I called to have my sprinklers repaired and updated and waited a number of weeks for the work to be done because they had lost an employee. Once the work was completed, I keep having issues with one particular area. They have repaired it at least twice and each of those repairs were weeks/months after being called in. I most recently called in for yet another leak in the same area and was excited to speak to Rich the same day, I was told he would be out in a few days and that was on Friday May 17th and as of today 7/15/2024 I am still waiting. So if you are thinking about using Growcare for irrigation systems, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. The only reason for the two stars if for the ladies I have spoken with in the office Nikki and Nathaly, they both always seemed to care about the customer.
They gave us an estimate Showed up on time. Did a very good job. Very professional and Courteous.
Called off work to have an estimate done. Called to confirm the morning of and was told they wouldn't make it out today. So now I've lost a days pay because they didn't pick up the phone to let me know my appointment was cancelled.
We needed our lawn and irrigation repaired badly. We had estimates from 4 different services and went with Grow Care outdoor solutions. The results are awesome on the SOD installation and irrigation system repair. We could not have had a better job done. All the personnel are very receptive to our requests during everything. We would highly RECOMMEND this company to anyone needing lawn and irrigation repair/restoration.
Grow Care is new to us. They showed up a morning after a bad storm took us all by surprise. We live on 3 acres and it was a mess! Large branches- everything in the yard turned over...we left for work planning to clean it up when we returned home. I could not believe what they did -it was beautiful when I pulled in to our drive! And they did not know we had a storm- and they both had such nice smiles when I saw them across the yard. It was a pleasure talking to them- so personable! I AM THRILLED WE SWITCHED! Professional and soooo nice!
Came out to talk about our needs, discussed receiving an estimate and next steps, then they ghosted us. Didnt respond to emails or texts, and never provided the estimate. Weird.
Did not cut grass for a month then told us they were not coming back after telling us that they were going to come each time we called

Wow what an awesome company to work with! Jose was absolutely amazing, I asked for an estimate to pull trees in my yard and plant royal palms and I had mentioned that I just had Curbing put in my yard and had not yet kill the grass on the insides of the Curbing. Grow care went above and beyond and pulled the Christmas decorations out of the curbing to spray all the grass down and also weed whack the remaining grass down to the dirt. So to make a long story short they prepped out all my Curbing on the inside for me at no charge. I can t wait for them to come back and plant my trees. They are my go to for any projects I need in that matter! Thanks again!

We have been using Grow Care for a year now and all we can say is WOW! They always pay attention to detail, keep their schedule and make sure that we are satisfied. We receive a text when they are on the way, and when the crew gets done with our property. We have referred them to a couple of our friends for other services and they are very happy with them. I highly recommend them, best company to do business with.
The grass was cut in areas that the grass had grown from the week before, however there was no blowout of dead leaves under my trees from before last weeks visit. We cannot seem to meet eye to eye on services, so we are discontinuing services.

Were very happy with the service and the way they conduct their business,, they cleaned up the palms they trimmed, did a great job. They cut and trimmed the grass and blew off the fence. Proud of your team for a job well done!!!!
