Not getting the results I was looking for. Lawn still dying. Still have moss, and algae. Can never get into contact with anyone. Can t even cancel the service because it s not an option on the website and no one will speak to me.

I received the shield, but I couldnt get it separated from the backing to apply it to the windows. All the online videos show it on a paper backing, and mine came on plastic. I called, got a message service. The woman said she would pass along my issue, and I would get a call back. I still have not received a call. Its been 5 working days.

Last year we installed a zyosia lawn. I did not know much about zyosia. A friend suggested Turf Shield so I called them. They were very helpful and their prices reasonable. After a year my grass looks great. We just put zyosia in the front yard and I just got off the phone increasing the area Turf Shield cares for. Martin is my service tech and he is very knowledgeable and professional.

Great company. Angel is technician who takes care of our lawn, he is polite, pleasant and educational. He always text before he comes, makes sure that the lawn looks great In fact, our lawn has never looked this good. In case of question, the office is quick to reply.

We live in a somewhat nice neighborhood and our front yard was an embarrassment...full of nutsedge and other weeds. I went through two other lawn fertilizing companies who both failed to get our yard under control. I hired Turf Shield 18 months ago and our front yard is GORGEOUS! I sent them pictures last summer because it was improving, but still had weeds, but this summer it is completely weed free and looking great!

This Company Customer Service is the worst they give you the runaround. They call you back months later same with email. They say they are going to do one thing and never do anything. I had more weed after they started to treat my yard. They was supposed to give me a re treat that never happened. I also referred them to my neighbor and they got two more contact. I will never use them and Never Refer Them if you are reading this Stay Away From This Company Turf Sheild.

Turf Shield was referred by a friend who has experience with multiple turf enhancement companies. Says these folks are best. Thus far my experience has been exceptional. Highest recommendation on a pricing and professional matrix.

My lawn and shrubs have not looked better. I had a lot of new landscaping done, and so far the job they are doing has been exceptional! Highly recommend them!

I just want to say that Turf Shield has proved to be the best. With a new lawn and inferior sod, they were able to get all our weeds gone and improve the look of our yard. Thanks to Turf Shield. We will continue to use them for our services.

Spoke to George the salesman about their service when signing up. My main concern were the weeds in my yard. I started service in May 2020. It is now August 11th and I have more weeds than when they started. My last service was the beginning of July. I had to tell the technician about the weeds because he was just there to fertilize. God forbid they see weeds and take it upon themselves to do something about it. He walked around with a handheld spray bottle and tried to kill weeds. Needless to say I have 10 times the amount of weeds than when they were out for service. I called John the owner over 2 weeks ago which he said they would be out to do a blanket spray of the whole yard. I haven t heard or seen anyone. I called George this morning and he said he would find out what s going on and call me back. I haven t heard from anyone today. Beware, they will tell you anything to get your business but cannot deliver on their promise.

Had a similar experience to one of the other critical reviewers. Too many weeds in my yard after they had been allegedly treating it for several months. No response from Turfshield to multiple e-mails and phone calls notifying them of my dissatisfaction with the service. I went back to treating the lawn myself, and was able to get rid of most of the weeds after two treatments, so there s really no excuse for a professional service not to be able to do the same. If you want weed control, don t waste your money with these guys.

My yard always looks great now and if there is any issue they have taken care of it with a high degree of knowledge about turf care
