It has been three years and we are still fixing the mistakes made by North Atlantic. Not only did they not listen when we were originally installing the patio, graded the patio into our garage (fun when it rains), they have ruined a large portion of our yard and our garden by extending the sand, rocks, and landscape fabric over 5 feet past the patio we asked them to install. When we asked them to fix it 3 years ago, they came and promised that it was all set. We have lost hundreds of dollars in plants and grass due to their lack of quality or promise. From the pictures attached, you can see that it was indeed, not fixed. This was my 3rd effort to remove their mess and has cost me not only money, but 15+ hours of personal hard labor to repair the damage. I would not recommend them to anyone and I wasn’t going to post anything, but spending 6 hours digging everything up yesterday, made me feel otherwise. Stay away! ***Response to below comment*** There wasn’t an email correspondence, but direct phone conversations with the project manager Larry. We spoke with him often and relayed our frustration. He was the one that assured us that the project was fixed.

One of the best local companies to work with! The whole crew was friendly and super-fast responsive to all questions and communications. They planted a few shrubs and trees for us, then did full clean up/tidy up. Looks beautiful! Throughout the process they were very respectful of our property.

Awesome experience, start to finish! They removed our old paver patio and 3 sets of steps that had decayed and replaced with new pavers and granite steps. Larry was especially responsive with our quote, installation, and then personally ensured we were happy throughout, and at the end of the project. Matthew and his install team were methodical and went the extra mile to do a job that exceeded our expectations. Truly an excellent experience. A++ service.
