Downer Brothers Landscaping in North Andover

Caught one of the downer Brothers landscapers urinating outside by the dumpster at my apartment complex. After he got done peeing on the white fence, he then proceeded to touch himself for a few minutes not realizing I was standing there.

The people who represent your company are horrible I have caught this man looking in my window multiple times while he is supposed to be landscaping the property I finally recorded him and then he goes to take a picture absolutely disgusting I am in my home.

Bad experience, Called twice to get a quote regarding Landscaping service, Nobody returned my call. Information was initially taken and the office Lady said someone would get back to me, A week went by then I called Again, Took my information again and said someone will be in touch, Some time went by again and when I called back she said I guess he is not interested, Nothing else she could do. Real Classy Business, I highly recommend

Unprofessional, disorganized and unreliable. When I called them to point out that they had damaged my fence with their mower, they decided to drop me as a client with no notice. There have also been multiple miscommunications on billing and service.... the office staff seems highly disorganized. Just overall poor quality.

We hired Downer Brothers to fix our lawn (we'd had trees removed), plant new shrubs, and do some weeding. Although the work was ultimately done at a fair price, there were several miscommunications. The workers never checked with us about what to do, and the owner seemed more comfortable talking than listening. We had to chase them to finish the job. Don't hire them for weeding. Update January 2023: They sent me a bill from something I didn't authorize and didn't know they were planning to do. I came home to a note that they had done something to our lawn. Then a bill. You can't just do stuff and bill people!
