I had a broken pipe situation on a Sat. I called Thrive and they sent me a video that showed me how to turn of the system without having to turn off the water to the house. Matthew came out on Monday and replaced the pipe. He was very polite, through, and explained everything he did. He answered all my questions.

We recently moved into a house and noticed that there was a leak in the irritation system (water meter slowly spinning)... I looked everywhere, but I couldnt find the exact location of the leak... with my water bill being 5 times above standard utilization, I knew I needed professional help, so I called Thrive Outdoor Solutions and Shaun came out... Shaun and his crew looked throughout my property for almost a full day, but couldnt find the leak anywhere... Shaun felt really bad and said that hed be back to help me out again the next day (all of this at no charge)... it was really awesome to see how much he cared about working with me to ultimately stop this leak... after searching again for hours on the second trip, Shaun eventually found the leak at the Master Valve and helped me to replace it at a very reasonable price... Thrive installed drip irrigation around the foundation of my house and a rain /freeze sensor. This was the second time I have used this company s services. The efficiency of the team doing the installation was excellent, just like my first experience. I was provided with clear instructions on how the drip system works with my existing lawn irrigation control and how the rain/freeze sensor works. Every contact with a Thrive team member, from the office staff, technician who came out to look at my house and answer questions, to the installation team has been excellent. I called them on a Friday morning after I couldnt get my sprinkler system to turn on. within a couple of hours Johnny and James showed up. They found the problem within a few minutes. They explained everything and what the charges would be if I wanted to proceed. They did all they could that day and would return on Monday with the correct parts to repair the issue. Johnny arrived Monday and fixed what they started on Friday. Then he found two more pipes that were broken. He again explained the procedure that needed to be done for the repairs. Getting going for the spring and had a few leaks and adjustments needed. Professional response and accurate texting for arrival times. Matthew was prompt and professional. He tested the system and made necessary repairs. On his way out he checked and noticed the water meter was still moving. We started troubleshooting and he found another leak. This one underground by the French drain. Repairs were made and meter stopped!! Highly recommend Thrive!!

Thrive installed is new system for us back in Sept 2020. A 3-year warranty was included with purchase. We recently had a problem with our Hunter Controller - it appeared to have failed. We called Thrive to request a service call. Service Tech arrived the SAME day and replaced the faulty controller - NO Charge! We have used Thrive for two complete irrigation system installs and they were GREAT to work with each time. They stand behind what they sell/service, perform great work and their pricing is fair. We HIGHLY recommend!

Thrive installed a new sprinkler system for our front and backyard 2 years ago and the whole process happened very efficiently. Not much disruption to the yard and system is working great. Took time to make sure everything was programmed and we had good contacts with them for any concerns. This recently came in handy when our controller unit died (likely electrical surge). Thrive was out the next day with a new unit installed within hours. Above and beyond our expectation for maintenance on a system installed years ago!

Thrive installed our irrigation system. They handled all of the permitting and inspections, and ensured we were satisfied with the product received. Later they performed scheduled inspections and this past year came out for a warranty repair quickly, although the web form may not have worked; I recommend calling instead. All in all I am pleased with their service, and would recommend them.

I had my driveway replaced last week and in the process my irrigation system was damaged and disconnected during the demo at my expense, so I had to resort to hose sprinklers to water my lawn. I called my regular repair service and they could not address the major repairs I needed until October. I called Aaron at Thrive Outdoor Solutions, described the major repairs I needed, and he said he could be out the following week to give me and estimate. I was happy with the estimate, and he and Chris came out the following week and completed the entire job in one day and actually improved the layout and types of heads on the system which now works better than it ever had for 40 years. I will definitely call them for any future irrigation system needs, and I highly recommend them to anyone wanting personable, professional work at a reasonable price.

Called Thrive Solutions to move/repair 2 sprinkler heads next to a retaining wall I am building. Consulted with Alex about another zone that I feel was not being properly irrigated. He recommended that I add another sprinkler head to help cover the zone better. He had it installed in about 30 minutes. He also adjusted a couple of other heads. The rates were reasonable and the repairs/additions are working great. Even gave a one year warranty. My customer experience was excellent.

I have no hesitation giving BNC Lawn Care 5 stars (I would give them 6 if I could). Chris is very genuine and honest, and I will go to BNC if I need their services in the future. I had a drainage problem in my backyard which required a french drain. I got a phone call from Chris while he was working on the project, and he told me that he figure out most of the problem was coming from a leaking gutter. A much smaller french drain was required saving me $700. So its clear that his interest is in being honest and saving the customer money wherever possible. It started to rain heavily in the middle of the project. He normally would have left the project and came back the next day, but he didnt want an open hole present in the backyard since I have dogs, so he decided to finish the drain in rain and crazy mud. At the end of the project, Chris gave me another call and told me the sod at the store he went to wasnt very good quality. He couldve just used that sod, put it down, and been done with the project. Instead, he used man hours the next day to find a better quality sod to put down in my backyard. Overall, a perfect experience.

BNC Lawn Care was our last call. We had already had some of the big companies come out and each one wanted to immediately install a super expensive french drain. Chris told me he thought it was a leak and not a drainage problem like all the other companies said. We went with BNC and boy are we glad we did. Where other companies said that they could not meet with me for 2 weeks, Thrive Outdoor Solutions came to see me the next day. Everything was clearly explained to me, and they have a state-of-the-art customer communication system. The installers did everything in one day, and accommodated a couple of my special requests. Booked them for 8am and waited an hour and a half and no one showed up. We called several times and never got a response. We chose them over another company because of their reviews but I m not sure how anyone could leave a review if they don t show up or answer the phone.

Had a consult with Thrive to install a new irrigation system. Was informed about everything they offer which sounded great. Had a video made of my yard explaining the plans. After the consult it took about 30 mins to get a quote. The quote explained what they would do, but was not itemized. The quote I was given was much higher than expected and when I asked for modifications, I never heard anything back. I reached out to them again and was basically told that there wasnt much they could do to lower the cost. I think its kind of shady that they do not tell you how much the materials they use cost or how much they are using for install and the cost of said materials. I think its rather unprofessional to leave a customer hanging. I had better expectations for this company.

They made sure all my sprinkler heads were functioning properly, no matter if they replaced them or not. They programmed my controller, and, with the one-year warranty for the work they did, I can call them if there are any issues. I give 5 stars (6 if I could) and would recommend them to any of my friends and family!
