David and team do a fantastic job for 3 yrs I had Tru Green and my grass looked yellow and dead in spots that I had to reseed areas This year I finally got rid of Tru Green and hired Turf Medic my grass has never looked so green and beautiful I have had several neighbors comment on my grass I 💯 percent recommend Turf Medic

Did not fertilize back side yard. He did do weed prevention there after I went out and talked him. This is a repetitive situation. They are better than any other company we have had for fertilizing and weed control but still not completely satisfied. I do have to say that if have a problem they are right on top of it to ensure I am satisfied.

Would not recommend. Used the service for a year and asked for a team member come out and help with lawn that died. They attempted to diagnosis the problem over the phone without even looking at the issue. Essentially they have ignored our questions while providing two different and opposing scenarios based on conjecture. We were seeking help and the owner/person we spoke with 1) disregarded our questions and would not make the effort to perform the work they advertise. Finally, they ignored our requests to cancel the service (after realizing they were not going to provide advertised services) and the associates continued to fertilize a dead lawn. Seemed more like scheme than a service.

Although my friend recommended them to me and the results he is getting are convincing they have failed to contact me via phone for the lawn consult. I requested contact on the website and they requested my address but no call no follow-up

The first couple months of treatment out yard looked great. As time went our yard got worse and is now completely dead, nothing but dirt and we have weeds that they claim we’re treated. They did not to tailor their treatment to our yards needs needless to say we cancelled our contract. My yard was in much better shape before I Used this service and now we have to get sod installed to get grass back.
