TurfMasters does a great job managing my lawn, trees and shrubs. Any time I reach out to them regarding a concern, they are quick to send someone out to address it.

They are very nice and professional. However, our yard has a fungus and they did not report it or discuss treatment. We have been using them for over a year. We are not certain that their service people really understand turf and shrub issues.

Prior to getting with Turf masters had a severe problem with weeds after a few months the weeds started to disappear Amazing,Im very impressed!

We have Turf Master Lawn care for one year. We canceled the service due to weeds continue to grow.

Not good experiences. They don t provide consultations or recommendations when they see something wrong with your lawn. My lawn soil is soft so I called and asked some questions about it and they quickly told me it wasn t their. problem.

I showed the technician all the weeds that currently have in my backyard, and he said that the weeds would be gone in two weeks, but it was not changed. Then I called customer service and reported that problem, then they are simply said I will let take care of Believe it or not weeds have never gone.

Have tried many lawn care services and this is the only company that truly looks at my lawn and my shrubs and if anything is detected, it is taken care of without my having to bring it to anyones attention. Would highly recommend.

Yeah, they promise a lot. But when it comes down to it, after four years my yard barely has improved. Lack of weeds is the only compliment I can give. Finally canceling my service this month after realizing they are full of false promises after every concern and complaint I gave. All my neighbors , previous customers, told me I was wasting my money, A LOT OfF MONEY! Guess i should have believed them.

I have a very small yard. They treat partial areas of the lawn no matter how many times asked and remind them to treat the other areas, for example, area outside a fence. The amount of weeds in that area is crazy. Not getting what Im paying for.

I love that I m actually seeing results, my grass is weed free and plush. The lawn technicians are always nice and works around my existing flowers and shrubs with ease.

Signed up for an annual yard and shrub care plan and really not happy with their performance so far. I havent been notified when the techs come to treat the yard (I have a dog and need to know when to keep her off the lawn). The services they actually performed didnt match with the email summaries they send saying what they were supposed to do. Their treatment on my back yard did nothing to the weeds - I called and set up a service appointment for them to treat it again and no one showed up the day it was supposed to happen. When I called to find out why, they say they actually have no service appointment on the books for me. I expected better from a business that charges so much and has so many positive reviews.

I canceled my service with the Turf Masters in Norcross. However, they still sent someone out to service my lawn. Even though it was their mistake, they would not remove the charge!! I decided to pay the bill, luckily I did because a few days later I received a letter from a collection agency for $49. DONT USE THIS LAWN COMPANY!!!

Not satisfied with service.. I saw turf master sign was pinned to my lawn today (9/9/2023). But I did not see any job description what was done today on the lawn at my door handle. I am doubtful whether the services are performed on my lawn or not. I request you to service my lawn again within 2 weeks. Not satisfied with service.

I was asked by one manager to buy a mosquito treatment last week. A technician came and put chemical on only one small tree in my 0.7 acre front and back yard - it took 5 minutes-, sad and funny I cancelled my service!

Ive been using Turf Masters a few years now, and Im pleasantly pleased with the look of my lawn and the service I get. Chris is the person who services my lawn and is a very pleasant person and takes pride in what he does. He takes the time to talk to you and answer any and all questions.. I feel they are the best in getting a good looking lawn.

As a Turf Management enthusiast/hobbyist, Ive been impressed with how well this relationship has worked out. I originally signed up to use Turf Masters as an adjunct to the work I was already doing as part of my maintenance plan. I figured Id have to follow-up with my own applications to maintain my lawn. I have not run into any such issues and now leave herbicide and fertilizer application work to my assigned tech, leaving me more time to attend to other parts of my yard.

Technicans are always professional, courteous, and they talk to me about any concerns as well as making suggestions or letting me know if they see any problems. Plus my yard looks great!

Great service

My wife and I noticed that the guy who was doing our service just came, sit in the car for 15 minutes on my driveway and then left, so last time we woke up early and we got out from the house so he started treating my yard and he only did one part of my front yard, not even the full front he didn t even went to the back. I reported and the still charging me for that. I am going to pay but watch out you might be paying for a service that is not even provided correctly.

They were doing good the past 2 years - not so much this year. I have weeds galore. They blame the weather, but my neighbor doesnt have weeds like I do. Maybe he is under different climate conditions. Ill likely switch next year - I prepaid for this year. That was probably my mistake.

Reliable

My last service visit last week from Turf Masters was completely horrible. They have not treated my yard in 6 months (for some unknown reason) and they show up last week and burn my front grass and turn it brown down to the ground. Pathetic service. This is not the first time they have screwed up my beautiful bermuda grass! Not going to let this horrific mistake on their part pass over again. Looks like I am going to have to be calling my attorney to handle this one! I do not recommend this company at all.

Good service. Joe, a representative from Turf Masters, visited the property to look at the yard. Very professional and they most importantly killed the adamant weeds. Customer service at 1-800 is friendly and they respond to texts also making it easy.

Turf Masters technicians claimed to put weed control on my lawn but they did not. I complained about this from the beginning until now. They continued to debit my account every other month and claim they had treated the lawn. I am home full time and have sat in my window as they put the treated sign on my lawn and on my door but never put any product on my lawn. The original agreement was for the front and back lawn. They didn t even bother to go back there. When I asked about it they said it was just weeds back there. I said that is why I hired you. Turf masters Norcross is a terrible fraudulent company in my opinion. They are still debiting my account though I told them to void our contract due to substandard work months ago.

I feel the overall service is satisfactory. I feel like there could be more attention to detail when it comes to the health of my lawn and the advice given, especially to preventative services (Fungicide / Weeds). I feel technicians should report potential problems as soon as they see them to address any potential issues with my lawn. Ex. I had patch fungus in my lawn for close to 2 months (in this time period several services were performed and technicians were on site), I had to call and ask about a very large part of my lawn browning before I was told it was patch fungus. If this would have been brought to someones attention sooner, my lawn would not have suffered the damage it has taken this close to the end of the season. I also had to call consistently for several weeks to get anyone to come out and treat it. I feel communication could be better, letting me know about scheduled services instead of technicians showing up without notice to perform their work. Their has been a slight price increase since starting services, I would say this may have to do with rising costs of doing business. Over all a good service but could definitely be improved.

I m very concern with the different Tech. coming to my property the last tech. recently came was nice but not throughly I brought my concerns to him regarding my weeds in the back yard. His response was doing the hot weather they will die out. That s was over a month ago still have weeds present in my lawn that s awful and disgusting I contact the company on two different occasions I haven t heard when someone will be out to take care of this issue. They will call or send notice regarding other business and to me.The company can t take care of my current service, I went through the same issue last year around this time and was convinced to give them a second chance here we are again.

1. Bill was paid - they still reported late charge to collections. 2. They hustle & bother with texts, then after we wrote - no service this time - they still came in and did service and charged us - & put the invoice to neighbors door far away from out house. So if neighbor wouldn t come and bring us the invoice - we wouldn t even know about it and not pay it! And end up in collections. I am reporting them to Better Business Bureau and other consumer protection agencies. It s illegal business practices, to perform service without consent! And then of course to charge! Might even sue them in the small claims court. It s outrageous, illegal & wrong. Pic of texts is attached - we requested service to be rescheduled in the next 2 weeks - but they still came in the next day and did the service! And placed invoice to the far away house door! Don t even know that neighbor - he came in and brought the invoice. Outrageous.

Great service over the 6 years Ive had them work in my lawn. Only a two issues came up, otherwise it would be a 5 star rating. By the way, they were quick to respond to the problems.

Ive been using turfmasters for about three years now, and am very happy with the service. Our house was new, with terrible soil and dying grass when we moved in. Most of the neighborhood was like that (cheap, bad builders), but within a year of starting with TM, we have the greenest and cleanest lawn in the neighborhood. Neighbors have been asking who does it, and I make sure to keep the TM sign in the lawn so they all know. Great guys, just show up on time and regularly, and never had an issue in three years.

: My Zoysia lawn experienced some damage from the past winters abnormal weather conditions. Turf Master sent a manager to inspect my lawn and provided me with information reassuring me that the damaged areas will recover in time, with proper maintenance. My lawn, after three maintenance applications to date, has improved considerably. The folks at Turf Master are truly The Nice Guys.

Ive been with Turf Masters for a couple years now, and my grass looks pretty good. It was in very rough shape when they took over for True Green, so the process in getting to peak condition has been lengthy. All good things take time though.

Lawn is looking good finally

Before using Turf Masters my lawn was pathetic - more weeds than grass. I was given a review and treatment plan as to what it would take to get my lawn back in shape. Unlike the other companies I spoke with, Turf Masters was honest and set my expectations as to how long it would take and gave me advise on what I needed to do in between their treatments to help my lawn. I had my lawn totally resodded earlier this year by Oneill Landscaping and Oneill recommended Turf Masters for my lawn maintenance. After about 8 months of service I have to say Turf Masters has done a wonderful job. My yard has been weed free and healthy the entire time. When Ive had questions or concerns Jay has always been quick to respond. I plan to continue using them for a long time.

I started with TruGreen, but didnt like the results. Got good results with Scotts, but they kept charging extra for this and that and constantly trying to sell new services. I have enjoyed the results from Turf Masters and what they tell you it will cost is what it will be. The staff is very professional. The website is easy to track services and pay online. I highly recommend Turf Masters.
