I am extremely disappointed with the services provided by King Green Law Care of Norcross. Despite paying a premium price, I have consistently received subpar service from this firm. It is infuriating to witness their lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction. One of the most frustrating aspects of their service is their complete failure to communicate. On multiple occasions, they have arrived unannounced without any prior notification. As someone who often works from home, this is incredibly inconvenient and disruptive. Furthermore, it seems that their negligence extends to the actual work they perform. Despite their claims of providing comprehensive lawn care, they consistently fall short. They only complete half of the necessary tasks and yet have no qualms about charging the full amount. It is outrageous to pay for a service and not receive the level of care that was promised. One particular issue that stands out is their neglect of my backyard. Due to security concerns, I keep the yard gates locked. However, rather than making the effort to inform me or request access, they simply skip servicing my backyard altogether. It is a basic responsibility for any lawn care company to communicate with their customers and make arrangements to gain access to the property. Their failure to do so demonstrates a lack of professionalism and attention to detail. What perplexes me even more is their claim of providing a courtesy call. Despite supposedly being on their list to receive such a call, I have never once been contacted by them. It is baffling how they can consistently fail to fulfill such a simple task. It seems that their focus is solely on charging customers for renewals rather than delivering effective and reliable service. In conclusion, King Green Law Care of Norcross has proven to be ineffective, unprofessional, and untrustworthy. Their lack of communication, incomplete work, and disregard for customer satisfaction are unacceptable. I strongly advise against using their services, as they are nothing more than inept and thieving individuals who do not value their customers time or money.

Called in mid-May to get a quote for a lawn service plan and aeration. They said someone would get in touch with me to come out and take a look at my lawn and discuss options. I guess they dont need my business because no one ever got back to me.

Paid king green $60 dollars.. they treat my yard...then knock on my door and ask for $50 more to spray another chemical needed.. they are crooked... Be careful

I have tried other lawn care services before. King Green has been wonderful. I had one issue with a spot in my yard. They were out immediately with good recommendations and an eventual fix. I can always count on King Green to keep my yard green and weed free!

The representative from King convinced me to give them a try and I m beyond happy I did. They show up and do what they say they will do. I used King Green for several years until 2017 and had great service. But after treatment from 11/2019 to 6/2022 never controlled any of the weeds at all, I switched to Weed & Feed and got the problem controlled after just 1 application. The service isnt what it used to be.

Could put more emphasis on weed control, most of the services performed on my property, are micro- nutrients and fertilizers. I also have wild mushrooms growing, since I started using King-Green. Not sure if it is related to their products, but didnt have this issue prior to.

King Green came out a second time for specific weeds when I called them. They didn t charge me for this visit!!!

Used for weed control and aeration. Service someone what acceptable. Customer service lacking. Canceled due to poor communication and less than impressive results. Company noted unpaid balance as reason but never reached out after balance was paid. Didn t seem to want my business.

Great service and appreciate their response if service is not up to customers desire. They care about the quality of the job they do and come back out to make things right. I use them for weed treatment, fertilizing, and now aeration and seeding. Service should have been for grass strengthening. This was my first application, so it is too early to comment on product performance. However, I would prefer that technician ring my doorbell to let me know that he has arrived at 7:10 am as opposed to breaking into my gated fence.

UDATE:They were responsive to my weed problems and retreated areas so I am hopeful that weeds will be taken care of before I have to contact them in the future. Does a great fertilization program, but am constantly having weed problems and purchasing chemicals from others and having to treat myself

I hired this company because my gardener recommended them, initially they were cordial and good. My house has cameras in front and back because I like to think I am more safe. But because of this cameras I have the opportunity to see when they are coming to cut the grass, or left packages etc. The first time the company sent me an email saying that they went, my pitbul dog was outside and my cameras never detected anybody. I called them and they said the technician made a mistake because was a first time, they offer a free treatment and a manager to come again and do the job. Was ok. This week they let me know the second application was going to be this week, well this time a sir ring the bell, let the bill and left. But my cameras in front and back yard did not detected nobody. I called and they said the cameras sometimes did not show all the activity or the areas but that is not true, I can see even my gardener cleaning my dog wasting when is not his job. Then, I was not looking to not pay, but why pay for something that was not done. They said that his technician monitor shows he was in my address for 20 minutes yes, he could be there sitting in his car, because in my yard he was not.

We were a customer of Southern Botany and had excellent service and a fantastic looking lawn. Then Southern Botany sold to King Green, and everything went down hill from there. Weeds weeds and more weeds. I called King Green and told them I was completely and totally unhappy and was canceling their service. The person on the phone said okie-dokie and asked if I needed anything else and assured me that she would promptly cancel my service. A strange response, as I own a small business and would want every detail possible as to why my customer was leaving me, and do everything possible to keep the customer happy. So, we went with another service and they are currently getting rid of the mess left by King Green.

As a general rule, I dont have a problem with them. They do help keep the weeds out of my yard. I just have a couple of suggestions: 1. Start utilizing Iron more with your service. I have Zoysia and it loves iron. I usually put it down in mid- May and it greens up the yard quick. I wish I didnt have to be the one to put it down though. 2. Please Lord - start putting down fungicide. In a wet Fall/Winter, my yard can get a fungus issue. I pay you guys to help but I still have to put down Fungicide. the problem is that it is hard to tell where the fungus is in the winter when the grass is dormant. As I said, they do a good job with the weeds. With a few tweaks, the service could be excellent. Update: I spoke to the technician and he said they use Iron if requested. The issue is that it stains the driveway and such. Thank you for the update on the fungicide.

I wanted to say since we have started using King Green we have definitely noticed a huge difference in the weed control. Our home is one of the First houses in the Subdivision and it s a must that our grass looks nice, and before we had tons of weed patches throughout the yard not knowing what type of grass we really had. But since King Green our grass is now more healthier and full, Not as many weeds but they are still treating our lawn. I would definitely recommend using them, very cost efficient $54.00 a month is not bad at all. The front yard is absolutely beautiful because of King Green..... GREAT JOB GUYS!

The work is done, but at a basic level. They do not extend their effort to deal with the various root causes of the problems. For example they treat for a main weed, but not all the weeds present in the lawn. The treatments have not been particularly effective either.

They rush through everything or dont even treat your grass. There is no communication they come and go as they please. I was watching the technician, as I work from home, and he literally did nothing. He walked out and put the King Green sign on the grass and left. I think this has been going on for a while since our grass looks like dirt. Literally its brown. Our back yard looks like a swamp and no real grass even grows with treatment. Im giving them one more chance and if the same thing happens again, I will be cancelling my subscription.

Use this company if you like poor customer service, inability to answer the phone, and dry fertilizer being sprayed all over your driveway so you can then spend your own time cleaning up their mess before your kids play in it and the rain takes the fertilizer into the river down the street... Ive used them for over a year and I dont have one positive thing to say about them.

I have used King Green for about eighteen years and intend to continue using them. They have always been very professional and helpful in any matters that I have called on them for. Their techs are knowledgeable and have given me good advice on problems I have had with our bermuda grass.

Getting rid of King Green after 7 years, they have definitely gone downhill last 2 years, their products are watered down garbage and i can see a clear decline in the health of the lawn. They always want the manager to come out and say well fix it, give it some time and i did - 2 years, and nothing...moving on...

Young lady on the phone was extremely rude! I was a Whitley Lawn Care customer and got passed on to King Green thru a company sale...Not used to this type of customer service and will spend my money where I am treated with respect.

We hired King Green to care for our front yard of beautiful brand new fescue sod 3.5 years ago when we bought our new house. It was thick, full, luxurious and dark dark green then. The company always only did the bare minimum, and with no communication whatsoever. Besides a yard flag and invoice, I never saw any evidence they ever visited our house. Our lawn never looked better afterwards, and continued to struggle each summer despite core aeration, over seeding, proper mowing, morning watering, etc. We were never given instruction or guidance to help get the lawn through hot, dry summers, and are now dealing with a brown, dead, and dying lawn. Our $3,000 investment down the tubes. Last year, they sprayed Round Up over half the grass, absolutely killing it, with no notice, explanation, or communication. It never really recovered. I was so happy to fire the company. Theyre awful, only check boxes, and I truly believe a 2nd grader could keep my grass alive better than they can. Avoid this company if you love your grass.

If in the Newnan area, beware. After king green bought out Whitley lawn service, Service has went downhill. Watched king green do an application today. after two swipes of the lawn, he was done. Didnt even do the sides of the yard like hes paid to do. Took him longer to prepare the bill than the actual work. I guess myself not being home in the past applications allowed him to half fast do the job. Theyre to many lawn services out there who will gladly do the job right. Good bye king green.
