I have been a natural lawn customers for many years. They have always delivered great services quickly and on schedule.

Great customer service

I just dropped NaturaLawn for the second time in two decades. Both times was the result of having to chase them for service. For the past two weeks I have called for service. It should have been on their schedule as it was due, yet the first call they said we will try to get their this week. The next week they said not today but this week! On Friday afternoon I called back and asked how likely will they show up today. They said they would call back with a response and did within 5 minutes. But the answer was - it will be next week, if not Monday, Tuesday. I have chased them too often. The service manager then became abrasive when I said I wanted to cancel my service. I would not have written this review if not for the lack of courtesy or empathy offered. No one should be questioned or treated that way!

I hide this company to maintain my yard I was given a specific price which I thought was affordable I told the company to bill me monthly first installment took place I gave the company my credit card the company then took it upon themselves to keep my credit card on file which they should enough or if they kept it on file asked me bill me when necessary. Company applied first application two weeks after we d still growing in yard called company ask them to send someone out to apply a Nother we control barrier owner said that someone would be out within the next two days that person never showed up until the following application was due The owner tried to fit the request for a second application into a regularly scheduled visit and charge me for it when his guarantee was if you continue to see weeds we will come back out right away and spray againEd the owner Of the company double billed me for grub control that he just installed 3 weeks ago I never understood why I needed three applications of grub control and I can t control my weeds I contacted the natural lawn care of America and spoke with the owner Ed and he said that our conversations in the contract was on paper I asked him to send me a copy of the contract which he said he did but I never received in my email when the representative came and applied the applications it states in the notes that he wrote I did not bill you we will send you an invoice but the owner chose to tell me that I agreed to bill me whenever he felt like it without contacting me and charging my account for his services and then overcharging my account for his services which I m supposed to except without a bill which my bill says zero balance when his representative left the invoice at my house after conducting the service either this company is discriminatory or they pick certain people that they can hustle and steal from and take what they want when they want it without authorization and make it sound like it s a legitimate transaction and they re taking very good care of you which they re really not I will do it take to get my money back and pass on the bad news for future potential victims

I used this company last season to for mosquito and tick prevention. I renewed at a higher rate for this season but with a 10% discount off that higher rate. They were not applying the discount. I called, they looked it up and agreed to offer me the 10% discount going forward. About a week later, I got a call and they said they were raising my bill by over $100 per application. Thats over $1000 increase a year. I have the same size property as last year and already agreed to a rate increase this year. I canceled them and found another very reputable company at a lower fee that my original cost. To not not honor an agreed to price and jack up my rate in the middle of the mosquito and tick season shows the lack of ethics and integrity with this company. Definitely would not recommend using this company.

We can proudly proclaim the greenest and healthiest lawn on the block! We are so happy to have found Natural Lawn of America. They are organic, safe for pets and humans that like to enjoy the lawn together. Same company as Mosquito Ranger, too many issues that went unaddressed. Cancelled with them too.

On the 16th of March I hired NLoA to treat my lawn with fertilizer and grub control. Gordon seemed very professional and courteous.However after being told that the technician would be out to treat my lawn with two phone calls and two no shows, my hopes in dealing with a professional company has rapidly diminished. It s now the middle of April. I called Gordon again, he said that he would call me back within 15-20 minutes once he found out what was going on. He never got back to me. They closed at 4pm today. I m about to cancel and go with a lawn care company that will do what they say they will do.

We switched from TruGreen to NaturaLawn of America a few years ago and could not be HAPPIER! Our technician is thorough, always takes the time to ensure quality service; she is professional, courteous and most important knowledgeable about the service provided. I highly recommend NaturaLawn!

Mama bird made a nest in a comoany trucks front tire. When a company puts a truck out of service to cater to mother nature, they deserve to be #1 and there really is no competition, unless other businesses take suit. I wasnt sure if they did it on purpose, but all the rotors of the trucks around this particular one were shiney, and the truck where mama bird and her three baby blue eggs were had rotors rusted to hell. Yes, it seems like they put a truck out of service so mama bird can peacefully hatch her babies. KUDOS!! I definitly enjoy keeping this company safe as they do the same for mother nature.

Fired Trugreen for several no shows, called Natural Lawns and they were here a day after and priced better as well.

Their Crabgrass treatment in the spring didnt work. Now, in July, practically my entire lawn is crabgrass and they are treating it again, which means my entire lawn should be dead in a few weeks. Not happy with their product or service.

The WORST customer service and lack of professionalism of any lawn company we have ever used. We paid up front for supposedly a soil test (never saw results of one) and weed control over the course of the season. We had to call the first time because they rang the doorbell and then left. The second time they came, I had to call and find out where they were since it was at the end of the time period they told us them would arrive. We supposedly got grub control and crabgrass prevention and I have more crabgrass than regular grass so not sure what they consider prevention. The guy shows up and buzzes around the lawn at a very high speed and that is supposed to be a thorough look at problems to be spot treated? Lawn has never looked worse. We canceled and to their credit, they honored a refund; but, seriously felt as though we were screwed. We will never again use this company. Also, the response from NaturaLawn, to my review, is a LIE. We never said dont treat the first time till we talk to you. We said if we seed we will let you know. Also, we never said we seeded areas and you shouldnt put down crabgrass treatment.

Excellent quality, natural products that don t harm pollinators or wildlife. We are very happy with them. And we love Tracy, the specialist who has taken care of our lawn for several years. She always seems to go above and beyond for us, and in this day of service providers changing every 20 minutes, we are grateful for her service and her longevity. Way to go Tracy!

Tracy is amazing. Knows lawns, walks you through how to keep things looking green and healthy and extends her insight into your plants and trees as well. Trust her to always give me the best advice.

I wasnt happy with the other BIG NAME lawn company. They sent inexperienced teenagers out that did more harm than good. I had grass growing on walkways and tire marks all over the lawn and driveway. With Natural Lawns of America, I know Im getting experienced professional service without those silly mistakes. I chose them because they are veteran owned and environmentally responsible. As a fellow veteran myself, that means a lot and Ive never been more satisfied. Im so happy that Natural Lawn has designated John F. as my Lawn Specialist. I have a valuable relationship with John F. because he takes the time to talk to me. He knows my lawn by heart and my concerns and is there to answer my questions every time. With that other company they sent a different kid that was in a rush each time. John is a reliable and professional adult that actually cares about doing a good job. Its Natural Lawn until further notice!

NaturalLawn is great. Every summer we have at least a few neighbors comment that we have the best lawn in the neighborhood. The ground crew is extremely knowledgeable and if there are any concerns they come out immediately to take care of it. NaturaLawn of America are a great company to deal with. I had tbwm 2 some seeding at my house just before the winter and I thought that their was no way it was going to take, well I was wrong its the 2 best spots of my lawn, great company with great help.

Last year was a tough one for weeds. I contacted customer service and they responded quickly and took care of the problem. I have been using this company for a couple years. I couldnt be happier.

Wow...I would not have thought it possible. Grass is growing in places that I didnt think ever would or could...and its only been a year! I subscribed to the lawn care last spring and did aeration and over seeding in the fall. This was my first year on the program and have had great results. Pretty simple to read the reports from the service technicians and follow a few instructions. Now only if they could help me with growing the hair on my head!

We have a huge yard with a beautiful lawn. Natural Lawn of America has helped to practically remove the clover population without harmful chemicals. We feel good about knowing it will not harm the butterflies, dragonflies or the bees. Its so important to have these beautiful bugs in our yard. The gentleman who came out to put down the application would speak with us about how we are taking care of our lawn and did a soil sample as well. I have had a number of lawn care companies over the years with mixed results. They would do a good job the 1st year and then the 2nd year it was a noticeable reduction in service and results. We like the option of all natural or organic care without pesticides/herbicides in the broadband general applications although we do have to rely on a few spot treatments for weeds throughout the season. Our lawn had huge bare spots which hadnt seen grass in years. After NaturalLawn treatments, most of the areas are now green, and everything looks much better. We will continue to use the service this season in hopes that the crabgrass which is thriving can be abated. I signed up with Natural Lawn of America to help my tired looking lawn. I had little luck trying to improve conditions on my own. I abut a large wetlands area that is home to great wildlife and I am concerned about over use of chemicals in our environment. Have had Mosquito Ranger an affiliate of Natural Lawn of American for longer than I can remember. Some years back I found that they also do lawn care. The staff was great about going over the programs they had to offer and also Organic programs that would be best for our dog. After using Natural Lawn of America for the first time last year my lawn has never looked better. Their consistent service and knowledgeable staff made it an easy decision to continue using them this year.

I have used Natural lawn for 3 years now and could not be more pleased with the service and the results. My lawn 3 years ago was mostly dead, bare spots, looked like H**L!!!!....I was ready to give up , hot top the yard and paint it green! NLA came and said give us 1 season and we will get it back....They did and my lawn is back to where we like it. The techs who come out and service the lawn are top notch and easy to work with. The office staff has also been great to work with. I very much recommend this company

Multi year repeat customer. When we moved to our new home my wife had a nightmare that as I mowed the lawn, the grass behind me would die. Most likely based on this service, the nightmare has been far from reality. The lawn care reminder and report card Tracey leaves me on how Im doing after every application is an added bonus that I love to see. Pre pay makes this a good value with great service leaving me with weed free, green lawn!

Lawn has thickened and been much healthier

We have used their service for a few years now and our lawn is amazing. You would never know the lawn was established only 6 years old. Last year there was a little incident with a retaining wall, which can certainly happen, and they fixed the problem in a very timely fashion. I believe this speaks to their quality of customer service.

Weve been using NaturaLawn for mosquito control for 5 years and lawn service for 3 and could not be happier! We live next to a stream that dries to a swamp in the summer. Mosquitoes were unbearable so we gave mosquito ranger a try and havent looked back. My kids can play outside all summer morning-night with no worries of mosquitoes. It was especially great during the EEE threat last fall. Our lawn has never looked better and we get so many compliments on that too. Customer service is always great and prices are reasonable for the quality job they do!

The product seems good. The natural fertilizer keeps our lawn looking pretty healthy, and mosquito ranger did help with the bugs. Unfortunately, there seems to be a management issue. For example, were supposed to be able to request one time pesticide treatments, as needed. So, we contact customer service, they are polite and helpful, and they put a note on the account with our request. Unfortunately, these requests often dont seem to make it to the actual technicians, so they end up not being addressed. Weve had this happen several times over the past two summers (one issue remained uncorrected after 4 phone calls, at which point I gave up). Its too bad, because the product does seem to work well, and everyone Ive talked to has been very friendly and helpful, but at this point were considering trying another service next year.

2 years ago I switched to NLoA to treat my lawn to get away from chemicals and go to the natural applications. in year 1 with NLoA there were issue with my lawn with virus/fungus that never had before. NLoA treated the issues and recommended aeration and overs seeding with their premium seed which was done for $$$. Year 2 started off ok but the same issues returned with a vengeance, In my opinion the premium you pay to use this company is not worth it. I will not be renewing with them, Im afraid a year 3 would be terminal for my lawn.

I have been using this company for years. Last year was a tough one for weeds. I contacted the company and they responded quickly and took care of the problem. I have used several companies during the past 40+ years. Natural Lawn of America has been by far the best. I couldnt be happier.

They dont put down anywhere enough product, resulting in a terrible lawn. I thought they were putting down crabgrass killer......my mistake, I got crabgrass seeds. If you want a nice lawn, do not use these people.

I ve been reading through a lot of these other comments, and a lot of this simply isn t true. I ve had nothing but a great experience with them. They were very organized and friendly, the person I talked to on the phone was professional and took the time to address all of my concerns. Further more, my technician was very knowledgeable about the different plants in my yard as well as my lawn and the necessities to maintain it. Perhaps if some of the other commenters listened to the professionals, their lawn would as great as mine.

We are one of a few original owners (36 years) in our neighborhood. The developer scraped off most of the loam and put down a skim coat; enough for seed to catch. It was never a great lawn and over the years weve spent so much time and money trying to make it look better but nothing seemed to work until we found Natural Lawn and after just one season with this company we have grass where Id given up hope, all at nearly 1/2 the cost of the last company that actually made it look worse. We cant wait to see what the lawn will look like next year with Natural Lawns treatments. Were very impressed so far.

They use good products that make my lawn look great, plus their prices are very fair. They will even send you an email to let you know when they plan on coming so that you can get your lawn cut beforehand. I will continue to use going forward.

I used NaturalLawn last season to try to turn a neglected damaged lawn around. In one season of care and friendly advice from their technicians, our lawn has turned around and we are happy with what we see. Last year I decided to start with a new lawn service. After researching many companies I chose NaturalLawn of America. I hired them for their annual programs along with the fall aeration and over-seeding. My front lawn had suffered from the previous lawn companys inappropriate timing and application of seed. But NaturaLawn did an outstanding job. After they aerated and over-seeded, my front lawn looked amazingly beautiful for the first time in quite a while I spoke with the technician on the job that day, and he was very knowledgeable and willing to answer all of my questions.. He also performed a thorough and careful job on my property. Compared to some companies. I find it very easy to contact this one,and I receive additional information on good lawn service practices. I highly recommend this company and look forward to years of satisfying customer service and a healthy lawn. Thanks so much for all your time and effort.

I have been a NLA customer for several years, their organic lawn service has been consistently effective and our lawn has been healthy w/o the use of chemicals. Very solid service and top quality organization, Id recommend them for anyone looking to have a healthy chemical-free lawn.

We have the greenest lawn on the street. I love that the same person oversees our lawn all season. Our lawn tech treats our lawn like it s his own. When we ve had issues like crab grass or red thread they ve always found a fix for us. They are also great with making sure the backyard gate is secure before they leave so our dogs don t escape. That s huge.

The lawncare products they use are excellent, we had a great lawn for a decade. The mosquito control (mosquito ranger, part of naturalawn) is also good (occasional re-applications required due to wind, other conditions outside of their control). The problem is with their disorganized billing system and customer service - both are absolutely horrendous...so poor that we terminated our decade plus long relationship as a result. * Responding to the owners comment - I checked with my wife and neither she nor I (nor our landline) have received ANY calls or messages from a Clay. Not one. This is just simply not true. Further evidence of poor/disorganized customer service *

Awful company and very dishonest!! hired them for mosquito treatment for one year over the phone with no contract - sold my house a year later and they continued to bill my credit card months after I sold the house! they are refusing to reimburse! calling the BBB for a formal complaint.

I don t fight many bad review, however , I feel obligated on this one ! Awful company with poor ethics,. They sent me to a collections agency , and I didn t even hire them. Used them the year before for there mosquito control on a prepaid basis .They showed up and spayed without informing me. They did not do a great job last year, so I hired another company that has been much better and more professional . Stay away from this company !!

My lawn went from the best it has ever looked this spring, to this company destroying it in 3 short months. Im beyond unhappy, and they just try to upsell us on very expensive overseeding this fall, NOT taking care of anything in the mean time.

Highly recommend NaturaLawn of America! Also, we have used Mosquito Ranger for several years now- my parents use it,my neighbors use it, and friends of ours too. We love it! Having a puppy we use all pesticide free on our home and feel confident having him outside, as well as for ourselves.

Absolutely avoid. Terrible business practices. My account was also recently sent to collections when reoccurring payments had been made. No excuse for this. Until they fix this, avoid like the plaque. Better companies available out there.

I started with terrible soil and and hardly any grass, with Natural Lawns help, I now have a lawn coming in. I cant say enough how happy I am.

If you want a weed infested lawn this is a terrific company.
