This company is truly exceptional. Robert and his crew were incredible. I immediately referred him to my family the same day. Where do I start? 1. When Robert gave us the quote, he was honest and direct. He provided his opinion about how to enhance the property, and answered all of our questions. 2. Scheduling with him was straight forward. A couple of weeks passed by, I called him and somehow he immediately remembered our entire house. This speaks to his organization. 3. I asked him to accommodate my schedule, and he actually exceeded my expectations and got the job done 4 days before scheduled. 4. He was on time. He gave me an ETA, and he was there before the ETA. 5. His crew was very kind. Melo was great. The rest of the men were really nice as well and made some jokes. Melo had a great memory and asked about something we said earlier in the day. Now, lets talk about the actual work - fantastic. 6. He came with a large crew (multiple trucks, multiple men, etc) and they efficiently parked in the nearby as to not disturb the neighbors. 7. Their work was neat and orderly, and they cleaned as they did it - which I appreciated. They answered our questions and just knocked everything out in a timely manner. 8. When the job was done, the house truly had a facelift. Ill tell you that MULTIPLE neighbors stopped to see the work, some even took pictures and talked to Roberts crew. Dissatisfied with our job completed. Our contract is for complete tree removal and stump removal. This job was not done. I placed a review of Yelp expressing my disappointment & dissatisfaction & the owner had the audacity to state my review was fake. Essentially stating that his workers didnt complete the job. I detest individuals with no moral character. I detest even more liars.

The gentleman gave me the number and name of another company and said I could try them. The other company was also highly reputable and was able to complete my service. I feel as if this wouldve been any other company besides Big Dawgs Tree Service, they wouldve just told me no and moved along. Big Dawgs Trees have been trimming my trees for over 10 years. Robert the owner actually listens to what you want done- as well as the foreman when he comes out with the crew. I have an acre of property I usually trim once a year. At least a 6 man crew and done in a day. They clean it up and take everything away.

Robert came by a few days ago to give a quote and recommendations on service. Within a few days, a team from his company with about 9 guys came out and removed a palm tree, while trimming back multiple trees of ours. They are superb! I was very pleased and they provide great customer service too. We had an issue with a neighbor trying to tell them what to do when the team did nothing to instigate the neighbor and they were very cordial. Orelvis and his team did an awesome job. Will use Big Dawgs for any tree service we need in the future.

We called Robert to have a large oak tree in our front yard trimmed back from our house and driveway in Miami Springs. He came the same day to give us a quote and was able to schedule the service within a week s time. His crew, led by an excellent foreman (Mellow), did an amazing job and left us blown away with how quickly they did this huge project as well as how careful they were to not damage anything. They also cleaned up the entire site before leaving (which is extremely rare). The crew is highly skilled and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a fare and reasonable price for exceptional service.

This company has done and extensive work in our HOA landscaping. Robert has an excellent crew that systematically went thru our entire area trimming trees including the removal of a tree that had a fungi and needless to say it was a very big tree. This Big Dawgs Tree Service was outstanding! They not only submitted for the permit with Miami Shores but within 24 hours they were at my home to remove a tree and stump. I had called 3 companies: one did not show up, one kept giving me the runaround, kept changing the day of the job, knowing I traveled often, also asking me to Zelle half the money to keep the appointment before touching one tree; and Big Dawgs and Stump. Robert quickly replied and showed up on time. He communicated professionally, educated us on the trees and plants on the property. With a tropical storm headed straight for South Florida, Robert of Big Dawg s Tree Service REALLY saved the day!! After my desperate, last minute call in the morning, Robert showed up with two crews of highly skilled, fully insured workers that same afternoon! They set about quickly & efficiently to trim a long row of umbrella trees that had grown dangerously close to the cables & phone lines running across the rear of my property! Big Dawg s shortened them to a safe level well below those important communication lines! Not stopping there, however, the crews trimmed the other bushes, trees, & vines around the rest of my property, too! The result is TRULY amazing! I seem to have twice the yard space I had before & now I feel safe & can relax throughout rest of the hurricane season! Very professional business they provided me with a contract of work to be done and executed it. I had them remove 2 fruit trees all shrubs on property and another small tree on property. All work was done within 2 hours including grinding of stumps. They showed up with 5 trucks a crew of 10 men. Was very impressed with work done. Recently bought house and I had a medium size tree removed and remaining trees trimmed on my property at my house. They did a fantastic job, completely removed tree, grinded out the stump and roots and cleaned up the area afterwards. They also did not overcharge me and I was very impressed.
