Grassmaster in North Royalton

Difficult to deal with. I ordered a one time special service that they just kept adding and told me I did not read the fine print and that I have to call to cancel the one time special service. They are correct I did not read everything. If a place is that difficult to work with- for their sake and mine , I'll simplify the entire process and part ways. Their guy also - on camera - did about half the yard and left.

Killed my grass and never repaired it. Then charged me!!!! I still have dead spots in my yard from last year . Office staff are very rude! Very disappointed

Signed up 2 years ago. Have since had a baby and have called 3 times to cancel so my baby isn’t crawling in the grass with poison on it and they keep coming. Switched to organic and they still came out and put the traditional on. I’m so annoyed, I’m not paying you a dime for this so stop coming!!!!!

Customer service has changed been a customer for over5 years and think the owners should know about Ashley and Dennis not friendly people. Went with someone else...I'm giving you business they act like their doing you a favor. Would not work for me!

The service they provided had no effect on my lawn, possibly made it look worse. Last application I watched the servicemen only complete half my backyard and leave, when I talked to the office they really didn’t care. No response except “Maybe they just had to refill and I wasn’t there when they finished”.

Grass master has changed my yard. The first picture is August 2020 just before grass master started treating my lawn. My lawn got destroyed my heat, and bugs last summer and 1 year later it looks 100% better. I signed up for their deluxe program, aeration/ over seeding and follow all the guidelines they leave after they treat my yard. I recommend them to anyone.

Our lawn has never looked this good. So pleased to have them!
