They mow and trim our yard in Crystal Lakes and do a generally poor job each week that the mow.The yard is usually scalped and mowed way too short.Trimming the make a mess with the grass and blow everything onto our carport.
Seth and his crew did a fantastic job on restoring the back corners of our yard after it washed out by Helene. They communicated with me every step of the way. They did what they said they would do. They showed up on time and completed the job to my total satisfaction. I would recommend 12 Stones to anyone in need of landscaping work.
1 star could not give a lower rating. Service is pathetic riding mowers going through the park at full speed grass trimmings blown into my carport. Foul mouthed, rude. Bad enough, they have work. But to have to do it professionally. I would remove the company name from the vehicles so no one knows who you are.
They need more training with equipment because they run over anything and everything. All my light fixtures were damaged in my gated community. What a shame. I'm sure some of theie hard workers do have common sense.
I have been using 12 Stones for multiple projects. They have always followed thru with the utmost professionalism. The lady, i believe her name is Barbara. Has always been the most respectful and courteous. When I wasnt sure about how to do things, she walked me thru it. She really took the stress away! I would recommend this company with highest regards.
I called to possibly have them service my lawn again and was going to also ask for a quote on a landscaping job. I had switched from using their services to a lower-priced landscaper and also was not happy with how they had left a bit of my lawn uneven, if I am recalling correctly as I had a couple different mowing companies and might have got them mixed up. I also could not recall if they had ever given me a quote on some landscaping that I had been putting off getting done for many months. I had mentioned the uneven lawn moving to the secretary to see if they could resolve that issue if I were to use their services again, if I did indeed have that complaint from before. The secretary looked up my prior account info and rudely told me "it looks like we were not a good fit" and proceeded to attempt to end the call while denying me business. Imagine if you complained about a meal at a restaurant and they did not try to make it better and on top of that they did not allow you to come eat there again because you were "not a good fit". I call them as I see them as they do. I am happy that I was denied as I would rather not do business with such people.
Recently 12 Stones Landscaping we’re in my community trimming trees. While here, I was able to speak with the owner Clay about replacing my not-so-pretty Banana trees along with adding a simple border and red mulch. It was a super busy day for them, but he took the time to walk around the yard with me and made a few suggestions....I spent a few days researching plants and got back to him with my selections. He very quickly sent me a fair estimate and had the workers at my home 2 days later for install! 😎 I’m sharing because I couldn’t be happier with job they did!! Also, his Supervisor Lucas was present the entire time to over see the job & lend a hand. While he was here, we discussed all the other services they offer besides tree trimming and lawn maintenance. They also do paver installation, irrigation, seasonal maintenance for Snowbirds, just to name a few. This is the 3rd time I’ve hired them and have always been completely satisfied with a job well done!🌺 Thank You 12 Stones!

Ran over my gutters that draw water away from the house and damaged them. and never offered to replace them. Also over charged me of something that was never discussed. The office secretary is very rude and unprofessional. Called several times for and no response.

Beware This company is a joke ! 2 months later and nothing but empty promises! They can spin their response any which way they want they do horrible work they damaged my 88-year-old fathers vehicle and then said you have to have proof with video of us damaging the car! Unprofessional rude individuals working and running this joke of a Business!!
Step up and helped after the installer of my pavers couldn t finish installation of my pavers due to illness. Did a great job, and came out right away. Would definitely hire them again.
Besides mowing our lawn [which they do a good job], I called and asked if they could fix a silver palm in our yard. They came out THAT day and anchored it so It would not fall over again. Soooooo appreciated. But when it fell again, they came out again and tied it tighter. Very good service.

We ve only been using 12 Stones for about 10 months, but in that time the company has been totally great at customizing the service they do for us. They have notes on our yard with what to do and not do. Their service has been GREAT! Plus the addition of Barb answering the phone is wonderful! She s a very pleasant helpful addition!
The guys at 12 Stones are so nice and accommodating. 12 Stones was recommended to me by a nursery who no longer does landscaping work. They did a great job and I will be using them in the future.

We were *this close* to dumping our weekly lawn maintenance company because their service had really taken a nosedive over the last year. 12 Stones bought them out so we decided to give them a try. They ve only been out once so far for the regular cutting, edging, etc., but we decided to hire them to completely clean up the yard, flowerbeds, and plants that the previous company had been neglecting. Lucas came out to look things over and Clay got back with us within a couple days with a quote. Then they came out a few days after that to do all the work. I should have taken before and after pictures! The yard looks amazing. We are so pleased. I like that Lucas came out and was on site to make sure all the agreed to work was done. We are looking forward to having 12 Stones do our regular maintenance from here on out. Thank you, Clay, Lucas, and to your employees!
