It would be zero if I could make it that. What can I say that won't get me banned? How can I convey how genuinely awful this business is? I inherited a property from my brother who died young. I contracted with Augusta Lawn Care to keep a flower bed in the front of the yard, and they have been nothing but trouble ever since. I have to call and berate them to get them to come do anything. They charge me whether they do work or not. I cannot ever, and I do mean ever, get anyone from the company to deign to answer a phone call from me. I needed help. I asked them for it. They treated me like garbage and charged me money for the privilege. I will see them in court.
My lawn mower broke, and my yard was starting to get away from me. It was overgrown, and I was running out of options, so I decided to reach out to Augusta and see if they could bail me out. They had someone out there within 3 days to edge, weedeat, and mow. They did a great job, and really took alot of pressure off of me. They have now become my go-to, and I look forward to our continuing relationship! Thanks guys!!!
At first the service was great I was quoted 35 dollars a week for mowing each week! One month later they jacked up the price and while waiting for them to correct the bill to what we agreed I stopped payment! Since then I have gotten calls every day threatening to turn me over to collections for an account that is barely 30 days past due! They are a predatory company and have no integrity!
My lawn was a mess. Eddie did a fantastic job getting it under control. I look forward to a continuing relationship with Augusta and having a great yard. They also do weeding. That is next. Yeah
Quintin at Augusts Lawn Care came for the first time to mow our lawn today. He did an excellent job. He even cleaned up the clippings. After, he knocked on the door to see if I was happy with the service and if i wanted anything else done. He was professional and respectful! Augusts Lawn Care, you have a Diamond Customer Service person and a hard worker!!!!! We have found our Lawn Care Service. Thank You Quintin!

I was real excited felt I had a little boujie service but I should ve known better when they ain t have an app! I was told I would pay 1.25 per min for the initial mowing service this man Eddie was at my house for 36 minutes and it s all on video the time he knocked started and left and they tried to charge me $75.00, then after telling them I was here and have video they trying to charge 52.00 don t use them because they scam off the initial mowing service. I m not paying them nothing over 45.00! Trust me guys don t use them, they didn t even ask for my videos and went off the time the dude Eddie punched in & out then I only used the service cause I wanted one that don t bother me while they here before he left he banged on my door with a card, saying to fill some out cause he would get a bonus I was gone do it for him until the played with my initial payment amount. Don t use their services!

Made an appointment for an estimate on a Friday and explained explicitly what I needed done, all which fell under the supposed services provided by this company. Received a call from the tech who was supposed to do the estimate 45 minutes before our appointment where he explained without seeing my property that the only thing they could do was pull weeds and trim bushes. No irrigation checks, no mowing, no landscaping, etc. My intuition could be wrong, but the conversation felt like the tech was just doing everything he could to get out of the estimate and/or job. He had a negative reply for every question I had. I wish they wouldnt have wasted my time by making me think I had found someone to help me out. Onto the next.

Quintin and Damien did an amazing job! They were very kind and went above and beyond making sure I was satisfied with the service, gates were properly closed, all edges were cut even if they werent previously, and that my plants were not harmed. My lawn was overgrown and they mowed it quickly. The price was very affordable and my lawn looks beautiful!

When I first hired them we agreed on $90 per month. Not only did they screw up and mow over my garden but they also charged me $150. No apologies at all, and then acted like I was the crazy one for being upset. Scammers!! DO NOT Hire these charlatans

Wish I would have found them much earlier. I have had a heck of a time this year finding reliable help for any service really. I had my 4th no show for lawn care, and I stumbled across Augusta. They responded quickly to my quote request. Once accepted, the work started immediately and consistently. I do not have to call to see where they are, and they do excellent work. Definitely should give this company a try!

Prices are reasonable and the team always do an amazing job. Theyre responsive to questions and timely in their services. When they notice something off about anything theyre willing to provide recommendations and on top of the game. They take better care and attention to my lawn that I have to because its better in their hands than mine.
