Julian has really helped out my yard - he offers advice and even has helped us water in a product when we were going to be out of town for a day or so. He leaves us detailed notes and has suggested different ways to deal with some grassy weeds. Halisi and Julian take the time to look at my yard and help me understand my situation ( which is part of why I switched to this company). Also love the pet and pollinator safe treatments. We're working to improve the quality of our lawns and save some tree/shrubs that aren't doing well, so I can post an update later.
Have had a great experience w/ Simply Organic since signing up last year. I inherited a difficult yard that is full of weeds, and they take the right measures to get it back to its potential without killing off my existing sensitive grass. Their prices are also by far the cheapest compared to others that I’ve extensively researched. Julian serviced my lawn today and did an amazing job. He pointed out dry spots in my lawn that need attention and recommended the best approach to get them fixed, whether on my own or to have Simply Organic help. He is very accommodating, so I will ask to have him service my lawn in the future. He is a great technician that is what this company needs to grow and remain successful.

Company cannot keep qualified staff. They are highly focused on treating your lawn as much as you will allow in order to drive up costs. Earlier this year they tried to raise my rate from $62 a treatment to $78. I told them I would drop service and they pleaded with me not to leave. In March they then tried to up my treatments from 7 a year to 8, and I told them no way. Would always have high levels of poanna weeds thru May June and never happy with their service timeframes. Then in May began to get brown patch which was killing off new Zeon zoysia in backyard, so called for service 3 times to no avail then cancelled service. Nathan then called to plead with me once again to not cancel and stated he would personally work with me to resolve our brown patch issue. He came out once to apply fungicide which did not work after 30 days then sent a new tech out to apply Heritage fungicide which helped but was much late in the game. After over two months with continued brown patch I requested follow up only to be told it would cost $137 additional not counting my 4th round of treatment which they could only apply to my front yard at $62. Nathan was extremely combative over the phone when I stated all I wanted was problem to be resolved before paying anymore money and he refused. So I cancelled service again and here I am writing this review. I think these guys couldn’t care less about my lawn and they likely won’t survive in the next year if they treat customers like this and perform so poorly. It is not Rocket Science to treat lawns and I’m done with paying this much money ($435 a year) for weeds and brown patch in my yard. I can buy Scott’s products and Heritage Fungicide online and not have to deal with both crummy customer service, high prices and low performance.
I appreciated Julian Landa taking the time to explain the weeds I have in my lawn and treating them effectively! He cares about customers and my lawn :)

I am so pleased with my lawn since you have been doing it this season. I spent thousands of dollars with another lawn service, that ended up killing my grass. I wont mention their name, but initials are TG. Dont waste your money on other companies use Simply Organic Turf Care . You will not be disappointed and will have a happy lawn. A satisfied customer
BUYER BEWARE! We had terrible service. The treatments did not work and wanted to charge extra for some crab grass that we had. Also, we canceled our services, as did 4 other neighbors and they ended up still charging us for additional services that we did not want. Theyre still not providing the refund. I wouldnt recommend them at all.
Whatever you do, dont prepay for services with this company. I paid in advance for 6 applications and received only 5 over the course of a year. I actually thought the plan included 7; regardless, we only received 5 in a 12-month period. After the 5th application, I was informed that staffing shortages have caused Simply Organic to terminate services in my area. I requested a full refund for the 6th application not received. Instead, Simply Organic provided a partial refund, saying that their prices increased. Whats the point of prepaying if youre not going to honor the price and services quoted? In the end, Im glad its over with Simply Organic. I have since realized that I paid WAY TOO MUCH for lawn care using Simply Organic. Extremely overpriced for the services performed. I have found a much better lawn care company, and its certainly NOT their recommended sister company Arbor-Nomics. Hunt around and read their reviews -- there are several reputable lawn care companies that do a great job at a reasonable price. I suggest steering away from Simply Organic.

I have been a customer of simply organic for a couple years and have been very pleased. They stay on top of my lawn and let me know when certain treatments are needed. Recently Danielle has been doing my lawn service and has done a great job. She keeps an eye on it and lets me know when certain treatments are needed. Shes very thorough and explains everything to me. We have a new puppy and want to be careful about what treatments are put on the lawn in our backyard and Danielle helps us make those decisions. Shes very knowledgeable

Iam from otter creek court sandy springs area I saw your company treating a house near me I stopped to ask questions and a met a very nice well mannered girl name Danielle she was very helpful I started asking her questions about my lawn and the treatment she gave me a business card she also took the time to walk with me around my yard and I showed her the problem areas she had very well knowledge of the treatment and what will be good for my lawn I cant wait to spring so Danielle can come do my lawn I look forward to her hard work and dedication she gives every lawn like its her own thank you very much iam definitely having your company come service my lawn from here on out

We have been customers since 2017. At first all went great. I always got information when they will come and mostly I have met the guys taking care of our lawn. They come out about 7 times a year and treat my grass totally organic. It was looking really good and it is 100% pet safe. I love that! After 2020 it went downhill very fast. They had no people so the treatment was delayed or did not happen. In 2021 they raised the prices. My guess is, that they have changed something in their treatment as well. My grass look horrible. I wish they would suggest some solutions for our problem, maybe its fungus or something else treatable. But they dont. We had paid for reseeding and aeration in fall. This happened very poorly (areas with no grass at all) and we are still waiting for a reply on this, since they wanted to come out and do the reseeding again. Nobody contacted me and now it is too cold. Great service!! I will look for another company with better service. Sad!
I regret using simply organic. Over the past year my lawn has been treated by Simply Organic. Supposedly pre-emergent treatment was done throughout winter. Come spring I had never seen so many weeds (of every kind) and Simply Organic is nowhere to be found. When I scheduled my spring aeration, I was shocked to see how quickly the associate completed the process. There were swaths of grass that hadn t Ben touched. In addition I had asked and had confirmed an estimate for my back yard, which I have been taking care of personally. This estimate was to take place at the time of the aeration... no one bothered to knock on my door. Needless to say, my back yard is in far better shape than the front - the front having been treated for over a year by simply organic. I will be dropping this service, should they decide to return my call. Side note: the staff has always been pleasant and cordial.
I will let the picture do the talking. This is how the lawn looked all year. The owner Les seemed extremely annoyed when I asked this needs to be fixed. His crew burned the grass and wants to nurse it back to health, maybe it will take months or maybe next year but who cares ..I am supposed to be patient. But of course my credit card has been charged for this disaster. I was also told they are in the process of getting a landscaper to fix it. Nothing has changed so far. Will certainly update if that happens at all. Update: The company did send a third party contractor to put down some sods In July.
They are very inconsistent, for the price the service is lacking
I switched from TruGreen which would always forget to spray my back yard and the back started looking terrible. Simply Organic has provided excellent professional service and have my back yard looking great again.
I hired simply organics last year. I ve been in my home for six years. Prior to hiring them I was always on the impression and was told that my grass was fescue. It was always treated as fescue ,and it looked great . To my surprise, when I hired simply organic they told me that he was in centipede. At the few months of them treating my yard they started looking burned, dead with ball spots in many areas. I called them and sent pictures of my yard prior to them being hired. I showed them pictures of how great my yard looked before. They been lowered my price by a little bit and said that I should see changes soon, due to the weather getting better. My grass looks horrible. I had a friend stop by yesterday. He asked me why did my grass look so bad. Quite embarrassing. Enough is enough
This company is terrible. I regularly have had to weed on the weekends since our lawn remained covered in weeds. Our last aeration and seeding was so patchy that we had to go out and buy extra seed. They didn t do half the yard. We ve been calling them for weeks to cancel our service and get a refund for the last job and they refuse to respond.
We have used them over the past year and have been happy. It took a while to get the weeds under control, but our lawn looks much better. Most importantly, this company uses less toxic to non toxic products which makes me happy for my children, dog, and our environment. Even when they have to use conventional chemicals on the lawn, it doesn t have that really strong odor like other lawn companies do. They have told me that they use as little as possible to get the job done. And then once your lawn is in good shape you can go completely organic if you d like. Their prices are also reasonable and competitive with other companies!

Simply Organic does a great job on our property. Our yard looks better now than it did when we utilized a traditional lawn care service and we have peace of mind that we are not doing anything to harm the environment or our small children.
Their staff that comes out is phenomenal. One of their men came out and gave me advice on my bushes and plants and so forth just because. They are very friendly and go above and beyond to answer any questions you have, etc. They are also very prompt. If you call to get your yard re sprayed for weeds, they come out pretty quickly.
Im really dedicated to organics so I really wanted to like this company. Years ago, I had used another organic company (before they went out of business) and they were fabulous, but with Simply Organic, my lawn always looked horrible. I had Bermuda grass in the front and fescue in the back, and both looked horrible, especially in the summer, even though I paid for the extra treatments they recommended. My lawn maintenance company kept telling me they had never seen such terrible service and that I needed to switch, but I really wanted to stick with organics, even though I was sacrificing appearances. I would have stuck it out longer, but last fall, Simply Organics seeded my Bermuda with Fescue on accident. I understand that everyone makes mistakes, but their excuse was that the lawn was in such poor shape that they couldnt tell which it was. I agree that the lawn was in poor shape, but 1) It shouldnt have been in poor shape because I was doing everything they recommended and they were responsible for it 2) Everyone makes mistakes, but Ive been working with them for over six months, and other than them coming out once to seed it again with fescue, they havent kept their promises to do more re-seeding. In fact, since Les came out the beginning of March in answer to my request to have a manager come look at how bad it was, I havent heard at all from them. 3) They did very little to attempt to fix the problem. Ive never seen such terrible customer service. Update 6/22/17: I spoke with the owner in April after I posted this review (yes, they finally called AFTER I posted the review). He wanted me to remove the negative review and offered a year of free service if I did. I stated that I wanted them to repair the mess they caused. He promised to come out and look at the grass, but I never heard from him again. He left a response below that they really tried. Id love to see any proof that they tried to fix their mistakes beyond one overseeding. Ours is no harder than any other yard.

Zoysia lawn in Midtown looks great! Having the organic treatment lets me feel good about the kids playing outside.
I just couldnt get the timing and ratio right with pre-emergants with my centipede lawn. Dont have to worry about that anymore with Simply Organic. Centipede doesnt have to compete with weeds in the spring now!
