While They worked on my apartment, the big girl with glasses basically just talked to pedestrians the whole time and did nothing. Huge waste of money. Would not recommend.

I am currently a resident of the beach apartments and have witnessed such poor work ethic from these guys. I have been approached by grown men working here who mightve been management ?! But were very rude to me and didnt inquire who I was. I noticed how a girl with glasses was sitting around and kicking buckets and throwing her cans on the ground. Just looked like I was looking into the back yard of skid row. Lazy workers poor management it seems!

Eco Property Maintenance solved a huge issue for me recently. A huge cedar was dying and I did not want to lose the entire tree. Sam and Campbell came and advised on the best route to salvage the healthy part, and while here gave me great tips on some other trees in the yard. Sam and Mai came to prune the tree, and I could not be happier. They were on time, very friendly, did the job efficiently, and left my yard clean. A win for sure!
