Ryon is amazing at what he does! He helped do our christmas lights and we couldnt be more happy.

What a great company. They are not a big company and you can tell very quickly. He spent like 30 minutes talking to me about my yard and gave me different suggestions. My yard has not looked better in years. Even with only watering twice a week, it looks amazing.

I would like to 10000% recommend these guys from Smart grass pest & lawn to anybody & everybody that has dealt with bugs any bugs, we have lived in our house for thirteen years and have had multiple pest control guys come out and spray but we still had ants move into our kitchen counters and spiders sneak in through our basement windows, we decided to change to another pest control and thats when we called these guys SGP&L and let me tell you the dead bettles weve found, the no spiders in our basement and finally no ants in our kitchen I recommend these guys indefinitely.

Ryon is knowledgeable, friendly, honest and professional. When I switched to his lawn service in the spring , he spent over 30 minutes teaching me about my lawn, and why he was treating it the way he was, and what I needed to do to keep it as healthy as possible. Especially with only 2 waterings a week. I also appreciate his willingness to communicate with me one on one and answer any questions. I highly recommend his service.

Ryon does fantastic work. He is extremely detail oriented and makes sure that each and every customer is happy. Ryon has done work at my home and the homes of my clients. He is takes his work, Church and Family obligations seriously. If you have yard care needs call Ryon who is a local business owner doing his best day in and out.

Ryon was always very nice and professional and easy to deal with. However, if you have any questions, it s best not to ask because the customer service received was terrible and always came with an extremely bad attitude as if you were an inconvenience to them. January 2020, every one of their customers (us included) received an email from their accounting/scheduling person basically venting and being extremely rude about billing that only applied to a few of their customers. It was not something should have been said to everyone. When we had questions this year for a rough time frame of when our lights might be put up, we were told they would get back to us on Monday. After a week of no response, we did a follow up with them to see where we might have been falling on their schedule since my 4-year-old son was super excited for our Christmas lights, we received a nasty text back that said it s not hard to forget to text one person back after waiting a week for a response. While also throwing in our faces that they have over 100 customers (almost implying that they can t keep up with the number of clients they have). Our lights were also installed wrong on 11/9. We called THAT DAY and they did apologize and said they would come out to replace our lights. That Saturday, our lights had still not been fixed nor had we been told when they would be out to fix them like they said they would. They called back and apologized saying they thought one of their employees was going to fix earlier that week. Shortly after that, lightbulbs started going out on the brand new lines we had just added this year after being up for only a couple of weeks. After confronting whoever handles their emails and such about their poor customer service and that was the reason for parting ways via email, she began texting my husband through her private cell phone going into her personal life issues that this has caused and has never dealt with customers like Christmas tree light customers. She also made claims of us never speaking to them previously to where we would have received poor customer service but I have saved all texts and emails from dealing with these people. The handling of everything was extremely unprofessional, discourteous, rude, and distasteful. Overall, the lights might look good but the customer service that was received back is the only reason we are ending services for Christmas lights with Smart Grass Pest and Lawn.

Ive waited for a few months and several services to write this review. I am thoroughly impressed with smart grass. He takes time with mowing and trimming and is always good to close the gate so the dogs dont get out. When it comes to fertilizer and weed control he certainly doesnt skimp. He has even treated the weeds a few times in between applications at no charge. Overall the lawn looks beautiful and I couldnt be happier. Thanks Smart Grass!

We couldn t be happier with the job that Smart Grass Pest and Lawn does for us. We ve been very particular about our yard for years and take a lot of pride in how it looks. Two years ago we had some health challenges and wasn t able to do the yard like we had been doing it for years. We called Ryon at Smart Grass to help us. He mows and edges our lawn every week......:perfectly. He takes so much pride in his work and makes our yard look beautiful!!!!! We appreciate him very much. We recommend him to everyone!!! We have had Smart Grass fertilize our property for quit some time now.I believe we get the 7 step program,and we honestly couldnt be any more pleased.We really love the knowledge they had about getting rid of our crab grass and they got rid of grubs in like two applications.I also really really love that we can just text them and get an answer right back,or if we need to call we can call and they seem to always answer the phone.We dont usually write reviews,but when we got asked if we would write an honest review about your experience with our company over the years I figured we could at least do that for them after they have pretty much revived our property.We wouldnt pick any other company, specially to fertilize our property.

Ryon with SmartGrass has been taking care of my lawn and sprinklers for over a year now. Last summer I had an emergency with my old sprinkler system and within a couple hours of my call Ryon was there and fixed the multiple issues. One of which was my garage flooding. After he left all of my sprinklers worked perfect. And Ive never had a flooding issue again. He always makes time for his customers and new ones as well. I live all the way up in Brigham city. So for him just swing by for me to show him something and ask him a question its quite the drive. Hes always willing though. Theres no job to big or small for smart grass. Ryons company can handle it all. I know cause ive got a huge yard. Infact other companies turned me down because of its size and he was more than happy to take me on as a customer. He is very knowledgeable and will tell you straight forward what the problem is without trying to upsell you like so many other companies do. He gives you a more than fair price for the exceptional work he does. Hes very much a perfectonalist and will never leave you unsatisfied. I would totally recommend him for lights and snow removal as well. Ryon is honest and punctual. You will never regret hiring SmartGrass.

Smart Grass has always done and exceptional job for me. They have done lawn care, yard cleanup, fertilization and even some sprinkler repair for me. In each case the work was done promptly, professionally and at a reasonable price. One thing that stands out is the care they take to cleanup when the work is completed. We been using Ben Lomond for few years and decided to give Smart Grass Pest and Lawn a try. I messaged them for a quote and I got a response within minutes and next morning they came over and did our lawn. Their price estimates were way lower than anyone I have seen. Professional and quality work done at an affordable price. I was very impressed with their service. They installed a new sprinkling system and even worked with Pineview water, recommending a complete upgrade to the main valve at no charge! They adapted to my yard and unforeseen conditions after beginning the work. They honored the contract and had grass growing within a few days of completing the job. I recommend their service to anyone. They know what they are doing!
