I saw Precision Landscaping installing flower beds at the house across the street. They put down planking so that the bucket loaders could drive over them instead of beating a trail through the lawn. I have never seen anyone else do that. So I called them (along with a dozen other landscapers). I needed a quote on putting a lawn in around my new pool. My contact was Mo. Mo is a real go getter who says what he does and does what he says. In my opinion most contactors find ways to not finish jobs in a timely manner. Mo is just the opposite of that. He makes things happen. Mo did everything that he said he would do, when he said he would do it and for the price he said it would cost. I need to landscape around my pool next spring. More than likely I will only make one phone call and that will be to Mo.

Precision was great for us, this is the second time we have used their company to trim and remove trees. They are very professional, thorough and do an amazing job with the estimate, tree and stump removal to the final clean up. The guys really worked hard all day long in a light rain. They did a beautiful job. I wish I had hired Precision when I first had my patio installed! I also appreciate that they took the time to let me know how to properly maintain my patio (my first contractor never mentioned any type of maintenance was necessary.) The job was done in a day and minimal disruption to myself or my neighbors.

Just had Precision cut down another tree and trimmed some branches on another one. Both last year and this year the workers are amazing. Checked with me to make sure I was satisfied with the work before they finished up. They took there time bringing the equipment in the backyard making sure the lawn was mininally effected. Precision Landscaping excavated, installed pipes, installed boulders and rocks, graded, installed flower beds, retention walls, edged beds and trees, and installed plants and mulch in our yard. Highly qualified, outstanding work - went above and beyond to get the job done beautifully and in the time frame promised. For us it was a huge project done with no issues. I needed a company to assist with some improvements to the area behind our house. We had a small patio, badly cracked in places due workers doing a room addition. There was no definition, no character, just post-construction blues. I knew I wanted less cracked concrete. and to have the concrete expanded to include the sliding door of the new dining room (meaning steps, finally). My search for a contractor wasnt as methodical or thorough as I would normally do, and I rather took Precision at their word as to the nature of their work. When Mo came out, and looked at our space, he started asking questions I hadnt even thought to ask myself, and between him and my wife and myself, we were able to form a very specific plan for how that back area could look. His eye for detail and his communication skills are amazing, and I could start to visualize what we were about to undertake. I now have a new patio, having replaced almost all of the pre-existing concrete (for various reasons). I also had an area behind a different, but contiguous section of the house that had been torn up with prior contractor activity and left unusable. That area now has new retaining walls, and a Uniblock patio that my friends are now calling the MVP section of my new patio. We also expanded (at my wifes urging) the concrete from the original patio plan out to the area above the new MVP area. Its expansive and gorgeous. It has completely changed the character of that back space. From the moment Mo came out to the day the project was finished, we had umpteen questions. Not only did he respond quickly and answer ALL of the questions, he assured me he welcomed ALL of our questions. This was the most amazing experience, and truly makes me love our house so much more. There were 2 crews, one for the MVP area/retaining walls, and another for the regular patio. The guys were ALL just amazing, so courteous, friendly, and professional. They worked from around 9 in the morning until dark. Lalo was the brick foreman. I watched in awe at the precision they employed as they planned out that piece via lasers and lines. Rogelio was the concrete foreman. Multiple guys working together like a machine. We didnt choose stamped concrete, rather, they just employed the rosette patterns, and while multiple guys were finishing it, it looks like it was all done with the same hands. Marvelous!! If you have a project that requires the services this company provides, this is the company you want !! Already recommending to my friends and neighbors.

Great Landscapers

My husband and I are very pleased with the landscaping we received from Precision Corporation. Jen was wonderful to deal with and all the workers were very kind and efficient. Our landscaping was put in last Fall and there were a couple of plants that didn t make it through the winter. Precision stood behind all their work and replaced all those plants. They went over and above by remulching and making my back yard beautiful. I would highly recommend them.

The crew from Precision Corporation did a wonderful job on my twenty by twenty pad for an out building. Moe is great to work with and is very helpful. They also did a great job at cleaning up when they were through. I would suggest using them for any project that you have. I am sure they will do a good job

Fantastic from start to finish! We had Precision build a retaining wall around our newly installed pool. It was a big and laborious job! From beginning with speaking with Carolyn who was very courteous, personable and professional. So easy to speak with when setting up the appointment for Mo to come over assess things, give his opinion and thoughts on the project. Mo explained things to my wife, took his time when doing so and was very well-spoken on explaining options for us. Mo communicated well with us throughout the project and was visible during the project. He was very expedient in returning our calls when we had questions. Always a point of contact throughout the project which we were so grateful in having. Mo was very professional and definitely had his hand on the pulse of the project. The workers : Saul, Abraham, Jeronimo and Lalo were such hard workers.(hope we didnt forget anyone). They worked hard for two days straight. The workers were easy going and approachable if you had questions. Everyone was on the same page with the project as evidenced by how they tackled each phase of the job. No doubt a reflection of Mo and Saul being on the same page from the beginning. One can tell everyone took pride in what they were doing! When the job was completed after the second long day the men cleaned up the yard, work area, driveway and deck. Honestly they cleaned up so well, one could not even tell they were there. The only evidence that they were there was the wonderful and beautiful job they did for us! We are so pleased on how it turned out and so grateful Precision was there for us. It was a pleasure working with professional and caring people from start to finish. My wife has other projects in mind for the future. We already know who we are going to call. Precision Corporation. These guys are Awesome! I had a Paver Patio with Retaining Wall and 32 Arborvitae s planted. Mo came out first and listened to what I wanted. He was very professional and easy to work with. Mo also offered suggestions and always returned my calls. When Saul and his crew showed up they put mats down to protect grass from equipment. Saul kept me informed and answered questions. This crew was professional, friendly, respectful, and took Extreme Pride in their work. Honestly these are some of Hardest Workers I have ever seen. They worked like a well oiled machine. When crew left each night they cleaned up so well you couldn t tell they were here. Now we have a slight sloped backyard and retaining wall averaged 2 to 3 high. I asked Mo if we could add a seating wall around patio. He said no problem quoted price and ordered materials. I also added more Arborvitae s. Mo and crew had no problem with extra additions and just kept right on moving. This was a big job! The Patio looks Absolutely Gorgeous! It s one of the nicest patio s I have ever seen! The build on this is Amazing! I had Arborvitae s put along both sides of my fence for privacy and they look Fantastic! You might have to wait a couple months to get these guys, because they are in demand. But these guys are worth the wait! I m glad I waited because they exceeded my expectations and patio was built right and is Gorgeous! My backyard is exactly how I wanted it. I give Precision a 10/10! A+. You just won t find anybody better. Thank You Mo, Saul and crew! Oh Roxy our French Bulldog wanted to thank you All! She finally has a patio to lay on and soak up some sun!

Mo is great. Ive known him since childhood. Really good and reliable guy. Came out at night to fix my landscape lighting. Ridiculous of him to do that. Great guy. Way above and beyond. More than dependable.

I have a mixed experience with this company. I dont know if this is a one off experience, but just here to relay mine. In April/May, I met up with a few landscaping companies and went with Precisions Corp. because of how knowledgable Jen was at our first meeting. She spent a good hour answering all my questions and could tell she was very passionate. I also went with this company because she said we would be on the schedule likely end of June/early July whereas other companies were looking at August/Sept. I felt the extra money was worth enjoying an extra summer with landscaping. July came around, so I emailed Jen. I had already experienced emails not getting answered, so I called. Jen called me back and apologized for the delay, saying they had some set backs because of an employee having health issues. She would get back to me at the end of the week when they could start. Meanwhile, I started clearing out our old landscaping on my own and went back to an original idea I had of adding front porch. I started to get hesitant on my plans on how to move forward since Jen also never called back. August came and went. It was Sept. At this point, I wanted to put money towards a front porch and downsize the landscaping project. I wasnt sure if they were even going to do the project? and I felt okay with cancelling so I could just finally get started on my own. In mid Sept, I was in the the midst of trying to get an estimate on a front porch idea, then drawing up new landscaping ideas on my own, when Mo called saying Im next on the list. I was caught off guard, and told him about how Ive changed my original ideas with the landscaping taking so long. Would it be okay to cancel? He said, yes, but I couldnt get a refund, which was ~$1.4k. I tried to convey, yes, but I feel I should get a refund, since the project has taken months longer that I was told. He said they couldnt do my project earlier in July and August because I had an extensive plant list and it would have been too hot.. this was the first I was hearing about this? I decided since I didnt want to lose my downpayment, we would work something out, and just downsize the project. Adam came to the house, I told him the updated ideas. He got back with the estimate at $10k. I wanted the cost closer to $5k, so I called, and he said that was no problem to adjust. (The time from them calling saying they could start to getting this new estimate took about 2 weeks.) I asked him a timeline for when they could start now. He said in another 2-4 weeks (but our family was going on vacation in 2 weeks) he said, lets just do it in 4 weeks then, which brought us to November. I said, Oh, I thought we were next on the list? I was really hoping it could be done sooner. He said that winter is actually a nice time to plant. At this point, I want to cancel and just be done with this. I was waiting for them to remove old landscaping, so I could plant (the plants I rushed to buy before the season was over) but November wouldnt give me much time. I was able to quickly find a different local company that could remove my old landscaping in the next two days. Another company to add some landscaping the following week. I emailed and said I was canceling. Immediately, I get a call from Adam, asking if Im sure. Then a call from Mo, telling me they could actually start Tuesday instead of in 4 weeks (November). It was too late since I already hired the other companies.. and felt like they only changed their schedule since I said I was canceling. Bottom line, putting a downpayment doesnt seem to put you next on the schedule? The project was suppose to start in June/July. It kept getting pushed down the line to November and I didnt get a refund.

Our Neighbor had a huge silver maple tree cut down by Precision Corp last Friday. Let me tell you ..I personally was amazed, along with other neighbors, how fantastic Ms. Jenifer Roberts and her crew were!! Very polite, hard working, extremely careful between structures/wires/equipment, and very professional. They even cleaned up all the surrounding yards from the debris! I would highly recommend this company to anyone!!!

Ive had several tree services on my property and have come to expect sloppy service and unprofessional behavior. I was really happy with the responsiveness and work ethic of Precision. We had several trees removed and they took care to protect the lawn and clean up. They even had my husband come out to inspect their work. After he said it was good, they continued using the leaf blower to make sure they werent leaving behind a mess. They worked all day long with back breaking work and chatted happily together and did a fantastic job. I will definitely use them again in the future.

A little disappointed. I called for someone to come for estimate for pavers for a patio and they told me someone could not come out till April 27th when other companies came right away within a couple of days.

What a complete waste of my time! I called this company a couple weeks ago to schedule a free visit for them to provide an estimate for adding flowerbeds to my front lawn to enhance the curb appeal. The receptionist gave me a date and time of 6/15/2022 at 11am. So, I block out the time from my work schedule to be available for when they arrive. Once no one showed up after 11, I called to confirm the time, and their receptionist stated that someone should arrive anywhere between 11am-12pm. So of course, its now well after 12pm, and I called back. The receptionist stated that she would call the person who was supposed to come out and call me right back. She finally calls me back and literally says that it must have been MY error in miscommunication and the appointment was actually scheduled for 7/15/22. For one, who says to a potential customer that it was their error in miscommunication, and two, how dare she accuse me of making the error knowing SHE ACTUALLY TOLD ME HERSELF on the 1st call today that the appointment was TODAY between 11am-12pm. I told her to take me off the schedule for July. Precision Corp. just lost a potential customer due to their receptionist being totally out line by being unprofessional and trying to play the blame game for her obvious error. Just poor customer service overall. If this is their frontline of business, then well pass. Id give negative stars if I could. I will NOT recommend to anyone.

We had our backyard re-graded and Jen at Precision was great. The work was professional and she handled everything. Unfortunately the grass did not really grow as expected and we voiced our concerns. Jen sent out Lynn and assessed the lawn. Lynn and Jen are both knowledgeable and provided several solutions. In the end our yard is looking great thanks to their guidance. Jen was on top of things and the process was smooth every step of the way. Thank you Precision for the great service and an even better staff!

Precision did our stamped concrete patio. First, they answer the phone when you call the office and we were able to schedule a consultation. They even called the day before the scheduled consultation to confirm the appointment. Mo was our representative and point of contact. He gave us a quote very quickly and was very knowledgable and professional. They were very transparent and realistic with when they would be able to start the project (we were lied to by other companies several times). They were also very competitively priced. They showed up earlier than we expected to start our project and completed it in a beautifully timely manner! Mo kept us completely informed every single step of the way. Caroline in the office was great with answering questions and following up to make sure the permits and approvals were all taken care of. Extremely professional team with excellent skill and landscaping results. The workers were also so professional and timely. Weve worked with other landscaping companies before and have dreaded every minute of it. not with precision. I cannot say enough good things. We will absolutely only use Precision for our landscaping needs in the future. So happy we were able to work with them!

Made appointment 3weeks ago, they called yesterday to change the time twice for our appointment. I accommodated the changes in time. Today our scheduled appointment was at 4pm, no call no show. Waited 3 weeks just to get blown off.

This is my 2nd year using Precision Corp. They landscaped the front, did clean up, laid pavers in a small pergola, put stone around the barn, edged & mulched. Their work is excellent. They pay attention to even the smallest detail, doing everything thoroughly & in the proper way. They clean up everything so when they leave you can just enjoy. The crew is so pleasant and hard working. Mo, who advised us, gave us the estimate, and monitored the projects, is a pleasure to work with. He is very responsive and professional. You may find someone to do the work for less money, but I doubt they would match the quality.

Great company. I was having trouble getting others to even return my call, they came out promptly, quoted me a fair price, and the job was DONE three days after I first contacted them. The crew was exceptional, youd never know they were there when they left. I recommend Precision without hesitation.

Reception and arborist were great. Removal of a tree and trimming of another not great. 10 hours seemed excessive for work. Felt need to apologize to neighbors. Excess noise at 7pm just unacceptable. Workers left with no notice only to go out and see yard torn up, garage gutter dislodged/dented, plants damaged and a stray branch left on neighbors garage. Also snack chip bag left, and they used hose to wash something that ate through painted patio step.

After 6 months waiting for a call that I didnt get, I contacted Precision Corp.Contact was predicated on high ratings for their reviews.Within a month my badly cracked concrete patio was replaced with unilock pavers at the highest standard of work.The new patio look is way beyond my expectations.The prep,installation and finish work was fantastic!! Precision Landscape did two amazing projects for me - both of which I totally love!! They put in a new lawn in my front yard with a seven zone sprinkler system and a few years later, they did a fairly large project in my backyard consisting of a 6 stamped concrete patio (beautifully tied in with my original patio), four oversized pillars on concrete footers, two additional footers for water fountains, gas firepit, flower beds, new steps (on footers) for my veranda and a concrete pad for my air conditioner. Mo and his team did an amazing job on all of these projects!! They have impeccable attention to detail and everyone was so professional and nice. They truly went the extra mile on everything that they did and Mo has a wonderful eye for design. The projects were also completed on-time and Mo was always extremely responsive. I had many special requests and he was so great at working with me on them. I have another substantial project that I would like for them to do as well!!

Called last year to get a sprinkler system installed...after coming to my house never called or emailed me quote I had to call four times finally about 4 months later got the quote. .decided to give you another chance...someone came to my house 3 months ago for a quote ...to have two trees installed and re mulch yard ...again never hear back not once. I will never give you another chance or recommend you . Very unprofessional

The Precision team was great to work with! We are extremely happy with the results and I would Highly recommend their services. All members were very considerate of our property, time, and pet accommodations. All pricing and options were very transparent and we never felt pressured. I decided to do a patio extension just like everyone else this year. After receiving a couple quotes I decided to go with Precision Lawnscape/Corporation. First off, Mo from Precision came out to my house the next day for an estimate while the other companies scheduled weeks out. Precisions price was the lowest for what I wanted to accomplish in my yard. Once they were able to come to my house, within 2 days the crew had excavated and almost had the entire extension ready for concrete, which was no small job. They built the firepit and seating wall within a day. The crew was professional and the work was quality. I have a fenced in yard, and every day they removed what they needed to get in to my yard, and put back at the end of every day. My wife and I could not be more happy with the job precision did at my house. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to do a patio or just needing landscaping. Had Precision come out 2 years ago to redo our front landscaping and everything from the evaluation to the completion was excellent.

On June 4th, 2019 we had some trees thinned and trimmed in our back yard. 2 of the trees were almost 100 ft. Tall. Al and a two man crew arrived at the agreed time and started right to work. Al continuously consulted with us on non - discretionary decisions so the work was done to our complete satisfaction. They are an excellent hard-working crew. Also, they cleaned up so well you would never know anyone was there. We would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a top notch tree service. Mo and his crew are amazing! I had them do my entire landscaping including planting 12 large trees and a sprinkler system last year. It all turned out perfect! We recently had Mo and his team remove two large trees from our yard and I couldnt be happier with Mo and his staff. The crew was very pleasant and professional. They went beyond expectations by going the extra mile to clean my roof from branches and debris, raking and blowing sawdust off the cars parked in the driveway. Excellent customer service - I will definitely use their services again.

Complete disregard for other people s yards. My neighbor had trees cut down using this company. The tree fell into our yard, it left crater sized holes, they didn t remove the debris but simply blew it into our fence and they completely uprooted and destroyed our swing set. I brought up our concerns to our neighbor and she let Precision know, was told they would call to clean up their mess, they of course never called. I would strongly advise using a different company that actually cares for people s property.

The crew from Precision installed my new driveway, patio, sidewalks, and front walkway. They also cut down a dead tree and ground the stump, and beautified two ugly patches of unsightly weeds. They filled in the boarders around the cement and planted grass. My fancy stamped walnut colored patio is big and lovely. Exactly what I wanted. Everything is beautiful. Mo was a pleasure to deal with, so kind and available to answer questions. His crew is the hardest working group if men Ive ever seen. The teamwork is incredible; they didnt stop working for a second. Two of the guys added a small special touch to the driveway apron. They were nice, professional, and skilled in their field. The cleanup was amazing. Im so confident in this company that I would never call anyone else to do Precision does.

We contracted with Mo and the Precision team to install a paver patio, retaining wall, sprinkler system , and landscaping for our new home in Medina. Could not be happier with the results. Loved be able to work with one firm on the entire project and the workmanship is outstanding. During the construction, this project was very messy but the crew cleaned up our driveway and street every night. This was our second large project with Precision and would highly recommend them

Very nice customer service. I spoke with customer service at the irrigation department who took her time to explain the process, pricing and service. She was kind and thoughtful. Sprinkler system service was performed by professional crew. I only wish if there prices were a little more reasonable although they aren t that expensive compared to others in the area. I highly recommend them.

We have used other landscapers in the past and never quite got the results we hoped for. After working with these landscapers and being unhappy we decided to go to Precision for a quote. Their quote was slightly more than the others, but the results were so much better than the companies we had used in the past. Sales rep came out to offer a quote within a day of my initial call, which was gratifying as I had at least two other firms who said theyd come out and then never showed! Great quality workmanship and excellent client service really does exist. Our experience with Precision Corporation has been nothing short of incredible. Our project began with adding an extension onto our driveway for our 2 daughters to park their cars but when we saw the photos on Precisions website of the walkways and patios and landscaping they have done our project soon turned into a driveway extension, a paver walkway, a paver patio, patio walls and all new landscaping including a retainer wall and lighting. Sounds like a scary project but Mo and his team helped simplify what should be difficult and complicated process. They spent the time to understand what my wife and I wanted and with their knowledge and experience, they were able to design our project around our tastes and budget. Our finished landscape, patio and driveway ended up being something beyond what we ever could have imagined. Precision came up with great ideas and as the project unfolded, they would continue to give suggestions as if it were their own home. I refer to the installers as craftsmen because what they do is really an art form. The way they shape and fit the stones really was amazing. Each bed was edged and cut with precision. Each bush was cut and shaped perfectly. The team really shows pride in every aspect of their work which is very rare these days. And, at the end of each day, they cleaned up the entire site which shows great respect to the client and the clients neighbors. Over the past two days we have had the pleasure of working with Mo and his crew to repair and replace damaged lawn areas, establish new garden sections and plant new bushes and a tree. Our 6ft. white privacy fence was completed in just 3 days. Installers were nice and respectful of my yard and plantings. They minimized the ups and downs to create a smooth flow around the entire yard. Beautiful job !

A tech named Al came out and he was fantastic, an A+. Came on time, put on booties in the house and worked hard and efficiently on the job. Excellent customer service guy. I had a couple sprinkler heads that I thought needed to be replaced but it turned out that they just needed new caps. He could have taken me for a ride on that to inflate the bill but was honest which I appreciated. Very fair price, $112.50 for a good amount of time and work. Wish everything went this smoothly. Highly recommended.

My job was just completed this past Tuesday, 9/11/18. I had a complete lawn tear out, re-seeding & my old ugly border was replaced with genuine Versa-Lock stones. The entire experience was amazing from start to finish. The owner always kept me up to date on the steps involved & I always knew when they were coming. Mo is an awesome guy & the crew is the most dedicated & professional that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Precision Corp. is ALL ABOUT QUALITY. No detail is ever overlooked, as this is the 3rd job that they were hired to complete. I can already see some tiny blades of grass growing. You wont be disappointed with any job that they perform, thats for sure.

Used these guys to start up my sprinkler in the spring as several other houses on my street use them. Will NEVER use them again. Tried upselling me on new heads for $800! Told them to take a hike.

We used Precision for our landscaping. The entire process was excellent from quote to communication to execution to followup. We could not have asked for anything more for our investment. We will definitely be using them again in the future for any of landscaping needs.

I am a worker of that great company

I have a had a real problem recently with watering gathering near the end of my back yard. It slopes and when it rains it looks like a small pond was created. Nick came out, gave me an estimate, when he could do it and everything he quoted me did happen. If anyone one is thinking of having a irrigation problem and wants it properly repaired they are the ones. With all the rain we have had this year, not one single bead of water has gathered in that area. I wish I would have this done years ago. Their workman ship is second to none. They planted grass for me in that area and it has grown in and appears I never had a problem. I want to tip my hat to his employees and to Nick for doing what they said they would do. This is NOT a fly by night company. The price they quoted me was not a penny more, so if anyone is in the market for irrigation repairs, Precision is the company to hire Dave Sliman

I would put zero stars if I could have. Like 2 other complaints reaching this company is next to impossible especially after they have your money I filed the below complaint with the BBB on 6/19/17 because once again they didnt take my request to resolve a situation seriously. I had a brand new lawn installed late last fall. Precision Corp never did the 6 to 8 week check up per our agreement. This Spring the grass had a lot of bare spots and build up of straw that didnt deteriorate like it should have causing more bare spots. Precision Corp was called in April. The lady that answered the phones had no information or resolution buy I was assured somebody would contact me. Nobody ever contacted me. Another call was placed to Precision Corp in May. A voice message was left because nobody answered the phone. Again Precision Corp did not contact me. I emailed the Precision Corp this past Saturday 6/17/17 through their web site expressing my dissatisfaction with the lawn installation. I stated if I didnt receive a phone call by the end of business on Monday 6/19/17 that I would be contacting the BBB. Precision Corp once again did not contact me.

Worse people to deal with , liar, thieves

This company was working for a next door neighbor clearing trees. We made them aware of the property line and not to remove ours. They did so anyways. They were told to stop and did not until the police were called. The owner of the company who was aware of the situation did not bother to even contact us to apologize. We had to call him to complain. He promises to replace them but instead of taking care of it right away he decides to come back and finish the neighbors house first.

Ive had precision 3 times in last 5 years for major landscaping changes, tree and shrub removal and installation of stamped concrete patio. Most recently leveling out backyard, tree removal and sowing grass seed and planting trees and shrubs. They have always exceeded expectations and go above and beyond each time. Work is always thorough and neatly completed. Great customer service. Moe is great and always follows up.

Mo was great to deal with, He was early to the estimate and was very friendly and upfront. The crew did a great job taking down a big tree in my backyard. They took down cable lines and reattached them after they finished and did a great job cleaning everything up...5 star service for sure

Only complaint I have is that their voice mail says they are open M-F 9-5, yet they are never there when you call. NEVER

My husband signed a contract weeks ago to get some minor work done and we waited and waited for them to come by and do the work. After one month my husband contacted them and they said they would be out in the next couple of weeks. When they didnt show up in that time frame, I called and they said they would be out by Friday before Memorial Day. Again no call, no show. I called on Tuesday after and they again said they would be out by Friday. I called to confirm this on Wednesday and Thursday. On Friday at noon I called again and was promised they would be out by the end of the day. It is 6:15 on Friday night and they are again a no call no show. No one is there to answer the phone. I can honestly say I have never dealt with a company with such poor customer service.

My experience with Precision was exceptional from start to finish. The first day I talked to the office regarding having my patio replaced, I received on online photo album to review for ideas. When my installation date was near, Jason from Sales & Design came to my home to draw out what would be the new shape and to talk about color and the concrete stamp pattern. I thought I knew what color and stamp I wanted after having looked at the photo album. Jason listened thoughtfully and offered some different ideas on both the color and the stamp, a design that he felt would be more modern and suitable to my home. I followed his lead, and am VERY glad that I did. The patio was gorgeous when it was done. Honestly -- beyond my expectations. The crew that did the work was fantastic. Unfortunately, there was a big storm hours after the patio was laid. When it dried over Friday and Saturday, it dried with white blotches throughout. It was upsetting to me, and I emailed Jason on Sunday. Jason was at my home to look at the patio first thing Monday morning. He smiled at me, told me that this was very common in the business (moisture trapped in the sealant) and not to worry. He had a crew out on Tuesday morning to reseal and correct. The patio is back to looking gorgeous! My husband and I will enjoy it for many years to come. I am so glad that I chose Precision for my home improvement project. And I especially appreciate having Jason as a partner. His excellent support made me feel like I was the most important customer he had.

Working with Precision Corporation is by far the best customer experience I have ever had. I contacted the office to make an appointment for some estimates on a facelift for my yard. They were extremely professional and made me feel comfortable while I asked so many questions. When the consultant came out to look at what I needed done, I really did not know what I wanted. He was so helpful putting together visions that would fit in my budget. I use the word consultant because it did not feel like he was trying to sell me and was truly helping. Even when I asked questions about future work on things that they typically do not do, he was knowledgeable and referred me to some contacts. I was able to get new beds and a beautiful patio. The crew was always on time and friendly. I was so happy with the work and ease of doing business that I had them add a small deck off the back a few months later. Precision is the Amazon of outdoor needs for Northeastern Ohio. It is a one stop shop. If I was the type of person that would put bumper stickers on my car (I am so not), I would have Precision all over it!!! Thank you Precision team for making my life easier during these projects. I love my yard!!!

Well, i had a few bids out their on some outside stuff. I figured i wasnt going to get them done, and we never enjoyed our backyard... ever! I decided that this year, friends and family where coming over! The problem was.. I didnt know what i wanted. Unfortunately, nobody else could help me either. That is till Percision showed up to give a estimate. I had a modest budget, and wanted the best bang (wow) for the buck. Boy, did i get it! I didnt realize i could get all that for the money. None of the other companies offered that image with the same budget, I was sold. However, after brainstorming with Glen the consulted. I found that i could switch up a few things- that i was unaware of, and really up the wow factor. So in conclusion, after a long summer of friends & family, barbecues and birthdays. While i sit around my new fire pit, with again friends & family, in late October after trick or treating. Im still enjoying my backyard! Thank you! We all love it!
