Must read to the bottom: I really wanted to leave a positive review (and I rarely leave a negative one) because Thomas and Yvonne are great people and went above and beyond to try and ensure our pest problem was taken care of. However, ... when trying to handle the problem initially, I was told that heat treatment kills all the insects. The risk is that a TV can get damaged so they normally get moved out outside. We moved A LOT of items out . The heat treatment did not work the first time. So we had to move everything out a 2nd time. The heat treatment again did not work. The result.... My TV was blown which I didnt care if bugs were removes. However part of my ceiling in the kitchen is now massively cracked so I am having to pay a contractor fix it. My alarm system sensors and several light switches literally melted. Countless hard plastic items in the house warped and melted BUT the worst part - I got back to my house today to find my AC unit damaged and water leaked all over my bedroom. Currently having emergency plumber repairs to fix the AC unit. I signed a contract stating I needed to remove valuable items to prevent damage. Well removing an AC unit and part of your roof is not possible. A $1400 heat treatment which is already expensive has created another $5000-6000 in necessary repairs. Bugs were removed from the pesticide treatment which I wanted to avoid by using heat. And I was told only once did a TV get damaged during heat but I was never warned that so much of my home would also get damaged and I would be stuck with absurd amounts of out of pocket costs. Again - Thomas is a great guy, hard working and kept trying everything to get rid of the bug but I cant leave a positive review when my house was this damaged.

Omg! Service was so professional! And so fast and efficient. The agent took as much care to solve my small termite issue as my dentist does on my cavities!! 5 star review for sure!!! Had so many issues with other companies. This one rocks! Thank you Active Pest Control!!!!

My grandma had a terrible bed bug problem. I had to two other exterminators come out but the bed bugs just wouldnt go away. I have been looking for someone for almost 2 1/2 years to come into the simple task of blocking the holes in my soffits were rodents were entering into my home, just to get someone to answer a question was impossible. I gave it one last shot and they showed up the same day they showed up the next day to finish the project And it s done and I m grateful the price was more than fair. AVOID AT ALL COST! THEY WILL WRITE WHATEVER IS NECESSARY ON REPORT TO GET PAID! Used them when purchasing a house and was told there were signs of WDO, which they were able to treat. Moved in and was greeted by a swarm flying termites all over the house. I immediately call out to exterminators (I originally thought they were flying ants) and was immediately told the house would need to be tented, and that they have been there for years considering they have wings. So, Active Pest Control either had an ineffective treatment method, did low quality work considering the problem exists, or had no idea what they were doing seeing as they couldnt make this recommendation (but could take the money for whatever they did). Highly disappointed with the work produced by this company considering I paid for treatment and there are still major issues that greatly affect the property. It should have been stated at some point if they didnt have the capability to properly handle the problem, instead of taking money and falsifying documents to push a deal through.

I called for a Roach infestation, and it was hassle free for them to set a time and have a technician come. Danny came out and had a look the same day, He was super patient, and helpful (I didnt understand the spray at first). He explained the best route for service which was an Actisol spray (I had to step out for a few hours). He included a follow-up for eggs and any roaches left behind, and showed up exactly a week later, when he said he would for the follow-up. Ive havent seen a roach since. THANK YOU!!!!

When I found out that I had a rat in my attic I called several companies to give me a quote and tell me what I needed to do. I cannot begin to tell you the experiences I had with well known companies that made appointments and did not show up or wanted thousands of dollars to do this job. I had a pretty good idea of the cost since I had this problem a few years ago. So I went back to research pest control companies and this company caught my attention, is near my home and had been in business for a number of years. They made an appointment with me and a young man showed up (Dennys) on time. He checked the attic, the roof and all around the exterior of the house. He told me I had a few holes and needed the plumbing vents on the roof to be covered with mesh and gave me a very reasonable price. I hired them, they did the job placed traps in the attic and returned every other day to check the traps. So far they have successfully caught 2 rats and I am happy to report it has been very quiet in the attic since. We also discovered in the process that I have termites, something I have suspected for a while now and am in the process of arranging to get the tenting done. They have already done the preliminary work for the subterranial termites and the experience was equally excellent. My experience so far with this company has been A+. They show up on time, they do the job quietly and professionally and get results and charge a just price and never tried to sell me anything I did not need or give me a price that I had to negotiate. I am very happy with the work they have done so far and recommend them highly. I will definitely continue to use them for all my pest control needs. Thank you Dennys and Active.

I recently purchased a home. These people were recommended to me and I use them to get rid of these black bugs. They look like little roaches. They did a great job. They completely got rid of them when I was sitting in my house and heard something in the attic they came and took care of it immediately, which was some baby rats or something. They also discovered there was a termite damage in the wood and came the same day, and put care of it immediately. I can t thank them enough. They are professional, trustworthy, and do a great job. They say what they do and do what they say. I highly recommend them, and I am pretty fussy.

Not only was the rates excellent but they actually did the job correctly and very professionally, not like the other 2 companies. This is hands down the best pest control company ever. The staff is so knowledgeable, professional, and extremely nice. The roaches are gone right away. It really works. I have free pest control on my building, and they came and the roaches were still there. With this company, I see the difference. Their stuff really works. 10 out 10 I definitely recommend. Most of the reviews for this company express opinions that were written shortly after signing up with Active Pest. This one is not.. I meet Tom back in 1979.. I lived in Hollywood, Fl at that point. He services y bug needs until they hired Wilson.... Wilson has been around and it just about a member of my family. He does my sisters house, my sons house and my daughters home and my ex-husbands. When I moved to Palm Beach.. my new husband already had a bug service so.. we used them for a VERY short time.. there was an ant problem that was totally out of control. I got hold of Wilson to see if Active serviced Palm Beach.. at that time they had very limited service BUT.. yes they could service my new home. Thats was back in 2002.. And since then they have been coming here ...Wilson has a key to my house.. I totally trust this company... a VERY satisfied 35 year customer.
