Proscape New England in North Kingstown

Working with Proscape New England was a great experience. Ryan had great design ideas. The workers were fabulous. Everything was completed quickly and professionally. We highly recommend.

We had all our overgrown existing shrubs removed from the front of our house and replaced with new much smaller ones. At the same time Proscape built a new walkway. It looks like a different house. We're very pleased with the work which by the way came in on budget. Raphael and his crew are very knowledgeable and professional. My only complaint is that it took longer than expected. In the end it was worth the wait.

Snow removal sucks! They have nor problem dumping 5 tons of salt on the roadways of the condominium complex but have their helpers only do half the driveway! Walkways are not done within allotted time. Time to hire real help and get rid of the lazy! I shouldnt have to get home from a overnight work shift and shovel the driveway myself. Thats what I pay you for!!!

I had 14 LARGE arborvitaes to transplant from a nursery. The trees were about 20 ft. tall and the root balls were about 4 ft. in dia. and 3 ft. deep and weighed about 1200 -- 1500 lbs. The nursery dug and balled the trees and Proscape took it from there. Proscape transported the trees on a huge flatbed and brought in an excavator, bucket loader and bobcat to pull out 12 large Frazier Fir stumps that the arborvitaes would replace. The guys ALL did a fantastic job, were very professional, expedient, good natured, very cooperative and fun to work with. They were all a GREAT crew and very considerate of damage to my property with the heavy equipment. I would definitely go to them again for any landscape construction job needed, whether big or small. GREAT JOB!!!

Never had a problem with this company. I've been using them for 17 years. Employees very courteous and helpful as well as knowledgeable. Prunning is great as well as all services from lawn cuts to cleanups. Proscape services all my lawn needs.😊

Maple woods farm condos. Blizzard condition. They have a contract and did a extremely poor job!!! We have many elderly. They did not shovel most walls. stairs. Piled snow and blocked community mailbox Unit owners pay for this service Most couldn’t get out at all Sunday. Shameful. They are a family company. What if their family lived here

Irresponsible, unprofessional, and rude. So I have now had 3 issues with this company destroying property and taking no responsibility. First time, I let it go. Second time they denied it and I had to have the money reimbursed from the condo complex itself. This time, I have pictures, and I had the regular worker come look at the damage, right after it happened. No questions about anything, and more proof than I needed. Guess what, I called them 10 days ago, immediately after it happened. Spoke to a rude lady on the phone who said a manager would call me back... STILL no call back, no responsibility, NOTHING. And for the record, first time in my life, I have taken the time to write a review. There are plenty of professional, considerate, responsible landscape companies in RI, I suggest you find one of those.
