Not sure why but for some reason the leaves came down all at once this year. I decided to call Pristine Property Maintenance for a "fall cleanup" and I couldn't have been happier with the service. The crew really worked hard to get the leaves out of the yard and driveway, leaving things looking great in time for the arrival of my Thanksgiving guests. Highly recommended.
Love my new patio. Can't wait to have cookouts on it. they even spread extra dirt around to even out the area and seeded the dirt - all without me having asked for it and at no extra cost!
Tried 2 different landscapers before I found Nick and his team. He was very responsive and transparent with pricing . He asked questions about my preferences got me on his schedule quickly (tough to find right now!) I have a big yard that Ive worked hard to design and plant, its just too much for me to maintain by myself. His team is meticulous and they always leave my garden and lawn looking beautiful....couldn't ask for better. He does electronic billing and comes like clock work every two weeks. They mow/edge my large lawn and trim back bushes as needed. Very Happy
These guys are great. They come and work with a large crew on the same day every week, Tim sends me an invoice, and just are so easy to work with. They don't skimp and get lazy with their service ever. Best landscape crew I have found in last 8 yrs.
Tim and his crew saved me from a terrible looking yard. They fit me in last minute and we've been lucky to have them take care of our yard ever since. Tim is quick to respond, his crew is friendly, and they do a superb job. I highly recommend them.
We called the office looking for an estimate at multiple locations. Some are residential and others commercial. We Spoke with Nick (one of the owners), he was very polite, professional, and easy to work with. They were very accommodating and were will to work around my hectic schedule. I was able to schedule an appointment for Tim (the other owner) to meet at each of the properties locations at the time and day I was available. They were both very knowledgeable and had great suggestions. The prices were more than fair, I was worried about the snow storm that we were about to have. But after speaking to both men they put my mind to ease. They sent over a couple of guys to plow and shovel my yard and they did an awesome job. They even made sure that my stairs and small front deck was shoveled and salted. If you’re looking for a reliable, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and fair priced company, please give them a call, I can’t express my gratitude enough. It’s a great feeling knowing tat there are still companies out there that will go the extra mile. Thank you Tim, Nick, and crew for the wonderful job you did. You definitely have a customer for life.
We had hired a landscaper who, at the last minute, backed out on us. We have a fairly large graduation event planned and we were in a panic thinking it wouldn't get done now. I posted on a local page on Facebook and Nick responded to my post quickly. He price matched the quote we had accepted from the other contractor who stranded us and came to see the space he'd be working with. He was extremely knowledgeable and you could tell he enjoys his work. They were here just days later with flowers, greens and mulch. Within 4 hours my large flower beds were completely rejuvenated!! They did AMAZING work, reshaped existing plants, and cleaned up as if they were never there!! They literally saved us by stepping up like they did to help a "neighbor" out. Thanks so much Nick and crew!! We couldn't recommend you more and will definitely be doing business with you again in the future!!
We call them out on short notice after our last company never showed. We had a estimate within 2 hours and quickly approved the estimate with extremely fair pricing and had a crew out next day cutting the lawn and it was the best quality we've had yet! Looking foward to their continued service for us!

Nick and the team showed up on time and reversed 12 months of yard neglect in one day. Since the initial clean up I have scheduled twice monthly maintenance and our property continues to look really good.

First of all, Tim and team show up every time. I have found that isnt true of other landscape pros. I have enjoyed Pristine Property Maintenance for more than 3 years. They do the big jobs AND the smallest of jobs with the same high quality, and fast. Ive tried others--these guys are the best.

Pristine Property Maintenance was punctual, efficient, and performed quality work while protecting the surrounding vegetation. When finished, the clean-up restored the lawn as if nothing ever happened. The recommended tree pruning was aesthetically perfect. I highly recommend them and will use them for any future projects.
Have tried to reach out multiple times through Facebook Aswell as called the number on Google and never get a response. From what I understand the Owners aswell as their family members are admins of the Attleboro town group and use it to monopolize the area 0/5 Maybe I ve just had a bad experience..
