This was not an exception. supplied the eco-friendly synthetic turf, laid it and have now got an absolutely free yard as well as a perfect lawn that is designed to look and feel authentic.

My experience in the aftermath of the recent renovation of our yard was great. The estimators were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They were also responsive. Before they arrived, certain of our plans that required modifications were completed, which showcased their knowledge and expertise. The installation team arrived on time, performed the installation, and then cleaned up after themselves. We were extremely pleased with the installation and with everyone else.
Robert was wonderful to provide advice and support throughout the artificial lawn choice process to my yard. He made sure that the work was scheduled and I was aware of the installation process. The installation team were friendly and very courteous. A handful of minor things they did touched me, especially cleaning the whole surrounding when they finished.

I ve used this company for my Christmas lights/decorations for about 3years. They would come put them up in Nov and take them down in Jan, until last year they never came back. I still have Christmas lights/decorations for over a year. I m chasing them down for 2-3months to come get them to no avail. They have excuses after excuses!

We found this place on Google map and it was close to home and it has good reviews We came to the store and the team was helpful in explaining to us what each turf is good for etc and how to install it. He and his team also advocated for their ability to cut the turf to the size that we need with their machines. We decided to buy our turf here due to price and we also wanted to support businesses nearby. However, what was disappointing was we called in for the Turf to be cut at a specific length and was promised the NEW machine was very accurate to find out at installation that every piece was cut incorrectly. It was necessary for us to have these cut at the sizes we needed so we could fit them into our installation. It was over 4 inches off in length and it ended up costing extra time and labor to clean up and fix. When tried to contact the local team directly multiple times only to get voicemails or that they would get back to us. They never did. We even escalated our concerns to their corporate office and were told that they would help us get a response. They never got back to us either. Its been over three weeks of attempts to communicate with them, leaving behind voicemails and calls to their main office. For those who are looking for a product, I wouldnt go to them for services, but only for material because the experience after was very lackluster, and honestly once they have your money it feels like the support and communication just completely drops off. To Artificial Turf - PLEASE be communicative to your customers on post sale and dont leave us hanging if we have genuine questions and concerns about your product and the experience.
Wendell and his entire team were fantastic. They did everything in order to make sure that the final result was perfect. My lawn was full of slops, but they were able to solve every issue. They are professional and deliver promptly with top-quality products such as Imperial Plush.

Turf is costly, so you want to make sure you get it done right and at an affordable cost. Morales was very clear up to the point that I received my initial quote. Their price was also less than the other big companies. They showed up on time, finished the job promptly, and laid impeccable clean cuts. They even cut through my water and around the lines of my retaining walls. Bravo! !
I can t remember if I already left a review when I had my yard done 4 months ago, but I was looking up the information for a friend who also wants to have artificial turf installed. I bought turf from this company last week and when Warehouse Guy was loading my van he went to far with the role and broke my windshield I have left three messages and two emails and they have yet I had the courtesy of returning my phone call It happened on December 9 between 11 and 12 o clock help you find information on the footage and no one has called me back yet courtesy phone call would be appreciated Here s a photo with your role turf in the truck
