirely seem less. Dealing with Frances in the office was a delight. Would highly recommend this business.

Completely disruptive, inefficient service. Our entire block hates to see their truck arrive. They use an inefficient gas leaf blower for about an hour EVERY week to just blow debris around instead of raking it up and removing. They illegally park in the alley with a F150 truck and trailer and block the alley and at least 2 condo unit parking exits and gates. The employees and equipment are loud and inefficient and the company is not responsive to these complaints. Do not recommend. There are much more professional, efficient, quiet lawn cares service providers available.

Do not use this company if youre not trying to upset your neighbours. They service the house across the road and have continuously blown debris to our property, onto the road, etc. We have asked numerous times that they not blow onto our property or leave a mess in the middle of the road in front of our house. Every Friday we have to go and clean up after they leave. We have called, emailed, FB messaged and politely asked their crews (crews change almost weekly), however it only gets worse by the week.

We have been using Bur-Han for the last few years and are very satisfied with the service and the quality of the products used to keep our lawn healthy! The Bur-Han employees are always very helpful and are happy to listen to any concerns or suggestions that we have. Before starting up with the Plus Package our lawn was 90% moss. Now the moss is all gone and we are left with a beautiful, healthy green lawn that makes all the neighbours jealous! I will gladly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a new service provider and can say without hesitation that choosing Bur-Han was the best decision we have ever made.

Smartest thing we did was hire Bur-Han many years ago! Excellent service and work, from office staff to associates. Have received so many compliments on our lawn and garden...even from realtors walking around our neighbourhood. Would give them 10 stars if possible.

Able to answer any questions and provide advice on proper care. They take on small and large projects and will go the extra mile to ensure their customers are left happy! Removing trash from properties and hauling away debris. Can be very accommodating to clients special requests as well. Would highly recommend! They are first company I would call for lawn care or landscaping projects!

We have been working with Bur-Han for a couple seasons now, and while their pricing is competitive, if there is anything unique or difficult about maintaining your property, I expect you may be severely disappointed. Our property has a large number of garden beds, fruit trees and other plants and so weeding and maintaining all of those areas is part of our annual maintenance package. While I find the lawn care is good, little to no work is performed on the remainder of the property, despite over 10 reminders, clarifications, and discussions with Management to date. The pricing of our contract was increased 25% over the 2017 season, as we were told the cost needed to be increased to properly maintain our property. One would expect this would lead to an increase in work performed, however, if anything, it has decreased. I am hopeful that things turn around, but at this point, I could not rate the company any higher than this.

The WORST customer service.... Never shows up on time atleast 30 min or more late and the workers are always swearing at each other in the yard.. always putting on loud disrespectful music and leaving garbage behind.. called to ask to speak to the project manager but he just starting swearing and blocked my number..

I would never recommend Burhan to anyone. The staff were always friendly but they performed care for our lawn they was not needed and charged us for us. We communicated our concerns prior to treatment and they still did un-nessasary work and charged us for it. When I communicated my concerns they reinforced what we told them we didnt want done. After we complained they did nothing to fix the situation. Horrible customer service and they will rip you off by doing steps that are not needed.

Great experience with Bur-Han. They had excellent service, were communicative, followed up and were priced competitively. Hired for spring aerating, fertilizing and moss treatment. Would highly recommend their company, no concerns from my experience whatsoever and definitely exceeded expectations.

The folks at Bur-Han managed to fit us in at a busy time of year, on very short notice. When we had a question about the right weather conditions for application of one of their products (moss killer), we sent an e-mail and received a prompt reply that clearly and directly addressed our concern -- even though our e-mailed question was received after 4:00 pm on the day before a holiday long weekend!

I have been a client of Burhan for many years and I believe this company to be exceptional. The workmanship is always excellent; the workers are unfailingly polite, friendly and accommodating; the customer service is outstanding. These folk are clearly about client satisfaction. Their rates are reasonable and they are completely flexible about the services they provide. I pick the services I want from the packages they offer. They even give advice if I want to try and manage part of the lawn care myself. They NEVER cut our grass when it doesn t need cutting. They send an email after each visit and sometimes it says that the grass length doesn t warrant cutting. This year we got a message saying that the back yard shouldn t be aerated because of its condition, so they refunded that portion of the cost. Frances, who answers the phone and emails, has a positive energy that radiates through the phone. I recommend Burhan to anyone lucky enough to live within their area.

Bur-han has made my life much simpler. They do an excellent job of maintaining my lawn and the boulevard. Spending long hours at work doesnt leave much time for mowing and used to cringe as I drove off to work ignoring all those sprouting dandelions. Now I smile and have more time for the garden. Bur-Han helped us with advice with a cedar shaded back yard for lawn growth. Then last year, we wanted to get some privacy and they helped pick up our black bamboo for our landscaping needs. I recently learned they not only did lawn care but also did garden care and smart landscaping and 99% of their treatments for lawn are non-toxic. Great for those of us who have families.
