Despite what was replied to- we were clients for many many years. Overcharged, projects never completed…. Paid for supplies never delivered, dirt and rock for landscaping) and were not the only ones. Bert is just an absolutely unbearable , passive aggressive person to deal with. I’m glad I’ve heard through the grapevine he’s hired other to be a foreman. Severely poor service. Google asked to describe my experience but the form isn’t long enough.

Wow! Most unprofessional company ever tried to used. Lied, lied and lied. Said they would do a job they couldn’t do and then kept my money, Trying to get your money back for a job they didn’t do! They like taking money from hurricane victims and do absolutely nothing. Stay away from Blake guy has mental issues!

I have used Holbrook Lawn Care for years, and cannot speak highly enough about them. They show up when they say they will, the employees have never been anything but professional with my wife and me. I had an irrigation emergency once (another company installed the irrigation when I first moved into the house), after hours, and I spoke with the owner, Bert. He was out to dinner with his family, but assured me he’d take care of it ASAP. Well… ASAP for him meant being at my home in not more than 30 minutes. His wife and children were actually sitting in his vehicle waiting for him to fix my problem, which he did. I attempted to pay him extra for his services, because I felt horrible that I ruined their family time. Bert refused to take any extra money, and only requested that I recommend his company to neighbors and friends, which I did. I just moved out of state recently, and I left a note for the new homeowners, persuading them to keep Holbrook Lawn Care. Call this company, you won’t be disappointed!!
