I’ve been using A&M for almost two years now at my restaurant. They take care of all my grass cutting, trimming, leaf blowing, snow plowing, and de-icing. Mike and his crew always do a fantastic job! They are timely, professional, and always leave the place no less than perfect. April has also been a pleasure to work with when it comes to the administrative side of things. She is always really quick to reply for any questions I might have, and always makes sure we are well taken care of.
We identified a drainage problem in the yard of our new house. Decades of soil heave needed to be leveled. A&M were responsive, delightful to work with, and regraded our front yard in less than a week. It looks great and I plan on having them back out to take care of some issues behind the house.
After getting a few quotes from other companies regarding drainage issues in our yard, A&M came out on top. Mike and his team listened to what the issues were, shared a vision for our yard's potential and worked with us to find a solution. We had A&M services rebuild a failing basement retaining wall, pour a patio with fire pit, regrade and reseed our backyard and edge and mulch our beds. This was a challenging project, and Mike and April worked tirelessly with the city to meet all of their requirements and still maintain our start date. When it came to construction, we could always rely on them to be at our house early each morning and they often worked 12 hour days, sometimes in the rain, to get the project done. The project finished up early and, in the end, passed all city inspections and requirements. Working with A&M was a great experience. They are very professional and listened carefully to what our vision was for our yard and helped us be able to realize that all while staying within our budget. Mike and April were very reliable and communicated with us on every step of the project during both the planning and construction phases. They have earned a customer for life, and if we ever need any work done in our yard again, we wouldn’t hesitate to call them again. We are so happy with the results of our project and are looking forward to enjoying our new and improved yard!

I called A&M General Services for landscaping work at my mother’s house. My call was answered by April, who I might add was an absolute sweetheart. She scheduled an estimate for the next day and within a few days I was on the schedule and the work was done. Mike was very patient with my mom and listened to what she wanted. If he didn’t think something she requested would be beneficial, he explained why and he didn’t try to talk her into anything unnecessary, just to make a bigger sale. Mike and April’s crew were courteous, friendly and respectful. They went out of their way to do some extra weeding for my mom even though it wasn’t required. You can tell Mike cares about his employees and it shows in their work. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
April and Mike were such a pleasure to work with. They are both so friendly and helpful. I called A&M to get an estimate for removing a ton of weeds along with old shrubs/bushes on two sides of my house. It was a big job, as the flower beds were completely overgrown. April promptly set up an appointment for me and Mike came out to provide the estimate. He walked me through each part of the plan to get rid of all the overgrown foliage and put stone and fabric down. Their price was by far the best of all the estimates I got. When the day came for the project, Mike and his team showed up on time and worked extremely hard to clear all the foliage and put the fabric and rocks down. They are perfectionists as they made sure every edge was straight. The attention to detail was fantastic. On the day of the project, I asked Mike if he and his team might be able to fill in a portion of my gravel driveway where car tires had created a deep groove that constantly formed a large puddle. They took care of the issue with no hesitation. They did such a tremendous job making that area of my driveway look nice that I asked them to do the entire driveway. I could not be happier with the way it looks. The final product - both the stone beds and the driveway - really make the house look so much nicer. April and Mike were some of the best people I’ve ever worked with. I would recommend them to anyone looking for landscaping help, and I already have. We just had a massive snow storm for 2 days.... April, Mike and team were out to our house several times to take care of us.....they came back after it was moving out of our area for final clean up.... We thank them for their loyalty, professionalism and dependable service.
What a wonderful company! Always responds in a timely manner & goes above & beyond to help their customers! The crew did a fabulous job cleaning my leaves & all summer cutting my grass so pleased with their work!
Would use them again in a heartbeat. Have a non-draining backyard, that over the years has become uneven. A&M quoted, communicated and completed everything in a quick, professional manner and kept us informed along the way. Added on some landscaping around the pool with the draining, leveling and grass. Will update with pictures when the grass comes in, but again would definitely recommend them for any of your needs.
The entire experience was excellent. I left a message on a Sunday and they got back to me the same day. Appointment was made that same week, estimate back within days and continued ideas and feedback back and forth and job was completed in the time frame they said. Three weeks!!!! I only had to wait 3 weeks unlike other companies we got proposals from. We are overjoyed with the results. It s mothers s day today and our yard is completely updated to our liking. I can t remember having everything done before mid-June in the past. This company did an excellent job! You will not be disappointed. Great job team A&M!
Boy did I need help! The beds around my house were a disaster. Thistle City. And tall. Since I already have Mike and April do my lawn care, I asked about landscaping my eyesore. It was bad. Mike was out within a day or two with a plan and in another day or two, with an estimate. I didnt even have to think about it. The following week they were here working. Within one day the work was done. Weeding, edging, planting, mulching and trimming two big bushes. All done to perfection. The company and their crew were professional, affordable, fast, honest and just plain nice! I highly recommend A&M General Services for all of your lawn care needs. They are good people! Seriously.
Was very pleased with snow removal services, and the owner, April was very pleasant to deal with. Plowed driveway & shoveled front walkway which was nice (previous company did not shovel our walkway), plan on using them again.

I only had a small job refreshing mulch in my garden beds, but working with A&M was a wonderful experience. April was pleasant and helpful in setting up the appointment. The price was fair, and they gave me a timeline of 2 to 3 weeks but ended up squeezing me in in less than a week. Mike and his crew were polite, hard-working, and efficient. And most importantly, my garden beds look great! I highly recommend them.
Mike, got right out measured and got the estimate to us. We decided to go with them. April, found time while waiting for another project and they got to us early. Knocked out our yard and it looks great!! They cleaned up after themselves. If you are looking for a quality SERVICE-centric landscaper - Mike at A&M is your guy. It is all about service these days and that is very hard to come by - - someone who does what they say and stands behind their work! A&M does that. We just build a new house and contracted Mike to put our lawn in. He did a GREAT job and was here when he said he would be here and followed up during and after the job - and answered any questions we had very promptly - what great service. Truly hard to find these days.
We moved into our home, last summer, which needed many upgrades. Recently, we had A&M do our grading, perform backfill along our house where we had waterproofing, install bushes and a mulch bed, and install pavers over stones thatd been laid down over waterproofing. In addition to doing everything we agreed upon, Mike and his crew relocated stone over areas that were covered in dirt thatd perviously had stone (this area was messed up during the waterproofing), re-mulched and added extra dirt where a tree had been knocked over during the bomb cyclone, and recommended concrete where we discussed pavers (he came over on a Sunday to recommend this and told us hed do it at no additional charge). Now, full-disclosure, the concrete didnt come out perfect because the existing and proposed stamping couldnt be matched up perfectly once the concrete was poured. I think they made the right call as the only other option at that point would have been to not stamp it or do what they did. Mike is honest and reasonable. Aprils communication is excellent. They run a tight ship. My neighbors have already been asking about A&M and Ive told them, as Ill tell yall, I highly recommend their services. We already plan on having them back to do more grading, clean up the mulch beds, do a yard cleanup, and do some replanting. Thank you April, Mike, and your teams!
I am very pleased with the landscaping work that A & M Landscaping and Lawncare did for our home! They transformed our front yard into a beautiful sea of river rock that perfectly accents the color of our house and has just the right amount of plants and flowering shrubs. I appreciate that Mike listened to my ideas, then applied his knowledge to determine which items would bloom best and conform to my color choices. He made suggestions that enhanced my ideas. He and his crew let me make the final decisions on color, choice of plants and shrubs, and their placement. They completed the entire job in a single day. I picked one of the wettest summers to get backyard landscaped. April and Mike communicated all the weather delay issues in a timely fashion. When the weather cooperated and Mike and his crew got it done, as promised, in two days, including cleanup. Could not ask for a better experience. Will use A&M again.

These people are just awesome! They helped my mom with getting her yard cut. I live in Indiana, and they actually did business with me over the phone. My mom couldnt figure out how to sign the emailed contract. Half hour later they brought a paper one to her house for her to sign! These folks need 6 stars.
