Great knowledgeable service. Showed up as scheduled, quickly diagnosed my problem, and replaced a faulty valve. Then they did the unexpected and inspected the system for damaged sprinkler heads and any other issues and gave me some good advice. I'll definitely have them back to take care of a few issues. I would recommend without hesitation to anyone needing help with their irrigation system.
Dennis did a great job fixing leaks, broken sprinkler heads and modernizing my irrigation system. He also set up a schedule to conserve water, monitor weather conditions and other factors.
What a stupid response! I have been using the same schedule for 12 yrs! Update as of August 2nd. Yesterday I turned my system on and another huge leak appeared. I called a real professional who came out and found the leak to be one of the ‘new’ sprinklers that Lawn System Solution had installed in May., it was leaking at the seams. He asked how ago it had been installed because it had so much scaling. When I told him it was installed only in May, he could not believe it. Once again, another issue caused by shoddy work from Lawn System Solutions, who by the way, has denied any responsibility for this leak and still trying to charge me for repairs on issues he caused. I feel that I was scammed with this service. If you use this company, you had better wait at least a month to pay because everything will fall apart in that time. My first review was good on this company but read on! BUYER BEWARE This is a review of Lawn System Solutions, a local company advertising itself as "providing leading lawn and garden services" Not exactly my experience. I am not one to write bad reviews, but this company and its owner Dennis Bruce have driven me this. I hired this company in April to fix wiring issues in my sprinkler system that were caused during a lightning strike. On his first visit, he replaced the wiring on the 2 zones that were affected and I paid $1160 for this service. It did not solve the problem as he told me I needed to replace the solenoid in one of the zones. Naturally, he would have to return for another visit as he did not have a replacement with him. This in part because he does not have a vehicle and travels from job to job using UBER. As a result, he is limited to what equipment he can carry. In any case, I asked him when he could return to complete this fix. It took a few email and phone calls and he finally came back, more than 30 days later! He replaced the solenoid and adjusted some wiring because I had multiple zones coming on at the same time instead of intermittently like they were programmed. I paid another $620 for this service. A few weeks later a neighbor told me that I had a lot of water draining when my sprinkler system was on, specifically one of the zones that had been worked on. I called Lawn System Solutions again to report this problem as it could only have been caused by bad wiring. Again, it took several weeks to him to show up. In the meantime, I received my water bill for the month after he had serviced my system – it was $960!! My typical water bill is $250. He finally showed up on July 3, more than 4 weeks after his second visit and was totally clueless not taking any responsibility for this new issue. He messed with some f the wiring and then decided to try and find hidden drain in my lawn by poking his shovel in my lawn. I told him repeatedly that there were no drains in the area nut he kept poking. He never found a drain and finally left. Moments later I got an invoice for $177 which I contested with him. To add insult to injury, the next morning, one of the zones was not working at all. I contacted another sprinkler person who was recommended on Next Door. He came out and found that the lined had been severed from the other guy when he was poking his shovel in the ground looking for a non-existent drain. He fixed this problem and straightened out the electrical issues created by the Lawn System Solution guy. I was going to leave it at that and just move on but the Lawn System owner kept sending me invoices, I asked him to pay me for having to have someone else come to fix the problems he created. Actually, I even offered to pay for his last UBER as a courtesy. However, to add insult to injury, he has added a $45 late fee, two weeks after his service and threatened to continue to add $45 monthly – this on a $177 invoice. So, all this to say, I feel I was scammed and continue to be scammed. I would NOT recommend this company. The work is shoddy and obviously questionable if he needs to make multiple visits to fix problems he creates. Horrible company owned by a horrible person.
Dennis was great to work with! He came out quickly and made recommendations to fix a broken line in the most cost effective way. He explained our sprinkler heads and we have plans for him to come out again in the future for more updates to our old system.
Dennis is the owner and the technician. He is experienced, dependable, on time, and friendly. Dennis was able to identify the problems with my pump and my old irrigation system, suggest solutions, and make the repairs. I have complete confidence in him, and I strongly recommend him.
Instalked my dry creek bed: A picture is worth a thousand words. Mr Bruce of Lawn Systems Solution is very knowledgeable, professional, dependable and his prices are very reasonable. He fixed and maintains my sprinkler system,winterized the system. The dry creek bed is awesome with a water fall,the flowers were a nice surprise. I would definitely recommend him.

First time I used this company. They cancelled on me last week at the last minute. I rescheduled for today ( Tuesday) from 8-10. This was confirmed. I have been calling all morning with no answer. None showed up between those hours or contacted me.
We had Dennis come out to locate a valve control box for a zone that wouldnt work. He located it in a timely fashion and repaired the box and valve control - all without destroying the sod around it!

Dennis is like an irrigation artist. He was very fast to come out and upgrade / repair my builder-grade system to set my yard up for success this year. Very impressed with how he was able to improve the spray coverage and upgrade the sprinkler heads for maximum effectiveness.
Dude is a magician! Had a major leak in our lawn sprinklers caused by city water line repair and after reading positive reviews decide to call. Arrived on time, quickly found and repaired the leak and installed new sprinkler heads for a very reasonable price. Our 10 year old system functions better than when originally installed. Would give 10 stars - highly recommend
Dennis was at our house yesterday and did a great job repairing, updating, and returning our 17-18 year old system (that we had invested nothing into since then) to operation as we needed it to work today. A few things that Lawn Systems Solutions did while onsite (but only after listening to exactly what we needed and were using our system for today): 1) Repaired a sprinkler-main leak and replaced one of our zone-control solenoids that was also leaking. 2) On a side-zone where a fig tree and blueberry bush roots had squeezed their own sprinkler system out of functioning, he fully-replaced some sprinkler units (about half) and just the head on a few others as needed. 3) In the back, he consolidated two zones into one; while completely replacing three units (so that they provided better coverage) and the heads of two others. This allowed us/him to abandon five other heads that were functioning only marginally. 4) Ignored two front zones that we have not used for the past 10 years. His solutions-oriented approach to meeting the needs that I identified made his effort (and his bill) very cost effective: while restoring our system operation to exactly what we needed. If you know what you want/need, I found that Dennis creatively addressed what I hired him to do.
They did a great job of coming out and fixing a few heads and a broken line. Extremely happy with their service and the owner is ver knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend them and will use them again as needed.
Highly recommend this company. Dennis is a true professional. He is extremely thorough, knowledgeable and capable. I had what I thought was a leak in my sprinkler head and turned out I needed a new valve as well. It s an old system and needed a lot of TLC and some retrofitting to bring it up to modern standards. Dennis took the time to explain in detail what he was doing and why it needed to be done each step of the way. The work took several hours (3-10) into the evening and he kept pushing forward to get the job done and to do it properly until he and I were completely satisfied with the work. Well done Dennis and thank you for the honest effort to get the job done right!
Very thankful to have come across Dennis from Lawn System Solutions. He s came out to my home twice this past week to replace some sprinklers and he actually found another zone that I didn t even know was there. Took him about an hour to get it going and now my entire front lawn has coverage. Dennis s rates are very fair he explains everything in depth so that you fully understand what you re paying for.

Fantastic experience. Dennis came around to winterize my sprinklers and went above and beyond inspecting my system and cleaning out around my blowout valve for no charge. Ill definitely continue to use this company because of the excellent service and reasonable prices.
Dennis went above and beyond to transform my yard. He repaired countless issues with an old broken sprinkler system to get it working like new. He also installed new sprinkler lines, removed old fencing, graded, leveled, and installed drainage to transform my backyard and get it in to optimal condition for growing new seed. Will definitely be reaching out to Dennis for future projects.
Dennis came out this week to start up my system. He found a couple of breaks, in the line, tracked down the source and made great repairs. My system is up and running for the season. This is first full season that I have used Lawn System Solutions. We started late in the Summer of last year but saw a tremendous improvement in health of the lawn. I know that my turf will look even better, this year.
We ve experienced drainage issues for years and the quotes to fix them always seemed really high. Dennis was able to solve our drainage issues (even one that involved dealing with a side walk) in a practical and cost effective way. He was responsive and got the work done quickly. I would recommend Dennis if you have any difficult drainage challenges that need solving.

Dennis did a great job of coming out and assessing our old irrigation system and offering up repair/replacement suggestions. Our system was old and no longer placed correctly, as we had redone the landscaping. We also had quite a few sprinkler heads that were leaking. His knowledge on irrigation and water placement is impressive, and we are quite happy with the finished project. The office is responsive on emails, and Dennis was timely for the appointment. All going into a great experience with this company.
I wish I could give 10 stars. Our lawn care guy let us know that we had a huge leak from our irrigation system that had water running down the side of our home. We called every irrigation repair service in the area until we were blue in the face and no one had any availability for at least a month put. Finally we got in touch with Dennis and team at Lawn System Solutions and they scheduled us for the following Monday. They were extremely communicative keeping us updated on the appt date and time. Dennis was extremely knowledgeable and you could tell he was passionate in what he does. He was very thorough in explaining what needed to be done to fix the issue and he also found a multitude of other issues that needed attention as well. We are very satisfied and impressed with the service provided by Lawn System and Solutions. We absolutely recommend them and will be lifelong customers.
Beware, our experience with this company was very disappointing and we would not recommend them to anyone. Appointments to complete work were missed twice with no notice (after a deposit had already been made). Then the work was only partially completed due to late arrival on the third appointment date and all efforts to schedule a final completion date were ignored. Our experience has been frustrating, to say the least.

Since I installed my sprinkler system in 1984 I have used several companies to get my system ready for spring and shut down in the fall. Over the years I ve had several issues and it was interesting to see how the different sprinkler companies would resolve the problem. This spring I knew that I had to have some major work done and a friend of mine suggested Dennis Bruce of Lawn Systems Solutions. Dennis was able to come over the very next day where we examine the sprinkler system. Having become familiar with the sprinkler system I was impressed when he made some very good suggestions as we discussed the coverage and what may need to be done to improve the coverage. Based on our interaction, his in-depth knowledge of various sprinkler systems, understanding of sprinkler operation, different sprinkler models and associated spray heads, and diversity of his customer base, I can fully recommend Dennis for your design, installation, and operation of your sprinkler system be it small or large.
Dennis and Ashley were great to work with! I called several other irrigation companies and never heard back. Lawn System Solutions immediately responded to me, came out to give me an estimate quickly and performed the work the same day I let them know I was ready. They saved me a small fortune on all of the water my irrigation system was wasting. I highly recommend Lawn System Solutions! My enhanced irrigation system is amazing and how cool that I can control it from my phone and it is smart enough to know the weather and adjust the watering levels!

I contacted Lawn System Solutions regarding a problem with my sprinkler systems control panel on a Friday. Dennis came out to the house the next day, on a Saturday, and replaced the control panel with a new one that afternoon. He stayed until it was fully functional and tested all of the zones. He programmed the control panel remotely and showed me how to install the app. Everything is working great! Dennis is very knowledgeable and thorough. I highly recommend him and Lawn System Solutions for irrigation work and anything related.

Denis was very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. He made sure he understood exactly what I was trying to accomplish, then did a complete analysis of my irrigation system to identify any other issues that might be affecting its performance. He presented me with an array of options (including a new wireless control panel - a really good idea!) and proceeded to complete the work - including extensive testing - the same day. I recommend Lawn System Solutions highly.
Dennis came by to access my irrigation problems. Within minutes he figured out exactly what was wrong and what was needed. I had others come out and look and they barely even touched the grass and then basically gave me a price to get an entire new system. He gave me a very respectable quote, even started doing the work right then and there. After he was finished I felt like I completely understood the irrigation systems and was so comfortable knowing it was done right. I wish I had others to suggest to him cause I was extremely impressed. Not to mention I have about 50 sprinkler heads so it wasnt a easy simple small job. I couldnt say enough good about him. I had also made several changes to our landscaping over the past 20 years since our system was installed and he recommended several options that are going to save me a ton of water and $$. Dennis came out quickly to assess our irrigation system and immediately found a main line leak that was causing us a high water bill. He resolved the issue and upgraded our parts & system while putting preventative measures in place. In addition he assisted with bringing our fountain back to clear water and removing all the algae that had accumulated. Also, Dennis provided great lighting options to enhance our landscaping. Had a cracked pipe in my irrigation and needed help asap. They came out with in 2 hours when I couldn t get anyone else on the phone! If you re ever in a bind, this should be your first call. Pricing was fair and they were great to work with. Will be using these guys exclusively moving forward.
