Katsura Landscaping in North Vancouver

We had Adnan and Andre replace our front lawn with zero scaping consisting of a creek bed, patio and plants laid in barkmulch. The job was very artistic and professional looking. Adnan and Andre were extremely easy to work with. They asked our opinions throughout the project and took suggestions willingly. Then they pruned all of our shrubs front and back to look better than they had for decades. Thanks boys!

Paid over $4,000 for a new lawn which is already full of weeds and has animals digging up the grass within 4 months. We have followed all of the instructions provided by Katsura and from speaking to others about our lawn we have been told the quality of our grass was poor which is one of the likely causes of the issues we have been having. An absolute waste of money I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Marcelo came out and it was clear he knew what he was doing. The quote was quite reasonable given the amount of work involved. A week later and the crew came out to remove 60 dead plans and shape some very overgrown Yews. Everything was cleaned up and the Garden looks great. Ill be usign Katsura on a regular basis.

Katsura Landscaping has been wonderful. They did a spring cleanup for us last year and this year, as well as a fall cleanup last year and a project to install a path and mulch coverage in our front garden. Their work has always been excellent and their crews truly care about the garden and know what theyre doing. The two landscapers who trimmed our trees were super friendly, professional and easy to talk to. The kind of contractors you feel good about having around your home. They happily did the little extras, like the second pass over the hedge, and cleaning up an unrelated pile of yard trimmings. Well definitely be using Katsura again.

Katsura did a great job of trimming and removing stray laurels around most of the yard. They also took care of cleaning up an overgrown slope of blackberry and other vegetation while beautifying it with the existing ferns and trees. Katsura Landscaping recently undertook some hedge trimming work for us. We have a very large cedar hedge which is a challenge to deal with. The Katsura team were very responsive, helpful and efficient in assessing, advising, quoting for and undertaking the work. They did an excellent trimming job, especially considering the size of the hedge, and the clean up was as good! The guys doing the work were very communicative and polite. All in all a great team and service that we will definitely be using for our future garden maintenance needs!

Alex and his team from Katsura did a great job on cleaning up our yard. They were professional, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about what they were doing. I felt like they wanted to be sure that I was pleased with the work they did, and we were. The crew were polite, methodical and hardworking. Hedges were trimmed beautifully (Marcelos precision), flower beds were cleaned up thoroughly and bushes were trimmed neatly (but with care to protect the plant from the winter frosts). Sauha and Ray were knowledgeable, friendly and brought such a positive attitude! The quote was not the cheapest we received, but the results were worth the extra cost.

We have had Katsura as our gardeners and landscapers, on a weekly basis, for a number of years now. We are very satisfied with their work. In all these years, we have never even considered switching to another company; why would we? Their crew is dependable and meticulous, showing up each week on the same day as we arranged, rain or shine. Every week they cut our grass, weed and rake out our large flower gardens, prune as needed, clean up fallen leaves in the fall, and tidy our patio of debris from the lawn and gardens. They do a fantastic job with all of this regular maintenance work. They also do other specific jobs as we have requested: dividing perennials, planting new trees and flowers and removing or relocating existing ones, trimming hedges, building new gardens, installing rock and bark mulch, putting in new sod, and power-raking for moss removal and then re-seeding. This work has also been done to perfection. They are able to provide great suggestions when we are not sure about what needs to be done or what would look good. Scott and his team are very knowledgeable! Scott is also very responsive to my requests for him to come to the house to consult on new projects. Looking forward to working with Katsura for many years to come!

Katsura was recommended by a landscape designer to do a full replacement of landscaping at an apartment building in North Vancouver. I m absolutely delighted with the result of Katsura s work.

We replaced lawn (destroyed by raccoons) with flagstones. The whole project was handled very professionally, from the quotation to completion. Two young men worked diligently over several days removing topsoil and replacing it with road mulch before carefully setting the flagstones. They consulted as necessary along the way and always left the site neat and tidy at the end of the day. We are very pleased with the end result and have no problems recommending them for landscaping projects.
