Good store, pricey but everything is nowadays.
This place staff members super Friendly and nice, it’s great helpfully! They’re always help you and with a big smile! You will love shopping at this place! I definitely recommend this place.
I generally have a decent experience at the Nogales location. Today was a bit different as I was finishing my shopping. I was in the lumber section and only had one more board, 20 ft away from me, to finish my trip. An employee Edil, named by another employee, told me I needed to leave the area, I asked if he could grab me my last board and he rolled his eyes sighing. He half turned then turned back and said you need to leave this area and wait. I waited 15 minutes for them to complete the forklift move. Once he moved the gate he never offered to grab the board or say I could enter, had to ask another employee. It was very unprofessional and disrespectful to not offer assistance after kicking me out of an area that wasn't blocked off to begin with. I understand needing to complete tasks, but it was one board, didn't even have to be straight. I see many other reviews dealing with customer service, but doesn't seem like anything has been done to fix the poor customer service overall. On two previous trips about 3 months ago it took over an hour just to get two pallets per trip of concrete loaded on trailer. I generally have good experience with the cashiers, the only reason for the 3 stars. Update for review. As of November 9th I've been to the store multiple times. My checkout experience has been amazing. Still can't always find someone when I need help but the cashiers let you pay for it and find someone to bring the larger stuff you couldn't find help for. The same guy I had an issue with helped me twice load concrete today and he did it without complaint while I was there, as well as moving bags to front of trailer to keep level. Can't give five stars yet but really appreciate the improvement of employees.
There is a lot of people at Home Depot and out of all Francia was a very kind and extremely knowledgeable about everything thanks for the great customer service !
30 employees hanging around, you'd think one of them would be able to help get a toilet to the register! No you can NOT get help. I absolutely will never try to use this location again. This was not the first time I couldn't get help here.
Ryan!!! Wow, went above and beyond ! Not only was he extremely pleasant, he took customer service to another level! He never hesitated to help us out with a project that was nearly impossible. People like Ryan deserve recognition for his attitude, great customer service and his willingness to make the impossible happen!!
Dan was very unwilling to listen to my issue with their confusing pricing policy. 2 different prices displayed on an item that was purchased & he said that per retail law, it was my responsibility to look at all of the prices on display & determine which is the correct price of the item I want to purchase. I asked him for the statute number for the law he was referring to & he said he didn't know it nor did he have the time to get it for me. He also said it was Home Depot's policy for the consumer to locate the correct price of the item no matter where the item is located. So I asked him if I found an item in the opposite end of the store, if it was still my responsibility to come find the correct lable for the correct price & he said yes. I asked him for his last name & he said all he has to provide me was the name on his apron which is Dan. I asked him for his district manger's phone number & he told me to call headquarters. He proceeded to call his general manager on his phone but I didn't want to waste my time anymore. Attached is a photo of Dan. I guess I'm be going to Tucson if I have to go into a Home Depot.
I just had a not very good shopping experience at the REGISTERS with Kenia. She was at the phone, while I was waiting for her to sell me the painting I needed..and not only she overcharged me for the wrong items.. instead of 10 buckets of prime she charged me for 20, and on top she blames another co- employee that Lilian, that she did write the correct items'upv codes and quantities.. and this person Kenia gets rude and disrespectful with me and the person helping me out with the painting... I wish this business do a better training to their cashiers.. Store 8488.

Weve been here many times and it can be challenging to find things. Usually, youre pretty much on your own, but today my husband was there and one of their associates, name of Rosie, was very helpful. She helped him find everything he was looking for and he wanted to commend Rosie for her job performance! After she had finished helping him, she went to the next person she saw that needed help. Thank you, Rosie! You make shopping at this Home Depot so much easier! She deserves a raise in my opinion!

During Covid, Home depot did not allow patrons over 60 years old in their store In Hermosillo. Staff : With the exception of two wheelchair bound employees are rude.. The two associates in wheelchairs are very nice..

Ok. So ive been here hundreds of times and spent 1000s of dollars. After spending almost an hour looking for a leaf blower thats supposed to be in inventory we asked for the store manager Manny. He never showed up. Which is a reflection of how this store operates. Ignore customers and hide when you need help.

You can hardly ever FIND ANYONE QUALIFIED to assist you. You ask for help and they say theyre not assigned that area.

I honestly was shocked to see a handful of negative reviews, because this HD is clearly the BEST store I have ever been in. Friendly, helpful staff who go out of their way to assist in any way they can. A fine example of stellar management and staff whom carry a work ethic that is not seen in other HD stores. Please keep up the great service!

I like going to my local Home Depot for certain things like when I cant find items in smaller hardware stores, but if you ever need any help you wont really find it here. The staff avoids you and they are not knowledgeable about anything. Its rare when I find someone that can help me. But I have found going is bearable thanks to the Home Depot App which tells you where everything is. Other than that, would avoid it.

No service asked for assistance and was ignored. As usual this store is a nightmare when it comes to customer service. I know I dealt with the totally incompetent assistant manager and saw with my own eyes how untrained he is which infects the whole store and town. Will never spend in this town again
Way to expensive. Price inflammation is to to much.1/2 OSB use to sell at $16 its now $44. 2x4x10 are $11 when they were $7. Yikes. Other than that

Trying to get help at this location is like pulling teeth. You could wander around the store for an hour and no associate will ask you if youve found what youre looking for. On top of not being helpful to their customers, they treat you as if your a problem when you ask the location of products. If you happen to find the space for the product youre looking for, chances are they dont have it on stock! Order online and avoid the employees theyre useless anyway.

Horrible customer service!!!!... Soo disorganized.. Employees have no idea what they are doing .. No experience in any type of construction, pluming, electric..etc.. No help what so ever. Have to go there its only one in town but they need to work and not stand around talking to each other.. My husband always has to lift hevy materials by himself while employees walk by and stare at him dont offer to help!!!.. There is probably 3 people in that whole store that are helpful.

not very helpful, need more ppl to help customers Need to be honest, Flooring department told me on phone I could schedule a measure tomorrow and have it installed in 2 weeks. Talked to Both a man and woman working IN FLOORING....., both said same......got my husband up to go help me pick carpet, waited 30 minutes to talk to the workers.....the first thing she said is oh no we cant measure for a month......big mistake 2600 sq ft house will get carpet elsewhere. Dont lie .....
