Ray and his team were great! Ray responded to my quote in a couple hours and was here the next day to look at everything. Ray came out the next week for the project with his team. Fantastic service. They came to inspect my tree the same day I called, they consulted on what would be best for the health of the tree and came back 4 days later to cut the dangerous branches and clean it up. Great price, worked safely and my yard and my neighbors yards were clean than when they left.

Hired them to clear up brush, weeds and leaves and cut some small trees down. They did a poor job. It was a two day job that was rushed and done in one day. Areas they were asked to work on were left a mess when they were done. Leaves were blown into our neighbors yard. We were told by Ray they would come back and do some other work for us and finish up the cleanup but its been a month and we haven t heard anything. Unfortunately, we paid in full and provided a very generous tip hoping to get the best service but we were let down.

We hired Ray & his crew to take down two trees, clean out our mulch beds, and spread new mulch. Truly blown away by the quality of the work. They really went above and beyond, even cleaned up our patio. Cant say enough good things about Optimus Tree & Landscape. We will definitely be calling Ray in the Fall. Highly recommend!!

Ray is great! He and his team (of one) were fantastic. He came out quickly because we had a cracked tree that was going to fall and some additional tree trimming and cleaning. He came out on a Sunday to get it done so it didnt fall on power lines. Yard looked just as good, if not better when they left and they were mindful of our neighbors properties. I like that he is local and the owner. His price was fair and the whole job was done within 2 hours! I will definitely use Ray for future jobs.

We needed all the old shrubs removed from front of house. Ray came to give us a quote and scheduled job for a week later. He and his team worked well and did very good cleanup and haul away. He was able to save a hydrangea shrub and transplanted it to different part of yard. We asked for some additional tree work while they were here and they were able to accommodate us. Would definitely call Ray again for future projects.

I have waited almost 2 months to write this review to see how my tree reacted to Rays trimming of dead branches on my tree, which looked like it was dyeing. At this point we have a couple of branches that died afterwards, but overall I think the tree is going to have hope for a longer life, thanks to Rays professionalism. I also learned not to leave screws or nails in trees, as it can cause it to be infected with metal. Thanks, Ray

Ray is great and hard working. Will also help with design and planning if you need it. Had them build a mulch bed and plant flowers.

I have known Ray and Optimus Tree Services for more than 5 years and used them at least 6 different times. I recommend them without hesitation and have never been disappointed. I recently had Optimus remove a 90 tree that stood between 2 buildings, surrounded by electrical and cable wires. Ray was able to remove it lowering each piece to the ground without any damage to the buildings or landscape. Optimus Tree Services is a professional company that I highly recommend.

Our expectations were far exceeded. We needed a yard cleanup and some light tree removal, and, as always, we were hesitant to hit Google and find good people to do the work. Ray was very professional and responsive. He met with us (arriving masked very respectful) to look over and quote the job. We had him back a few days later to do the work. We was extremely thorough, even to the point of giving the yard one last mow and trim for the season. There was not a single leaf left when he was done. We will have him back very soon for some tree trimming and pruning. He was earned a very loyal new customer.
