Jermaine is great at what he does. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to the tree services he provides. We had a bunch of old Trees side of home that he took down for us and stump grinded. Excellent job. Would highly recommend!

I was hesitant to have a Gumbo Limbo removed. I thought the roots were causing issues in my driveway and sprinkler system. After speaking with them, I decided to change my mind about the project. They are professional and willing to educate me during their process.

I called this company last week and they came out and gave me an estimate. The estimate was a great price. This company was very professional . The gentleman who came to my house were very pleasant and hard working, they cut a very large portion of my neighbors tree that was over my roof. They did not drop anything on my roof, they cleaned up my yard and my neighbors yard when they were done. I would use the company again, and highly recommend them to anyone who needs trees trimmed.

We searched for several estimates for a condo homeowners association community property tree trimming job. It was a pretty decent-sized job. We read previous reviews for this company, so that factored into our decision to choose J & J, plus the fact that they had been responsive in communication, particularly Nakeesha who answered the phone. They did a beautiful and professional job on all of our tree pruning needs. The price was most reasonable, and Jermaine is quite knowledgable in his craft, trained at UF and under renowned arborists, very friendly, as is his personnel that worked with him on the job. Great clean-up; and now the property looks very groomed. Will not hesitate to use them again as well as recommend for other jobs. Thank you for the great service we received.

Jermaine and Lester came out to cut a small tree near my pool and near the canal. It was done with such skill and the clean up was just super clean. No leaves went into the pool, and now branches in the canal though there were lots of limbs with leaves all around the pool and near the canal. I couldnt believe it when Jermaine actually climbed the tree to cut the limbs in a strategic sequence. More than well done. Then they moved to the front and again, Jermaine, chimed the overgrown tree to cut limbs that were scattering tons and leaves and broken branches all over my driveway. They did an amazing job and if I could give them 10 stars I would do so. They were on time, friendly and worked like an oiled clock. I will have them back in a week or so to do some more work. Best experience with a contractor in my 5 years in FL. ***** more!

Jeremy was fabulous! I have a Barbados Cherry that was in dire need of attention...and called around seeking help. I didnt leave a message and yet their wonderful coordinator Nicki called back and offered to assist me. I sent her a photo, then Jeremy passed by later and I received a quote via text that evening. We confirmed an appointment for the next day. Jeremy arrived on time and explained the trees challenges and how he would rectify them. He, along with his assistants Lester and CJ did a fast, thorough job and they had lots of jokes to share. The entire experience was professional, fairly priced and I learned so much about tree health! I cannot thank you enough gentlemen. And will sing your praises for years to come. Nice guy and he gets the job done. His bucket truck died on the job, but he still took down the tree so that we could make sure the tree was down before bulk pickup that Monday (also before hurricane Isaias was scheduled to brush by). I am sure some would have waited until the truck was repaired ,.. but he climbed up there and finished the job while waiting for the mechanic to get the parts. After the job was done, my neighbor hired him to trim his big tree after seeing his work. (So a double recommendation!)

Very serious and responsible. They cleaned a couple of palm trees at my house, which were very dirty. They are responsible, fair priced and compliant. Its the most you can ask for. They are also covered with the required insurance. Something that you cannot forget when hiring this type of service

I have a five huge palm trees in my backyard. Until I found Jermaine. I was calling the tree guys every three months sometimes even shorter to cut the flower pods. They have knowledge of the palms. They will actually climb up the trees and look inside for the pods. No more pods cutting for every few months. They are reliable and very honest. I highly recommended to have them take care of your trees!!

Jermaine & his helper were great. Held to quote he had given us about two months prior to doing the job - which was absolutely very fair & reasonable for the size of the job. They were on time & thoughtful of our neighbors & area. (Live across from an elementary school). Very polite & patient young men doing a job in the Florida heat. Texted Jermaine on a Thursday afternoon, sent him pictures of the stumps I needed removed. He gave me a good price, and came the following day all the way up to Delray from Plantation. Removed my stumps and since he was so friendly and easy to work with, I had him plant two palm trees. He was very informative and knows his stuff about trees. He even showed me and educated me on gunaderma butt rotting that I had on one of my other palm trees. I will definitely recommend him and use him again.

Had a tree that fell down and was hoping to have it put back into place. Called J & J and was very impressed by their honesty after sending some photos they advised me the best way to handle the situation and provided advice which was to not waste my money and effort based on what they saw. Excellent service. True professional. Jermaine actually showed up when he said he would, unlike 3 other companies! Licensed and insured - so important when dealing with tall trees. Cleaned up a giant white bird of paradise that was pressing on my fence. Took down a beast of a 30 foot loaded coconut via zip line and another hanging dangerously over my tile roof using the roping method. Good crew.

Really great, came out and cut down our two lightning struck trees on a Sunday.

Hurricane Irma uprooted a tree along with the AC unit. We needed to separate the tree roots from the AC to get it running. After calling numerous tree service companies promising to come by but never calling back, Jermaine Jackson was the only one that called back & showed up. He pulled up like a knight in shining armour with a truck, tools & all the equipment necessary for any job. I was hopeful. Jackson & his crew were extremely professional and best of all had a great attitude. The task was difficult because they had to be careful not to damage the AC, but they took extra care and managed to get the job done successfully. They were friendly, professional, and true experts. We are extremely grateful to J & J for their great service during this difficult time.

Jermaine is awesome! I had a Palm tree that had been struck by lightening. Many people came by and gave me a quote, but I couldnt afford their prices on a single teachers salary. Jermaine came by and quoted me a price that I could afford and he did the work quickly and professionally. I have used him on several occasions since then, and each time he does amazing work.
