They seem to block our driveway every week when servicing the neighbors. There is amble space on either side of the road yet they are careless in where they park. My lawn company has never done this.

Great company! Used them to deal with some pesky vines/weeds in our front and side yard and ended up using them for bi-weekly lawn care. They were professional, dependable and allowed us to break during the winter. They provided estimates, pics when requested and had very clean work. Definitely would use them again!

When I first hired this company to edge my driveway and walkway in 2020, I was very impressed. They were timely, responsive, and did an excellent job. When I hired them for the same thing the following year, the work they did was not great (edging not deep, didnt blow out cuts) so I called the office and they came out and fixed it. This year I called because I wanted a quote on an additional service in addition to the edging. I was told that someone would come out Tues or Wed. Tues late morning my doorbell rings. I work from home and was on a chat with tech support on my laptop, and I had to end the support call in the middle so that I could get the door. I knew it was them because I could hear the girl talking on the phone in my yard through my open window. When I opened the door I asked if she could let me know when they were coming next time so that they are not interrupting me in the middle of something important for work. She said she would make a note in my file. She also said it would be a couple of hours before they could get back to me with a quote. The next day I followed up with a text, asking when I would hear from them on the quote. It has now been a week and I still have not receive a response. I guess they decided it was too inconvenient for them to keep me as a customer, since it would require some additional effort on their part.

On time and got the job done right. Able to take my direction and run with it for a great result. Thank you! Will use again.

I am reluctant to share my insights about this company. They are very kind and personable.I feel like I want to keep it a secret so they don t get spread too thin, kind of like a good restaurant, you don t want everybody to know about it because you don t wanna wait for a table when you go. ABM Lawn Care is an excellent lawn service! They send a reminder the day before they come, mowing is quick and perfectly done, edging and blowing completes the look of a well mowed lawn. I also love that they will mow the lawn in different directions, diagonally vs horizontally, which is best for quality of the grass as it grows. I highly recommend!

The employees were polite, professional, and did a great job on my yard. I had a difficult time finding a company that would return my calls and was stood up on numerous occasions, but ABM kept our appointments which let me know they respected me as a customer and valued my time. They cleaned up my yard while I was at work so it was really nice to come home and find my front and back yards in great shape. I have a very small yard but it was full of years of neglect, covered with leaves and large fallen branches that were more like logs. It was too daunting a task for me to undertake. Chesapeake. Great company for pressure washing. I requested an estimate on a pressure washing job for my driveway, sidewalks and curb online through their website. I received an estimate within a couple days delivered to my mailbox at home as well as a follow up email. A team of 3 knocked out the job over the weekend, in about an hour. and they did a fantastic job. I highly recommend them and will be using them again for similar jobs in the future.

I called and asked for a quote, we agreed on a fair price, and they came the next day to trim and shape my bushes. It was a big job and took them a few hours to complete. They checked with me a few times to make sure I was pleased with the progress and the final product. They even cleaned up and took away the mess. Highly recommend their services.

Was surprised by an otherwise positively reviewed service provider to be treated so poorly. I called using Skype because Im currently overseas and cannot use my US phone number. The business owner answered aggressively, demanding, Who is this and why are you calling me? I was confused by his tone, and assumed Id called the wrong number. I asked if this was ABM Lawn Care, said I wanted my lawn mowed, and asked if this was the right number. The owner then said, still aggressive, that Im trying to figure out who is calling me from a blocked number and why. I explained that as I was using the Skype app, that is how the call would appear on his caller ID. Still trying to carry on the conversation, and expecting some kind of apology from someone who might want to win customers, I received none, and said Id take my service else where. Perhaps the owner was having a bad day. Regardless, go somewhere else, and avoid being treated with suspicion and hostility.

Called ABM to come to my home to remove some large branches in my back yard that were the result of strong winds from a storm. They came out to survey and set up a date to clear out my yard. I contacted them later to also add lawn service on that day (March 26th 2019). On that Tuesday morning, they decended on my home like a paramilitary lol. Clearing branches (which would have taken me hours to do alone) and cutting the grass in mere minutes. I was very pleased with their work and I was able to feel pride about my lawn in a neighborhood where people take their lawn care very seriously! Thank you AMB!

Great company. I have a combination lock on my gate, which they always replace. Three weeks ago, while weedeating, a rock completely smashed my front glass door. They were not only apologetic, when I contacted the main number, they had already been informed, and contacted Window Pro to come out and take measurements to replace the glass. Three weeks later, my glass is replaced. I wish all companies were this easy to work with.

I had the unfortunate luck of running into the staff of this company this morning. They walked directly in front of my car, blocking the entire road between both their trucks in the road and their staff blatantly walking in front of traffic without looking, and when I beeped the horn the staff surrounded my car and cursed me out in front of my two young children calling me a stupid b&*ch, etc. I would never recommend such unprofessional and abusive people to anyone, especially if you have children.

Demetrius and ABM Lawn Care LLC provided excellent service. Lawn was a mess and they cleaned it up quick and easy. Price was very reasonable as well. Would highly recommend them.
