Broehl's is the best investment my husband and I made for our property. Our "grass" was 90% weeds and within a year of starting their service our yard has never looked better. A chore that used to take hours of our time on the weekend is done in less than an hour. Their staff are kind and courteous and answer any question I may have. This is truly the best lawn service!

Broehl's is the BEST lawn maintenance service you will ever find! I tried other services several years ago, but NONE came close to providing the beautiful lawn that I have enjoyed since switching to Broehls Lawn Maintenance Service. Broelh's is absolutely the BEST! They've cared for our lawn and landscaping (and irrigation system) for more than 20 years. Never have to call them with concerns because they are always on top of everything. If I have any questions, Alex is always in the office with a quick response. I generally would recommend a brain surgeon before I recommend a landscaper but in the case of Broehl's I give them five stars!!!
We have been using Broehls Lawn Maintenance for about 5 years now. Always prompt do great work. If you need anything from a broken sprinkler head to a brown spot on your lawn or hedges done you can call Alex and she will put you on the schedule or have one of the men come out to look and it will get fixed quickly. Our lawn looks great all the time now.
We have had our share of lawn “ experts” a ton of Bs’ers! But Brohel’s comes though with quality, customer care, excellent management , clear and precise vision of projects and is creative. Alex is amazing and always gets back to you . Be patient and kind , they are busy! She always gets back with in a business day. Long, is very creative , listens, can cordially agree to disagree and shows reasons why , educates you on lawn care and plant care. Once you have a clear reason for treatments and see results , you realize it’s best to leave to the professionals . If you want to have the BEST lawn and back yard on the block, call them. You know the saying , you get what you pay for . Quality, professionalism, and a great , final product all seasons long ! Pay ahead of time before season starts and save ! We've been using Broehls for over 10 years and have been extremely satisfied with their service, responsiveness, and results. We use their lawn maintenance (including spring and fall cleanup) and lawn treatment programs year round and the lawn looks great. They have also helped with irrigation system issues as well. Their staff goes above and beyond. I would highly recommend them.

This is the first company that was able to grow grass in my backyard. They are quick to respond to any issues and always email suggestions for watering and taking care of the lawn.
Broehl s takes care of all lawn treatments and our lawn has never looked so good! They know our lawn cut day (we use a different service) when treating the lawn as well as rain prediction so as not to interrupt or disturb the treatment process. They drop off a small leaflet which describes each lawn treatment and watering suggestions. Couldn t be happier with Brouhl s!
Wonderful service! Everyone Ive dealt with over the last 8 years from the gentleman working in the yard to the staff answering phones to the owner himself has always been polite, friendly and goes above and beyond to be helpful in any way they can. They are always willing to work with my crazy schedule and adjust the service as needed. Would never think of using anyone else!

I love the idea of service each week. The men do a great job, only one thing I don t care for they trim too low at times.
My grade is 0 stars. I had been a customer of Broehls Lawn maintenance for over 15 years and I had no complaints until the original owner, John Broehl, sold the company to Long Chang in February of 2020. The service declined significantly and my lawn wasnt cut for over two weeks at a time. It looked disgraceful. I contacted the company on several occasions to inquire about when my lawn would be cut and Mr. Chang verbally scolded me for complaining and abruptly dropped me as a customer. He claims to have a labor shortage, but he has no customer service skills. I would avoid this lawn service at all costs. Mr Chang is clearly not equipped to run a service where he has to deal with customers.
ZERO STARS! I live next to a firehouse and seriously every single weekend these guys are here at 8am on Saturday or Sunday. Its funny because I see other reviews where theyre not getting their lawns cut for over 2 weeks, yet they are next door EVERY WEEKEND. The whole time theyre here they just drive iver the same spot 10 times and the guy with weed whacker isnt whacking anything but stays in one spot for 10 minutes. I guess theres no more sleeping in or enjoying my weekends. Why is it you guys cant come during the week to work a commercial property? Why is it that you HAVE to come first thing in the morning? Can you not come in the afternoon? And the thing that gets me the most is the fact they the actual office is closed on the weekends so you cant even speak to someone if you wanted to. All Im saying is it would be great to have some consideration for the people who actually LIVE there and just come later in the day. Is that so hard??
Update 9/2021 There were some hiccups earlier in the year with service and an inability to find laborers. It was a serious problem that, frankly, the company was not prepared for. In the past few months, however, Broehls has stepped up and completely remedied any service disruptions that were experienced earlier in the year. You are lucky and privileged if your lawn can find its way into their busy service route. --------------------------------------------- I am shocked there arent more reviews for Broehls. They run such a large and professional operation. In the three weeks Ive had them so far, my lawn has done a complete 180. IMPORTANT: at first, the quote seemed CRAZY expensive. But when I initially cheaped out and went with a less expensive alternative, I started seeing random charges in my bill for additional services. Turns out, Broehls IS expensive, but thats because A) they tell you upfront what you should plan on paying for and B) they actually spend extra time making sure your lawn is sharp. So I guess they arent crazy expensive, just slightly expensive. Im happy to pay it for a lawn that looks this good!
I recently moved into my house, and having always lived in a city, didnt know too much about maintaining a lawn. I got several estimates for lawn maintenance, and Broehls was the most expensive. Needless to say, I didnt go with them. I just figured, water and cut right? Cant be that hard. When I bought the house, the lawn was probably like, a 6/10. Imagine my shock when after several months of paying for lawn maintenance, the lawn got worse and worse. Bare patches got bigger, brown patches got denser, and the weed killer they were supposedly putting down didnt seem to be doing the job. I complained but got brushed off for weeks until finally someone said, oh its because of the shape of your lawn. What? Id been seeing Broehls trucks in the neighborhood and could see the properties they maintained just looked so much better. So I called and asked what could be done to save and improve my turf. They quickly came out and gave me an assessment. I was still a little hesitant about the price, but decided to give it a go. 3 weeks later, my turf looks dramatically better. The weeds are gone, the bare patches are filling up. The shape of my lawn hasnt changed. I tried to save some money by choosing a lower quality provider, but ended up just wasting money, time, and energy. Dont be like me and try to save a couple bucks. Just pick the best guys for the job: Broehls. I couldnt be happier with the job theyve been doing!
