As a contractor I would never recommend working with this company. They are unorganized, and horrible with communication. They will say things that do not line up with their actions. Have no clue of the true scope of work on the projects they try to vendor you in on. Will try and low ball you then “maybe” award you the bid. Don’t be there pawn.
Take forever to pay you, they smooth you up to get the contract and then hold your money and collect the interest off the money in the banks . So if you got all your profit by 25,000 do you want to donate so they can collect the interest in the bank good luck they have done this to me and my buddy who owns very successful businesses. They are terrible to work for.
Former employee, current partner. To keep it short and sweet, Case FMS is top notch. Systems, communication, preparedness, its all there. I see some bad reviews and wonder to myself, how many of those people upheld their own end of the bargain? Case clearly lays out their process. So make sure you're asking questions if you have them and build a relationship with your area manager. If you uphold your contractual obligations, and use the app as directed, your business WILL grow. Case has always done what they've agreed to, and gone above and beyond in many cases, from my own experience. Never once have they been a day late or a dollar short in regard to payment. DO YOUR PART AND YOU WILL GROW! Proud to be partnered with this organization!
I'm not even sure where to start with this review other than to say I have never done business with a more dishonest or disorganized entity. From constantly harassing my insurance agency for arbitrary information to issuing work orders for plowing or sanding when snow or ice never even occured and the involved facility was closed (a post office on Thanksgiving day). Weeks turning into months behind on payment for one facility we maintained for them last winter. to top this off, they never paid at all for a second facility we maintained for several months, essentially robbing several thousand dollars from my company. Even now after they failed to pay for last year they are sending calls, texts and emails about me plowing for them again this year. This company is a total nightmare, Do yourself a favor and have nothing to do with this company, there are lots of other customers out there who aren't a nightmare to work with and actually pay their invoices.
My lawncare company just started providing services for Case this year. I have had the best field manager, Kyla. She always answers my calls or texts me back and is very good with on-the-spot problem solving. I can't say enough about how awesome the people are that we have worked with at Case. We have run into issues with their app when on-site, which happens with spotty cellular coverage, but we're always able to get a hold of someone with Case and come to a solution. We have been paid ontime or early for every month! Thank you Case and especially Kyla! We look forward to many years of working together!

My lawn and landscape company has provided services for Case since 2022. I'm seeing bad reviews from snow removal companies regarding on-time payments and communication. I have the personal contact number of my Field manager, Steve, and we communicate at least once a week regarding services or any questions I have. He always answers my calls or texts me back and is very good with on-the-spot problem solving. Other than him, Lynn is my other main source of contact and we communicate almost weekly, as well. I can't say enough about how awesome these people are. We have ran into issues on-site and we're always able to get a hold of someone with Case and come to a solution. We are paid within our contractual agreement, 30-45 day net. We service almost 30 commercial sites per week and between scheduled maintenance and any out-of-scope removals, we're always paid on-time. My company has grown since connecting with Case and I will always be grateful for that. Thank you Case! We look forward to many years together!

If I could give this business a zero-star review, I would. The way they treat their vendors is unacceptable they shouldn t even be allowed to operate. We ve worked countless hours, often late at night and away from our families, only to get nothing in return. I ve personally plowed two facilities for them, and even now, nine months later, they still haven t paid us despite their repeated promises. It s mid-September, and despite giving them every chance to make things right, all we ve received are lies and threats to keep us quiet about their shady practices.
All the bad reviews from 3-6 months ago are on point as far as no payment. It s amazing how they all the sudden got dozens of 5 star reviews in the last 2 weeks to bump up their rating. They either promised vendors payment for a good review or paid for the reviews. Case is a nightmare!!! Stay far away!!! The 1 star reviews are legit, all the 5 stars are B/S.

Working with Case FSM has been seamless and very smooth. These folks, especially Janet Alverson , have been very proactive to help with any issues. My company Perez Lawn & Landscaping has done work for CASE and they sent me a letter saying Lowes has yet to pay them so they cant pay me $690 owe for services i provided at Lowes location in Bartlesville Oklahoma.I been waiting for 2 years now, if they burn me they will burn you.

We Started with Case about two years ago with 15 sites I was traveling two hours to get one tiny site done when we started. I had one small crew and they were only working part time for us. Now I am very proud to say with God s glory we have 140 sites with Case and have 5 full time crews dedicated to those sites. Not only has our business increased to a level I only dreamt of, but it continues to grow. Case gives me more sites I hire more people and am able to buy more trucks and equipment. I am so grateful for Carlos, Sara and Lynn at Case we work together every day. They have a problem I jump on it and vice versa. I ve been a service provider for Case for 2-years. They have a very robust app for documenting services with photograph evidence. Rates are fair and while payments may be a bit slow initially, once rolling they come like clockwork. Account Manager Eric Tibbets has always been there to address any questions or concerns pertaining to the accounts I service on their behalf. My gut is the majority of the negative reviews do not follow the set process Case uses for work order management OR failed to perform services .

I cannot believe that this person is not the owner of the company or head of the board of directors. I mean she went above and beyond today l want to commend Kyla for outstanding and exceptional performance with helping to answer every question and or concern that I had. Something that people seem not to do as much especially when they do not know the answer. I had asked the question and she was not sure of the answer. So she got in touch with whoever the person was. I have worked with case for over two years. Case is great to work with. If you have the correct insurance and fill out your app You get paid. There has been times where my check has been on hold due to miscommunication or lack of paper work. As soon as it was taken care of I was paid. Another great thing about working with case is if youre in the new york state or pennsylvania area, you get to work with Ashley. Ashley will answer the phone. If she doesnt, she will call you right back. Saturdays Sundays weeknights always a response. This industry is hard to work in with the lack of help. With people like ashley in place, it makes everything easier for the client and the contractors.

Company is a joke. They emailed me request for bid. I try to open and it s expired. Called them 3 times spoke to answering service each time and told me someone would get back to me. After reading reviews pretty obvious they are scum and don t pay dubs timely or at all.
They are the worst company to deal with in the seven years I ve been in business. They have failed to pay me what they owe me and then they ghost me when I have tried to contact them. Stay away from them. They are no good.

We have constantly had to send them our insurance compliance almost monthly this year and yet no one in their office can manage to log it into their system so we can get paid. Theyre always looking at some way to get out of paying or paying less than they owe or paying late. Weve worked for them for years & NO MORE! Weve been screwed out of tens of thousands of dollars over the last few years. They will always find some way to assess a back charge, including for something as crazy as not doing a free pre/post season inspection. They let Lowes dictate how to run their business. We did an out of scope job for this company over 5 months ago and still no payment had a meeting with the client per Case request. Sent multiple emails texts and phone calls still nothing..should have read all the reviews on google before doing work for this company, this seems like the norm for them. Been doing lawn services for Case for 3 months and still no payment, they keep giving me the run around on the status. First they said they were going to pay me by the 10th of March, the 10th came around and nothing then they told me they have my payment on hold because of my insurance but I already sent I to them twice but according to them they cant find it. so I stop doing service, and now there calling me and asking me why I havent gone to the locations and done service and when I am gonna go and I told them I am not gonna continue service until I get paid and that I dont work for free. They owe me over $2000 there ridiculous if they think Im gonna continue service. Now there telling me if I dont go they will get someone else. I could care less. This company dont pay and expect for us to do free services there crazy.
WORST COMPANY EVER!!! I would not wish this on my worst enemy. Actually, that would be pretty fitting. I agreed upon an amount and times I would service the property with someone over email, had all the paper trail and texts saying ok. They had left the company and the new person I was dealing with would not acknowledge all the previous agreements. They had missed payments, payments that didnt coincide with the previous payments, payments that were of ALL different prices, and when I told them about it, they said they would look into it and never got back to me. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! Do NOT agree to work with them. I am still out over $1000 worth of payments that they owe me, it was just a NIGHTMARE dealing with them and their APP doesnt work half the time. Best of luck to anyone who didnt read these reviews like me.

I would not recommend working for this company. We plowed snow for them 4 years now and never a issue, this year they changed there whole company operations. They said my insurance was expired and never called me to say hey we are going to have to hold your check until this is resolved. Nothing. I was told they received my updated insurance. And another month goes by and still no check. Every time I call my last contact doesn t work there anymore or they got moved to a different department. They have this online portal called my coi your insurance company has to upload your certificate on. We ll it s not user friendly to many people. My agent uploads it and they say they can t read it thus still holding $8000 from me they always say there working on it or in a meeting and never return your call. **update After many many many phone calls and emails. Most people I talked to where actually worthless however I did get in touch with a Katie Raymond who actually tried to help the situation along and I did finally after months of waiting get my check paid in full. Without her I don t think it would of been possible. The other people acted like they could care less

I will admit that there were a couple years where things werent awesome but from my perspective those issues have all been resolved. The staff I have been working with is so helpful and professional. BEWARE Based off my personal experience I would never do business with this company. Zac Stork contacted me for an emergency snow removal. Apparently, based off of what Zac communicated with me, they had another sub contractor scheduled to perform the work. Something to the effect they got screwed by the sub they initially had lined up for the jobs. I already had full routes but told him I would pull a rabbit out of the hat and make it happen. December of 2022 We performed services per the agreement sent over to Zac. I sent pictures along with the invoices after the services were completed. I still have not been paid. I keep getting the run around on getting paid. I have contacted the main office and they keep saying they have to contact the rep. The rep, Zac, says he has to discuss invoices in the next payment meeting then I don t hear from him nor do I receive payment. It s been five months and I have yet to receive payment. I highly recommend NOT doing business with these people. I will be reaching out to the actual business where I performed services to see if they can get me paid since Case won t pay me for my services provided. If I was this business I would not want Case FMS as my representative because they don t pay their sub contractors. It is a very poor reflection on that business. Update: After many phone calls and emails, they finally paid the invoices.
We did snow and ice treatment for this company. They owe us $3000 never paid us. We had to buy de-icing and drive 3 hrs to service their contracts of Publix, Lowes, and several other Dental Facilities. No communication back from them whatsoever. They continue to contact us about doing more work or accepting more contracts. No thanks.
This company has been told to stop moving snow from parking lots and pushing it up on other peoples properties. They keep pushing snow into my handicapped parking space and onto the front of my property. They have been told many times to stop it. They do not care. Do not hire this company! I am a snow removal contractor in Chicago, IL Case came to us with a local USPS to plow. We took it. It wasnt until after we singed the contracts that I saw all the one star reviews. I was hoping it wasnt going to be true, but here I am typing this e-mail. 2 months of service without a single payment. EDIT: We did finally receive payment. It did take over 42 days to see our first payment for nearly 3 months of work.

Our company provided trucking and delivery for over $5k of mulch to Lowes stores in Central Illinois. The landscaper has yet to be paid by Case and apparently is not going to pay. As a result we are out all of our product, trucking, and labor. Basically $5k stolen from our company.
Contractors: be very careful of this company!!! THEY DO NOT PAY THEIR SUBCONTRACTORS!! We provided snow removal services for them in the Pittsburgh area and have still not received payment for serviced rendered back in November. This is AFTER a court ordered judgement that we won and they have still not paid!!! The next step is going to be to file the praecipe for judgement. This company is not worth partnering with. To any businesses out there looking for snow removal services, is this the type of company that you would want to hire? One that subcontracts out your work to small businesses that do pay their workers, only to keep your money instead of paying what would be rightfully owed. Now the small business owner is out thousands of dollars while Case sits complacent thinking they do not have to answer for their horrible business practices.
Not sure how much case pays to service the eight Truist banks I mow and maintain weekly, but I m a sub contractor and feel that 30-40 dollars per service isn t enough. Banks are billion dollars companies, yet you guys make more then the businesses servicing your properties and do nothing but complain. From the rest of the reviews, I m surprised no lawsuits have been filed.

Every time I have tried to contact someone they would give me the run around that they are looking into it, etc. Then when I send a follow up email the email gets undelivered. I have tried going thru 7 different people and nobody will give me an answer other than they will look into it. I have been trying to collect over $5,000 since February and now I cant even get a single response to my email. Do not ever do any work for this company because you will never get paid!
My lawn maintenance company was hired by Case to mow a few comercial accounts. They owe my company a few thousand dollars. Net 30 doesnt mean 6 months later and stop answering phone calls and emails. DONT SUBCONTRACT TO CASE UNLESS YOU LIKE WORKING AND NOT GETTING PAID!!! Dont take my word for it though and read the many recent reviews of contractors just like my self not getting paid by this company. Not worth all the promises they will lie to you about.

Haven t paid for snow Plowing services at 7-11 over 90 days sub contractors beware

Very disorganized and have been trying for a month to get a call or email back for the final payment they owe me.
I would like to echo the others about non-payment. They every time we would get paid conveniently missed something. Then paid it on the next month. Finally just decided not to pay the remainder that was due. They conveniently tried to blame it on Walmart as the problem. I contacted Walmart and they informed me that the payments were made.
Performed emergency snow removal this past winter when the large storm blew through Arkansas. Completed everything they asked on time and beyond requirements. Never got paid and haven t heard from them. Legal action coming.
To say this company is reliable is an understatement. Our crew went beyond expectations during a critical time of winter weather in Arkansas. Our guys showed up and worked tirelessly for days with out sleep for nothing since this company did not pay after having a signed a contract! The company paid them, however they didnt pay their contractors! Beware, do not hire! They won t last long without paying the people who actually do the work!!
They reached out to me to provide services and we agreed upon a pricing structure and from the get go they were very professional and then once the work was completed I cannot get anyone to answer. Before work was done I was told Id be paid on the 10th of the following month. After over 60 days I did receive payment but was only for a fraction of the amount due. Then another check was sent and with the 2 checks I had recieved it only added up to 1/3 of services performed.
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have been trying to get payment for snow removal services for two years. At first I received the run around from several different people and now I cant get a hold of anyone. The phone numbers that I was originally given are no longer in service and emails are returned undeliverable.
I was contacted by Case Snow Management to work as a subcontractor to service several commercial properties. I had crews service four properties every week for three weeks. Case Snow Management NEVER paid me for services rendered. I submitted the invoices through their app as well as emailed them our company invoices. They have not responded. I am not the only subcontractor that they have done this too.
Did two jobs for them @ lowes stores two months ago and they havent payed jet !

Hello Contractors I truly wished I would have checked Case reviews before I and our team service a newly 7 11 store. We was contacted through Angie list to service the store cutting lawn, weed all landscape beds, and weed treatment for beds, installation of fresh new pine needles for all beds. Complete cleanup of property. Shakora Daley asked for before and after pictures which was sent to her, she stated after pictures and invoice was sent that they at 30 day net. Now that everything has been completed and 30 days has passed now NO Payment!!! This company will and are being reported!!! PLEASE BEFORE YOU GET RIPPED OFF!! STAY AWAY FROM CASE!!!
They offered me $30 to plow and handle all the trucks, materials and dealing with the higher ups at a mall. They are a complete rip off. Pay should be closer to $80. Stay away

So sad to learn they didnt get the Lowes snow plowing this year in New York! We worked with them for the 2018-19 snow season and they were by far the BEST MANAGEMENT COMPANY! The app was user friendly and invoicing was the easiest ever! Case Snow is an honest company. Other management companies keep you wondering if you will get paid and have errors on their statement sheets--but NEVER with Case Snow. I never had to wonder if they were being dishonest. Case Snow is a quality company to work with and sadly no longer managing Lowes:( UPDATE: Changing review of Case! This year Case was back and we were very excited to be working with them again--however, they hadnt sent us a contract even though they awarded us the contract via email and wanted us to drive to the site and login to another app (not the CaseSnow App) and indicate that no services were required. Since we did not do it--they ditched us! We have been plowing this Lowes for almost 10 years! They employ harsh, uncaring, people. The whole concept of a management company needing to babysit contractors and tell them when to do their job is what you will be getting with Case along with rude and unprofessional emails. No loyalty. So sad.
I have had a good experience with Case so far. We ve done lawn maintenance at a local Lowe s. They pay a few weeks after the work is completed. As long as you follow their procedures for uploading photos and showing you actually did the work you get paid and they pay good!!
After reading some of the reviews I would say the old Case ways was well described. There s now a new VP of operations and things are much better managed now with new procedures in place. I ve done my research and know some people personally that do well plowing for case.
They do not pay you as a sub contractor for your services. Stay away

This company contacted us and begged us to help them last year. We dropped everything and said yes. It s been almost one year and still haven t been paid for our services. We contacted them numerous times. Gave them everything they asked for and we were ignored. Thank you case snow for screwing over a small family owned business.

If I could give them a zero I would. We just worked a huge storm for them spending hours on multiple sites. They are now using scare tactics and threatening in anyway they can just to not pay. After reading more sub contractor reviews here it seems to be their M.O Their office women Sandra, Katie and the other woman are completely unprofessional and advised us not to contact them anymore but then what us to continue service. Ha no thanks If anyone of the subcontractors here would like to reach out to me please do so. I d like to look into a class action lawsuit.
Amazing place and company
CONTRACTORS - this company ownes the landscaping contract for USPS. they want to pay pennies for the maintenance so they cant find anyone. They couldnt find anyone to cut the post office in Saluda SC either, so they asked me for a 1 time service while they tried to find someone. I completed the service 6 weeks ago and still have not received a check. After a couple of contacts I have heard nothing more than Ill talk to our accounting department that was a month ago. Stay away from this company...
A Case driver backed into my new car in November, when it was parked outside my home. He left a note and business card, doing his part to right the wrong. However, Cases insurance company has made it impossible to get the repair. Ive been put on hold, left messages, but nothing. Its been 8 months now.

Contractors, Beware! Case snow management will not pay all of the money they owe you. Be careful when taking on work for them.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!! Sub-contractors BEWARE. i have bean subbing for years! i have never had such a bad experience.. the didnt pay me my last pay check.. I am going to going through court to try and get it.. i got wind of a class action case against them.. DONT TRUST THEM!! DONT WORK FOR THEM!! They hit me hard... i had to pay my men.. and never even got paid from them!!!
