A proper guidance / input is required to maintain the lawn from our side. TruGreen service person should knock the door and tell what we should do, but that is not happening.

These morons confused our house with our neighbors and sprayed pesticides everywhere without our permission. Of course they arent answering the phone. Totally incompetent. Edit: I responded to them below asking if theres anyway to remove the residue or how long it will last, and didnt receive a response. Never heard anything back, sorry, our bad, nothing. Not a very ethical company at all. Edit 2: They just showed up again trying to spray at my house! Please stop! Ugh

The Tech Angel was very informative on my first visit as a customer. Answered all my questions and I didn t feel rushed at all. Very nice and pleasant gentleman. Very confident in his ability to do great service and was very impressed on how he like to make sure the service is taken care of even, if no one is at home. TruGreen has been treating our lawn for several years and is actually in worst condition prior to to TruGreen taking over. Its a second home so were not there all the time which leads me to believe the driver/tech isnt treating it. On the one accession i was at the home i could see the tech was in a big hurry , missing large section of the lawn as he threw around the chemical. I stopped him and point it out and he apologized , stated the office have given him 12 stops in a single day. I could see the guy was wore out and stressed. Repeated phone calls have done nothing to resolve the issues. Waste of time and money. Im cancelling the service.

Isadore was my specialist today and was very thorough by addressing the issues going on with my lawn and creating a plan to target dead spots and a treatment to add to kill the ants and the weeds that look like grass in my Bermuda lawn.

Cairo was very helpful and knowledgeable about holistic lawn care.

Aeration was done as expected and heavily done in an area of the back yard where grass was struggling. I now can throw out grass seed in the care areas. Thank you so much! Excellent job!!!

Today ISADORE came early this morning to re-spray fertilizer, pre emergent , and post-emergent herbicide at no charge since I was having problems with weeds on the side and backyard. But TruGreen has assured me that this application will work. Will see in 10 days if not they will return and make it right. ISADORE was very courteous and professional and knows what he is doing.

These guys always do a great job. They are pleasant and kind.

ISADORE has been the best salesperson I ve had in my entire 4yrs with TruGreen. What makes him stand out is his willingness to take the time to talk to you about your lawn. He manages my expectations pertaining to the time line for lawn results by giving clear explanations of the chemical being used along with his suggestions on what I can do in between visits. Most of all he takes pride in his job and it shows.

The technician did knock and we were able to speak for a moment.

I cancelled service on March 25th and decided to go the organic route. I received a text message today saying a service tech was on the way. I called customer service to confirm my service was cancelled and asked that they stop the specialist from coming. The agent confirmed that I had cancelled and that they would call the tech. When I returned home today I saw a sign that service had been performed. TruGreen ignored my request trespassed and serviced my lawn without permission.

I notice the gentleman draged his hose and broke off some of my shrubs, that hurt a lot, I spent days working on those

Blake was my TruGreen representative this morning and he did a wonderful job. Not only did he do the soil test that he came for, but he did some limited weed spray also. I was very, very impressed with Blake Blake suggested that I contact TruGreen and have an additional weed spray done. Can I arrange that appointment now?

As this is my 1st experience with TruGreen, I cant comment on results yet. But, the technicians have been punctual and informative. A + in these regards.

Between 645 and 12:00, I ve gotten 11 text messages saying three different people are coming to do three different tasks 2 showed so far the first Evan was very polite and he did the mosquito spray on bushes when I asked if it was harmful to my dog, he said to give 30-60 to dry. Antwone does not like his job. From the moment I approached him, he did not look happy. When I asked if what he was putting down would harm my dog, he said, it s fertilizer and naturally if he roll on it, it s going to itch. So I asked how long be he could walk on it and was told, can you water it down? . Yes, I can but what exactly am I paying for again? Waiting on Nathaneal, I am not sure what to expect! I have cameras in the front and back of my home and I have not seen anything impressive yet. But today is day one. Nathaneal was very customer service friendly! Hopefully I ll be impressed with the outcome.

Excellent Customer Service Today. After having the same service tech, come out twice with a deplorable attitude,it was a pleasure working with Mr Atkinson.. He is the only reason, I will continue my service to complete my treatment plan. 1st Problem: The same tech SHOULD NOT have been sent back out to my residence twice since we had a complaint about the tech.( Mr. Williams) Trugreen needs to do the following to improve Customer Service: 1) Train their Sales Rep and Office Manager to be Professional a) What company manager tells a customer, that their sales rep will tell you anything you want to hear to get your SALE. b)What company manager with 39 yrs of experience tells you that unprofessional behavior of their tech is Understanable with disrespect to the customer, paying their bill is OK. . Example of behavior :The tech didnt introduce themselves, just began putting flags in lawn. Didnt explain/ wait for me to ask any questions. 2) Do a better job training Sales Rep explaining the actual role of Service Tech. a) A customer is not told by sales rep ,, the service tech, are working on a time schedule . Trugreen as a company seems to be More Concerned with the Number of Lawns done, than the CARE of Healthy Lawns as they Advertise .... A customer doesnt find out until having a complaint, that the managers are subcontractors from outside of Georgia. Mr Dunkin was from Florida that told me and I quote the sales rep will tell you anything you want to hear to make a sale. Even if that is true, Who Tells A Customer Such information? Unprofessional with 39yrs, as an employee of Trugreen... I had concerns in acquiring Trugreen service,due to FOX 5 News report of techs driving up to a customer home, documenting that they service the lawn, drive off and charging for service that wasnt DELIVERED..... It s Spring! TruGreen tree and shrub pest spray plan in my yard, protects the many shrubs in beds around the house, hedges away from the house, and keeps ants out of the trees.

The TruGreen Specialist was very conscientious about letting us know he was here so we could keep our dogs inside, and to make sure that the aeration service did not damage the irrigation system.

I recently had an uncomfortable experience while speaking with a customer representative regarding an estimate. Despite expressing my desire to take some time to think about the contract and requesting to see a quote via email, she repeatedly pushed for me to sign up immediately. Her insistence escalated to the point where she raised her voice and continued to reiterate the same points without acknowledging my concerns. It was a frustrating and uncomfortable interaction, and I felt pressured into making a decision on the spot. As a result, I cannot recommend this companys services based on this negative experience with their representative.

They say they come out and service the yard but skip the backyard..when I ask the last Technician who came out and the text message saying yard was complete and I caught him before he finished putting up his equipment and I asked about the backyard...He said oh I didnt know there was grass back there. So I am not sure if they are doing the sideyard because if they did they would see the backyard.

I have been with this company for over two years. This year 2023 is the worst. The treatments killed the sod in my back yard. I requested a resolution for my lawn with no response from the head manager CRAIG MINGS at the Norcross GA location. I have been waiting for a month, NO RESPONSE FROM CRAIG MING. I feel the need to file a small claims in court for the restoration, because True Green promised me % garentee for a healthy lawn.

Due to the extent of my poor lawn I expected a full cycle (meaning a year) to be needed to restore the lawn back to some resemblance of decency. All technicians arrive on time and make contact with me. They are very professional and am satisfied with each area that is covered during their visit.

New customer, paid upfront for the year service. I was shocked when the technician showed up for my first service appointment and was done in less the 10 minutes. 10 minutes for 15000+ square feet of lawn. Didnt refill the spreader...not possible. That was on the 3rd of July. Ive tried to no avail to talk to someone ever since. Cant get anyone on the phone, just get routed to call center. Zero customer service, zero service!!! In my opinion...these guys are some of the worst Ive dealt with!!!!!!

Technician did not complete the service I requested. My live view never took place. The whole time I had a message reading well be with you shortly but no viewing ever showed up. Within about five minutes Of treatment I asked the technician if that was it and she said yea. Then I asked if she treated for fleas and she said no wasnt in my notes. That was my main reason for contacting true green and was recommended to get the mosquito treatment because flea treatment was included. Im cancelling the service. Not worth paying for lack of integrity.

Dont fall for it, I have tried to get the weed killer out to my house. 4 weeks now multiple trucks and no weed killer at all, every time they say they will spay the weeds, then they ran out and they do not do anything but fertilizer the grass. It takes them a week to roll each truck which is too long. My weeds are spreading like wild fire. I will just take my money back.

Yesterday again Trugreen technician stopped by to do the scheduled treatment but surprisingly he has done nothing before leaving!!!! My home security camera recorded all he has done!!! I ve been a customer of TruGreen since 2019, investing a substantial amount of money in their services to maintain my lawn. However, I m deeply disappointed by the outcome. My yard has suffered extensive damage, with large dried patches that have turned my once-healthy lawn into an eyesore. Despite my continued investment and loyalty, TruGreen has not taken responsibility for the damage they ve caused. They ve given flimsy excuses like shade, even though neighboring properties with bigger trees are thriving. I ve discovered a glaring issue right at the border of my yard and my neighbors . The evidence points to something definitely having gone wrong. It s clear that TruGreen is avoiding accountability. I believe in informed consumer choices and want to prevent others from falling victim to similar situations. If you re considering lawn care services, I strongly urge you to think twice before trusting TruGreen with your hard-earned money. The rep today was very efficient and gave me some very good suggestions for maintaining my lawn.

We often found that the TruGreen providers did absolutely no work and simply placed TruGreen signs in our lawn and left. Many of our shrubs and trees also died as a result of TruGreen service, yet they denied these claims and said that it was our fault, not theirs.

True green keeps my lawn in perfect condition Year around Grass is green and growing without weeds 9 applications a year and true green knows when to apply properly

Ive had them twice. Both times their customer service has been the reason I have had to cancel. This most recent time in Brookhaven GA I informed them that I had a new a lawn and couldnt put some of the established lawn pre-emergent chemicals down. They werent listening, but I was going to meet them at my lawn and talk to them. They didnt show up at the appointment, so I called and they said they would come out right away. However, I had already taken off work for the original appointment and couldnt make that work. Then the rep from this branch called me and basically said we are trying to improve our customer service. We know were the best so now we will give you individualized service. I told him there was nothing, Im happy with my new company and the pricing. And he got mad at me like it was my fault, sarcastically said well it sounds like you know your lawn better than us so bye. I asked him if that sounded like the good customer service he said he was after 30 seconds ago to which he also said bye and hung up. Avoid this company. We just had Miguel come out to survey our lawn. After 4 years of service, I have a back yard with nothing but 65% mud. The service technician came by last week & let me know that they had been treating my back yard (fescue) with the same treatment as the front yard (zoyia) & I paid them to kill my yard. When Miguel came out, he let me know it was my fault due to drainage & then told me it could also be drought or fungus. Basically saying he had no idea but it had to be my fault. I asked why didnt their technicians address this some time over the last 4 years Ive been paying & he reassured me it must be my fault. I asked him to leave. I do not recommend paying these guys to damage your lawn & tell you why its your fault.

Ive been a Trugreen customer for years. Previously I reported an issue with one of their specialist providing poor service. Management addressed my concerns and dispatched a technician to retreat my lawn within two days. Now I have a new lawncare specialist who provides quality service and pays attention to the details. Thank you Trugreen!!!!

Still a customer, but not for long. I have asked for a supervisor now for 5 weeks. No response. Poor service, and promises to treat an area that has not been treated for 2 springs. Still have the pile of weeds piled up almost 1 5 tall. All sod, 125.00 dollars worth, has now died. Back yard full.of weeds and has only had 1 treatment . I need a supervisor to call me asap

I have been with trugreen for 5 years but I will definitely change to another company. I called three times to ask for a service but a person came and stood in front of yard for 5 mins did nothing and left. Is that called service? I called to complain to ask for a earlier service than regular one. I was told it will be arranged but it turn out it is still just on a regular service date. The weed has happily grown in yard everywhere. I am so annoyed to see my yard now. Except the apologize the assistant have nothing else to say or to do. This is it for personal. But the company service quality become shallow and not respectable to customer s money and trust.

We have been using Trugreen since mid last year. We have had issues with weed control. The company sent out a service manager in May who was very rude, and gave us the wrong information. When he came out he told us that since we had only been using their service for 3 months there would be no difference. When we tried to let him know we had been using it longer than 3 months he fought back. Our records clearly show otherwise. When I reached out to the company to file a complaint, I spoke to a representative who could not forward me to an area manager so I could figure out who was the sales manager that came to our property. I got 4 different numbers from different representatives and none of them were the right contact. I have filed a complaint and received no communication based on that. I believe it is very unprofessional and will not recommend this company to do business with.

As homeowners, we take pride in our yards. If we don t have green thumbs, we hire companies we trust to help us care for our lawns. We trusted TruGreen Lawn Care since we moved in last year. We noticed that lately our backyard was overrun by weeds. We called a few times and they offered to come out to spray again. Last Tuesday, we saw the rep come out to spray treatment only spray our front yard (confirmed it on our doorbell camera). He held a 5 gallon sprayer, treated the front yard and left claiming to have sprayed the whole property (front, sides and back). They sent someone back out today and he blatantly said on our doorbell camera that he only sprayed the front and sides and even went as far as commenting on my ugly a** dog as he was leaving. We knew their service was lacking but now we have proof. Such awful service. We trusted this company and we had to get to this point to show them their employees don t do their job. If you have TruGreen providing services, you have to keep an eye on them when they come to ensure they provide the service you are paying for. I highly recommend you find another law care service!

DO NOT GIVE TRUGREEN YOUR INFORMATION! I filled out a form on their website and for 3 weeks now I have gotten calls, texts, voicemails DAILY from them. I have REPEATEDLY asked to be removed from their lists and to not be contacted again. Today I was told it would take 30 days to process in their system to not be contacted. This is harassment, I would not recommend this company to anyone. The calls have been coming from numbers all over the country. I try blocking them and another pops up.

No one called me ahead this expect someone. I woke up 8 am and saw notification on Ring app that someone came an hour ago. I looked at the camera for earlier recording- the technician (Jorge Torres is the name) literally just drove by the house, left piece of paper at the door, and left. The paper stated that he did weed control and fertilizer yet my camera proved he did nothing of it. In addition the gate to my backyard is locked too so how he did any treatment? I called TruGreen and complained their technician cheated. They apologized and rescheduled, sending someone else. I told them they must inform me ahead of the date and time to expect someone to make sure I am there the whole time. This post is intended to let others know this happened to me and to be alert.

Our yard is full of weeds after multiple applications. The person I spoke with on the phone said Trugreen will refund me but she isnt able to do it. She sent my request to someone and this other person just told me they wont refund me even though my yard is full of weeds. SCAM.

They ruined our newly laid grass. The pictures speak for themselves. To top it all off they took 3 weeks to get back to me and had the audacity to blame our lawn mower , we don t even mow the lawn there.

Trugreen is horrible, I used them for years and they went completely downhill. They burned large portions of my yard and my neighbors, they would not respond to repeated requests for help. I have canceled service, avoid at all costs.

all my properties are free of ant hills, which is what I pay them for, thats all i can comment on as far as their service

I enjoy having my trees and shrubs treated because my yard is mostly trees and shrubs and I want them to be happy and healthy.

The Area Mgr lied to me regarding a quote.

We used TruGreen for mosquito treatment this summer and deeply regret it. We continue to get tons of bites despite asking for resprays between scheduled services. We used Mr. Mister Mosquito Control last year and had no mosquitoes. We only tried TruGreen because it was less expensive, but that was a huge mistake. Complete waste of money and now the mosquitoes are even inside the house.

They call ahead and if extra service is needed, they are there! I love this company

They keep charging me but never gave me service

First house in the subdivision. They destroyed my lawn. Looked great for a few months then seems they stopped caring.

Had the service for 4 months and I almost loose my lawn due to weeds. Would not recommend at all

You guys are the best, and I mean that sincerely! The best $1,000.00 investment I have ever made in my home. My lawn looks great thanks to you ! My only regret is that I didnt do it sooner.
