Atlas Green Lawn in Norman

They are the 3rd company I’ve used for weed control and after speaking to supervisors. I still don’t have them treating for sticker weeds and outside my fence line which I’ve been fined by my hoa now 400$ this is still considered by property!!!! Then he signed me up for pest control thinking that they’re coming out for weed control. I’m done if they want to rectify this. I need these weeds pulled and treated affective immediately and today is September 9 2024. They have been supposed to be treating this entire fence line this entire summer for weed control at this point their employees can come pull the weeds for me since they refused to treat them. I mean this is what we control is supposed to be. I also have weeds. My yard is not green even though I water it every other day on off peak hours, my yard looks worse than where it started. * even though there is not a fence line anymore, this is still technically my yard and my property line is not a plan yet because I’ve been waiting all season for the control to get under control so I can make it a planter

I gave them several years to get the Poa Annua (Annual Bluegrass) under control and they were unable to, both for my lawn and my neighbors. This year I asked them to spot spray the Poa before my Bermudagrass came out of dormancy and the lady on the phone said they didn't need to, I should give the broadleaf herbicide and pre-emergent a few weeks to work. Unfortunately, the broadleaf control they say they use doesn't work on Poa and the pre-emergent doesn't work on mature Poa plants that are getting ready to go to seed. Cancelled their services and they continue to text and send technicians to my house. The management of this company seems to have gone downhill over the last several years. Would not recommend.

This is a very unethical business. I paid up front for one year and never renewed and also called multiple times to make sure it was cancelled. Talked to some sparky lady on the phone who said it was cancelled. They keep sending me bills for services I don't even have. This place is full of crooks who try to rob disabled veterans. Do not trust this business!! Screenshot to prove I called every month now. This place should not be allowed to do business in oklahoma. If you look at other online reviews they seem to do this a lot. Don't support crooked businesses like this. Their services wernt even good which is why i didn't renew!

I inquired about weed control via the website and Justin responded quickly that day, had a quote within an hour and was able to schedule the first treatment the next day. Tech came as scheduled. I paid on line. Perfect execution so far, very impressed!

I had stickers (Okies know) horribly. They've eliminated 99% of them this year. I had to do my part to help, such as following their instructions for after treatment, and I was also very diligent about digging up any stragglers later in the year. I didn't believe it would be possible to have the yard as clear as it is now, but I admit, I am impressed.

After the initial offer of corrective service, our lawn regressed back to what it looked like when we initially expressed concern to Atlas about our quality of service. We’ve since moved to another weed service, and we’ve experienced considerably better results in the year we’ve been with them. UPDATE (4/21/23): After calling to cancel my service with Atlas, they offered to do my next application for free and send a “thorough” technician to do a follow up application to ensure all weeds were treated. It’s been a few weeks, and the weeds have largely died off. The tech they sent out even hit my rock bed and killed the weeds there, which was nice. If this service remains consistent, I’ll be back to change my rating. (3/27/23) Can you tell I pay for a weed control service? Me neither. We’ve been using Atlas since the end of 2021. At first, their service made a difference for my lawn, which was overrun with weeds, and we were happy with the service. The last year, though, the quality of service has gotten progressively worse. I had to call multiple times last year to ask them to come spray again because huge swaths of my yard had clearly been left untouched. To their credit, whenever I called, the person I talked to (Stacy) was always super kind and responsive. However, what started as an issue of corners of the yard or my fence line being missed, has evolved to an even greater quality control issue. As one can see from the pictures, their most recent application of pre-emergent very clearly did not work. We always follow the instructions for watering after application, so that’s not the problem. At this point, we’ll definitely be looking for a different lawn service.

If you want more weeds than you have ever had in your yard this is the company you want I have weeds in my yard I’d never seen before called said they would come treat the weeds but never do anything. When they fertilized they do a hit and miss application called sent the guy back but he didn’t do anything said that was the way they always did it. I’m going back to Agrilawn better job for same price

We are very happy with our service from Atlas. The technician was very informative and always answers my questions without making me feel stupid. He is always on time which I appreciate. The customer care staff who handles the incoming calls and scheduling, Are always friendly And helpful. They are also very patient. I highly recommend Atlas!
