04/03/24 Update: Josh Lykins (Branch Manager) stopped by apologizing for the headache weve been experiencing and reassured me wed be refunded for no service. He then had our yard treated the very next day which I so appreciated! Even the technician text me telling me he was there and apologized for the confusion as well. I revised my review because Im a reasonable person and customer in giving them an opportunity to turn my frown upside down. Just looking forward to them holding up to their word in resolving our issues. So far, Im pleased with finally getting through to someone who cares about the customer experience. 3/31/24 How lucky for those of you whove had 5 star experiences with this company because if I could leave none, I absolutely would. You see , my neighbor and I signed up the same day a few months ago and they continually show up and treat my neighbors yard and not ours. We live RIGHT BESIDE EACH OTHER! I called and text the sales guy David and got nowhere and even called the office speaking to Chris the Operations Manager and still no further communication or follow up and still NO SERVICE. This is how you treat brand new customers? Beyond ridiculous that a customer has to call and call and text and call begging for service they paid for. I cant wait to get my money back and find a dependable company that I dont have to chase for service!

Where to start? Technicians dont identify fungus in the yard and make recommendations until its too late. Office is slow to respond to inquiries. There are much better options in the Atlanta market.

Been using them for years, but I m disappointed with the recent service. I have a problem with my lawn. I called them last Thursday afternoon. As of Tuesday afternoon, five days later, no response. Called again Tuesday and left a 2nd message. As of Wednesday evening, still no return phone call. Don t know what s going on. Terrible service. Paid them thousands of dollars over the years, and they are completely nonresponsive to phone calls, and on top of it, ignoring an obvious problem with my lawn. I m unhappy and would not recommend them at this juncture. I also noted identical issues from other reviewers. Not sure if it s really the owner who responds to these reviews, but y all need to get your act together!

this company kind of sucks. they dont do what they say theyre going to do, you get conflicting information from different people, theyre kind of dodgy like when you need help from a city employee or someone at a large cable company. its amazing how simple their job is and how little they seem to care.

We have been using Arbor-Nomics Norcross for approximately three years and are totally satisfied with their service. Prior we had another well known lawn service where we were constantly having to weed our yard and call back for reservice. Currently we have not had to weed and our grass has been strong and healthy. We are relatively new customers to Arbornomics. We have Bermuda Sod in front and Zoysia in back. It was installed a year ago. We are happy with the service to date by Arbornomics particularly with our technician DeCarlos. I like to be onsite when he is arriving and he always gives me a heads up on his arrival. Arbor-Nomics has been servicing our yard for two seasons. Prior to hiring this company, we did not have any weeds in our yard. However, as the A-N service has continued, we ve had ongoing issues with weeds. Our service rep was non-responsive when we reached out. Also, I filed multiple tickets in the customer portal without follow-up. Poor customer service unless they re attempting to make additional revenue. Also, you ll notice very few negative reviews. Don t be fooled by the limited number. Arbor-Nomics pay s people to remove negative reviews. This is what they attempted with me as well, but I declined the offer. My neighbors deserve to see balanced reviews.

Arbornomics is the ONLY company I ve used (12 of 27 years) that can be relied upon to take care of my zoysia turf, my 220 azaleas, and my ornamental trees. They are the very best.

Great guy and very knowledgeable

Have been using Arbor-Nomics for 6+ years at two different houses. They come 7 times a year to treat my zoysia and it s always looking fantastic. Collin is my current service guy and he doesn t miss a beat. Always let s me know they day before and comes and applies a variety of seasonal treatments to keep my yard green and weed free!

Ive been using this company for many years but stopped their service after my bermuda lawn is completely ruined. Now I am buying tons of lawn soil and bermuda seeds desperately to repair the damage.

The first year or so with Arbor-Nomics was great. Prior to using them, I had the best looking lawn in the entire neighborhood. So much so, that the HOA asked who I was using for my fertilization and weed control and they hired Arbor Nomics for the entire common areas for our neighborhood. Fast forward a couple years later and I now have the most weed-infested lawn in the entire neighborhood and after speaking with their receptionist and a member of their management staff, the end result is nobody cares. Stay far away from this company, it is obviously being run into the ground.

Our yard looks so much better since we started using Arbor-Nomics. We planted zoysia in our back yard last fall. With the harsh winter, the new grass was struggling. In early spring, only the weeds were thriving, and we were concerned we would need to lay new sod. Arbor-Nomics started treating the yard in May, and we saw steady improvement week by week. Now, its August, and the grass looks healthy and thick. We highly recommend Arbor-Nomics because we can see the difference their service makes.

This is what my lawn looked like after 10 years of this company treating it. Until I switched to TruGreen. They used to have a Gold Standard. Not anymore. I was paying $275. a treatment. After this years results and last I had to go with another company. Funny thing is when I sent an email with the photos, a manager came out to spot treat. He said you have no where near the 14,000 square footage we are charging you for. I had questioned the sf many of times and they said yes thats right I called TruGreen to get an estimate and they said I had 6932 sf .??? So they have been double charging me for 10 years. When I emailed the president of the company along with other managers, guess what No response My homeowners association stopped using them and many of my friends and neighbors. The quality and service has went down hill tremendously. Sept.2, 23 The photo I added that is beautiful is after going with TruGreen after 5 months. After almost 10 years of service with Arbor Nomics and they charged us for 14,000 sf then they said we had 8,000 sf Sam told me that was a $20. difference in pricing per treatment. Arbor Nomics refunded $280. You make your own thoughts! We paid Arbor Nomics $270. a treatment, since switching to TruGreen we pay $95. a treatment. TruGreen said we have 7000 sf. and this was the first year we didnt have to fertilize in between their treatments. Make your own mind up. Good company to be away from.

All five stars to Brandon, my service tech! He calls the day before & same day, so I can keep my dog safe inside. He handles any complaints or questions I have on the spot and advises me on proper lawn care and remedies for problem areas. He is friendly, knowledgeable & responsive.

Ive used Arbor-nomics for 5 years. They are prompt, professional and care for our yard well. Their monthly newsletter is also fun and helpful to read.

Jim Sommers is very knowledgeable and professional. He notifies me day before each treatment, the explains the treatment to me (fertilizers, lime, weed control) and whether to water after the treatments.

We had new zoysia grass installed in our front yard in Summer 2022. On the advice of the guy that I coordinated with to have the grass installed for maintenance, I chose Arbor-nomics Turf to take care of my lawn. I signed up for a lawn maintenance program, in addition to some aeration and fertilizer treatments, some of which included the back and side yards. We have been very pleased so far with the results of our lawn with Arbor-no mics maintenance. The yards look great and I look forward to continuing having them care for them.

I have been using Arbornomics for about 3 years now after leaving the company Tru (Never) Green , who burned my entire lawn with chemicals, requiring me to resod my entire yard. I used to have so many issues with the prior company. Arbornomics has delivered everything they promised. I am especially please with our technician, Keith. He is very attentive, punctual, an all around great professional. He knows what my lawn needs and provides customized care and treatment. I specially like to have his direct number should I need anything (although I haven t had to use it). I essentially inherited a weed patch of a front yard when I bought my house a year ago. Keith and the arbornomics team have made a massive impact on the quality of my lawn in less than a year since I started using their services. They re friendly, knowledgeable, and diligent. Love doing yard work myself but I will leave the fertilizer and weed control to them forever.

There are three things to me that make a company a model of good customer service: 1) communication 2) efficacy of their service/product and, 3) managements ability to promptly correct any issues and address them with the customer in a mutually satisfying way. Arbor-Nomics has been servicing my property for many years now and accomplishes all of those things. 1) I dont know what wed do without Keith B. all these years, especially. Hes a true model of customer service. He is consistently on time, has awesome communication skills and is a very hard worker. Even on a steamy summer morning, hes willing to stop and answer my questions. 2) Keith and the team seem to really accomplish taming yards well. They are realistic though - no one is a magician, but they stay on top of things and let you know what you can do to take responsibility for your own yards health. I cannot tell you how many COMPLIMENTS I get on my yard!! 3) I think only 1 time out of 1000 times did they drop the ball and management addressed the issue immediately and professionally. The manager communicated the whole way through and the issue was resolved in less than a few hours. Over the course of many years, Id say all of this equals amazing service!!
