I had a wonderful experience with Earthscapes. My request for help was prompt. Ryan showed up, we walked the premises and the fact that he was listening was most positive. He quickly got back with a proposal that could easily be changed if needed. We ended up with new sod and pavers being installed in the back yard. The shrubs were spruced up and the beds refurbished. I am thrilled. It was a tired back yard. Now it is a pleasurable experience to go outside and see such a pretty, inviting place. Everyone on his team was a pleasure to work with. Customer service was a priority and it showed. I enjoyed the guys on the team, and "team" they were! Communication was on going. I always knew what was going on, who was coming and when. If changes occurred in the schedule, I was aware of them. Would I use Earthscapes again? YES! It was a beautiful job, creative and beautifully thought out.

We had a paver patio with fireplace installed as well as a large backyard landscaping project that included a variety of beautiful plants, shrubs, trees and even some feature lighting. We've hired other (well known) local landscaping companies in the past and had very frustrating results. At first contact, Earthscapes quoted our job quickly and with detail, which I was unable to receive from other companies. In order to install a a new paver patio, they had to demo an existing concrete patio, hot-tub, and previously overlaid deck. They did a great job. The real test of a company is how they react when things don't go as planned and this is how they earned their 5 stars. Earthscapes took the time to explain the situation and provide full correction, even though the problem encountered was not their fault. The patio paver deck is beautiful, even better than initially expected!

So, a little bit about me. I’m 51 years old and have been a home owner since I was 25. I currently own two homes now and the only point of me saying this is that I have worked with countless companies and contractors on several renovation projects, the last one was having my kitchen remodeled. I say this just to give perspective on how thoroughly impressed I was by my latest project with Earthscapes Lawn and Land Service. We wanted to have our backyard landscaped, flower, trees, everything. As I told Matt Eldredge, the owner, I wanted it to look like Botanical Gardens. As always, I had three companies come out and give me there plans and quotes. The other two gave me boiler plate plans and didn’t really listen to what we really wanted, Matt did. I could go on about Earthscape’s professionalism and responsiveness, but I won’t. I will just say they delivered an incredible job that has blown my wife and I away. I have not dealt with any contactor or company as good as this one. Besides every plant, tree and shrub they planted thriving in our backyard, it just looks incredible. We couldn’t be happier. Moreover, they were the lowest price. That not being the reason we went with them. To answering every text, call and email promptly, to even last-minute changes we wanted, I can’t say enough about this company. I wish every home improvement project could have been like this experience!
