Plowz & Mowz - Snow Plowing and Lawn Care Service in North Ridgeville

The snow plow driver came to my home and backed into my mailbox to the point it snapped the 4x4" post (aluminum covered pressured treated wood) right at the concrete it was placed. This was a new, expensive mailbox installed just the year before, so the post was fresh wood. The aluminum (very thick) post covering the wood was also damaged. The driver said the driveway had already been serviced to get out of taking responsibility for paying to fix the mailbox. This company is not one to trust with your snow plowing as they will not take responsibility for the mailbox repair. It was obvious that this driver had damaged the mailbox based on the timing of his text about drive being serviced and neighbors camera footage showing an intact mailbox then a very leaning mailbox a couple hours later (because their camera only picks up motion near their house although had motion in their drive before and after to capture the mailbox damage). DO NOT use this service and look at all the poor reviews! Update: the company paid for the new replacement mailbox post - however, we had to install the post in the ground again with new 4x4 lumbar and concrete! Upgrading to 2 star because of this.

Well I paid extra for same day service plus it was the day after the biggest snow of the season and we were stuck! I had to call off work so I needed the plow ASAP. They were a little later than they said and it wasn’t very pretty but I didn’t have marker poles to mark driveway edges they warned me about possibly yard damage ahead of time though so they were honest and it was minimal. Bottom line it was a miracle I got a plow on that short notice on that day! I will definitely try them for some other services!

I called at 3 they said they would be here by 7:30 there is no phone number to call they never showed up but they were quick to take my money

We needed a plow on Christmas. Had 14 inches of snow. We were nervous because this was our first time doing this but they kept in touch with us and arrived with two plows and did a great job. Next time we have 14 inches (God forbid!😊) we'll call again!

Needed driveway plowed on Christmas day. Although it was a bit pricey, the plow service did a great job. I normally just shovel, but if I was in a pinch again I would use this service again.

I ordered a plow they never showed or called. This company is a scam. Don’t use

I wish I could write this with not even one star. I called on a Thursday told him this is a rush order I needed it by Friday and they were going to send somebody out. Friday They were a no-show no call, Saturday no call no show, Sunday I called them and nobody had picked up my job yet. Monday about 120 I called them again and nobody picked my job up. My grass is extremely long . My neighbors aren’t happy . I wasn’t happy and canceled their service. If you live in the North Ridgeville area ,even if you live on the same street that their services on ,don’t expect anybody to show up . Poor service Would Not recommend this company!

Excellent service. I put in a request in the morning and my drive way was plowed by noon . The driver was very courteous and couldn't have been nicer. would definitely recommend.
