Dennis' Lawn Care in North Augusta

We hired Dennis and his staff last month for our are lawncare. Thank you for a wonderful job!

Dennis and crew did the cleanup of our backyard, cutting and moving several large trees that blew into our yard from neighbors yard after hurricane Helene. Worked quickly, the whole crew was very nice and helpful, fair price, and did great work. Highly recommend.

DLC has the contract with Lowe's in N.Augusta, SC for repairs as needed. Upon delivery of pavers & sand, the fork truck slid off our flat driveway and did extensive damage to our lawn, causing to have a wrecker to pull him out. May 28 2024. Damage is extensive. After calls to Lowe's and many to Dennis LC, no one has responded to come and repair. Even Lowe's. It's been 6 weeks. I've contacted the SC Attorney General, Consumer Protection Division to get something done. Dennis Lawn Care is not professional and am hoping to get the repairs done.

I have made several attempts to have an on-site visit with the owner to no avail. I used text, email and voicemails regarding the addition of services that I wanted to add but I never had a call back even after 1.5 years of utilizing them. I did everything I knew to do to establish a long term working relationship but it never materialized. And there office location is only three blocks from my location. Missed opportunity.

Started out so so, paid to have my yard cut, my dad had passed away and needed the yard cut because it was really high. Paid for the first cut and he need a bush hog to cut the back, he said they were tied up but will come back and get it done, he cut the front,sides and a little off the back, he has came back twice more but only because of calling and calling and texting. Still has not bush hogged the back that i paid for and my grass is high again and here we go with the calling again. don't waste your time here unless you got time on your hands to call and text and money to waste

My last landscaper left. I needed someone to take care of my lawn so I wouldn't have to do it with the gas hand mower. Thankfully, Dennis' Lawn Care responded quickly and did an absolutely wonderful job of it. They completely redid my landscaping and cleaned it all up. They eventually stopped coming for no reason. I've had to change companies again. My current company is charging half of their price. I guess you need to exercise care with pricing.

Never used Dennis's service before, but called him with a last minute request, to get my son's lawn mowed THAT DAY, as my son and daughter-in-law were coming home from the hospital with their new baby. He was able to come out that day and got the job done! Thank you Dennis!!!

I paid Dennis Couture for services that were never completed. I paid his $150 for a job that was agreed upon but he never camr back to finish. It was Masters week 2015 he said he was short handed and that they would come back to fertilize my yard and never showed up. I have all the text messages and emails to prove it too. When I messaged him the following week he said I was on the list to be done that week but never showed then called me the following week and said he had been in the ER for some respiratory issue and that he would be out the following day but yet again a no show. I continued to try to conect with him but he ignored all communication. Sad that I had a big enough heart to pay for a job that was not finished but he didnt have the decency of a real man to finish the job. CONSUMER BEWARE! I will not give any other corresponding reviews unless he is man enough to finish the job he was paid to do a month and a half ago!
