Grounds Management Lawn in North Easton

I live in a condo and these guys do a good job on the yard. BUT .. they keep blowing big chunks of black wood chips into my glass slider. And I don't mean a few chips, I mean a windstorm of chips and small pebbles. They stand there and aim the hose directly into my slider and ping-ping-ping, everything bounces off the glass. I've talked to them IN PERSON at least four times when they've been here and reported it to my condo association, but today was my breaking point. I called the company directly and will give them a chance to figure this out, it's ridiculous to stand their and directly aim debris at someones glass slider instead of blowing from the side.

Always quality work, a great crew, and Richie is very knowledgeable about his craft. Will recommend for my Realty clients!

Don't know much about this company as I am a first time client, but have to say the four man crew that came to my house yesterday (the hottest day of the summer so far) did a great job! Worked steadily for quite a few hours, mowed two lawns, trimmed bushes, weed whacked, cut down overgrown vines, etc. A job well done!

I've used this company multiple times (going on 3 years). I have no issues with the work they've performed in the past. However, there have always been issues with planning and customer service that have driven me to leave this review and them as a customer. ISSUES WITH GROUNDS MANAGMENT *They are slow - On its own I can live with this as delays can and do happen. However, this is clearly a systemic problem with their business. *When they are behind, they don't proactively reach out to customers. And in my experience (at least during the spring) they are behind most of the time - You WILL have to chase them and it gets tiresome. *Andrea appears to be their primary customer service point of contact. While she is friendly, she doesn't have any information that will shed light on what's happening with your service request --this might be more on how the business operates than Andrea herself as... *There doesn't appear to be a formal schedule of when they provide lanscaping services. From all accounts, including Andrea's, it appears to be guess-work. This is not the hallmark of an organized business and sounds more like a company that might have bitten off more than it can chew (Andrea's response below is quite telling). During a call with Andrea, I was told "looks like you're scheduled for next week". Oh she sounded so certain! I explained that this is great and asked for a courtesy call if their schedule would slip further so that I could make plans to go with someone else. After all, we're going on 4 months since my original service request and fall is just around the corner! The response to this suggestion was a chuckle and then words of "everyone's behind", "we're so busy we've even stopped taking on new customers" Still, Andrea agreed to call and restated the work would be finished. Do you think I got that call? Do you think they showed up to perform the work? Nope. No call. No voicemail. No text. No email. No work. The real shame here is the loss of 4 months of my time and future business opportunities for Grounds Management for which I had planned some major work. $$$$

This company was outside of my window cutting a tree at 6:30AM on a Wednesday. I called them to remind of our city's noise ordinance that states you can't operate machines before 7:00AM, and I spoke with a guy named Rich who sounded like the manager or owner. Rich told me that it was odd someone would call to complaint about noise, and that his guys started working at 6:45 and not 6:30 and that it was an emergency job. When I asked if he had a permit from the city to do emergency work before 7:00am, he told me to go F*** myself. If you value customer service, and value your neighbors I would stay away from this company.
