Spring Green in Noblesville

Spring green made 3 applications last year and it started burning on my lawn. I told them that and they told me that it wasnt an eye problem, it was the terrain, but I have lived here for 10 years and my lawn was fine. The person who came to do the applications I dont apply them correctly and they dont pay any attention to fixing it and they demand that I pay them for their bad service I just want someone to fix my lawn they burned it all down

I ve used Spring Green for several years and have always had regular and prompt service. If anything does not come up to expectations they will put it right with no delay or questions. The prices are competitive and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly

Been using them for a couple years and so far so good. Great pricing and quality. Our yard looks amazing again this year. 2nd year using and them and not bad.

Had these guys care for my yard for a season. After the second time they left my gate open and the dogs got out I called and cancelled my service. The owner called me (left me a VM) on May 27th 2021 apologizing and letting me know that is unacceptable and he s refund my money. I felt that was the right thing to do and moved on. Months later, Sept I believe, I received a bill stating I had an outstanding balance of roughly $100 and if I didn t pay it immediately I d be turned into collections. At this point I called the office and left a VM with my customer number and requesting a call back. As of now, I believe I ve left at least five VM s asking for a call back to resolve the matter, I ve emailed the owner directly, reached out to them via their contact us on the website, and still have received zero contact from them. I m shocked a business would behave this way and would hope I at least get a response on here to ensure I get this resolved. I ll remain hopeful but sad that it takes a negative review to get their attention. Edit 03/02/22: the new office manager reached out to me and explained they ve made some changes to the business. He ensured all billing was correct and the account was closed. While I appreciate his efforts I can t change the rating I give this location based on the terrible service received.

I have been a long time customer. In 2021, I ordered pest control once. I currently have another pest control company doing the work. Spring Green called to tell me they would be out but didnt specify the service. They did the pest control. I called to say I did not order the pest control. The answer I got was all services ordered renew the following year and that they told me on the call what they were coming out for. They did not tell me what they were coming out for, just that they were coming out. So I am cancelling my service and looking elsewhere. So be warned, if you start with this service whatever you order even just once will be renewed the following year but done 3 times what you ordered the previous year. I was very unhappy but apparently this is none of their concern since they have so many customers already that one is just a drop in the bucket.

Last year was the 1st year using this company. The scheduler Katie is always friendy and calls to let us know what time the guys will be on site. She rocks! The guys are in and out and the yard looks good..

I have been a satisfied customer with Spring-Green your many years now, and each year my lawn remains weed free and the grass keeps getting fuller and thicker each year. Thank you Spring-Green!

They did an OK job up until a little over a week ago when they put down the late fall treatment. The guy came at 7:30 AM on a Saturday and drove over the grass when it was covered with a thick layer of frost. A week later, I have dead grass tire tracks all over my yard. I know the grass will come back in the spring but I left two messages for the owner and was never called back. When I called to terminate my service today, there was no apology or attempt to retain my business. There are too many other companies out there that offer this service to let that slide.

We used Spring Green last year for the first time, and had I written a review at that time, it probably would not have been 5 stars, because I really didnt notice a difference at all and wondered if I had wasted my money. Then I remembered when my mom had told me that when she had used a lawn care service, it took a year or two for her to really see any noticeable results. So I waited and decided to go ahead and renew my service for this year. I have to say, this year our lawn looks healthier than ever! Other homes in our neighborhood have dandelions and clover all over the place, but our grass is basically weed free and looks much healthier than when we moved in 2 years ago. I could not be happier! I did see in the owners comments that you cant control what the homeowners do, and I believe there is something to be said for that. We have a terrible spotty front lawn due to trees and tree roots that we have had to give extra attention to in addition to this service - but I think the lawn care we receive has helped the grass seed we put down to do better as it is not competing with weeds and gets fertilized as well. Anyway I added some pest control services this year and hope that turns out well but so far their office has been very responsive to my needs and requests and we are happy with the care we receive!

I have a postage stamp sized yard, so I used to do the fertilizing myself. I decided to use Spring-Green several years ago and couldnt be happier. I dont have to worry about what application to put down, and when. My yard looks fantastic.

Very disappointed in the appearance of my lawn. My first year experience required major areas of brand new lawn seeding but gave them a second chance this summer. Yard has never looked worse. I take a lot of pride in my yard and I couldnt be any more disappointed.

We used Spring Green Noblesville for the first time this year. Our yard is looking better than ever, even with the crazy weather we had this year. They are always very friendly and prompt with their responses to any questions or concerns we have had.

Disappointing Experience I take a lot of pride in my lawn. And Ive used a few different lawn care companies to treat my lawn over last 10 to 12 years. i switched to Spring Green because I was lured in with their marketing and promise of a better price. Big mistake! My lawn suffered greatly. Pricing seemed to inch up with every application. I never knew when they were coming to treat my lawn and they never seemed to address any areas of concern. And it was hard to get in contact with the owner of this franchise. I was so fed up with the results that I fired them in early summer last year and took the task upon myself. Ive found the smaller, local hardware stores like Ace carry great products and Ill stick with that from now on or go back to TruGreen.

I am happy with the service. I loved the price point we paid for the service. Our lawn is looking better! Thank you.

Even after numerous treatments our lawn still had weeds. The guy rides a thing around the yard and doesnt get off to spray hard to reach places. I asked them to stop service and they sprayed again without contacting me first to put my dogs away like I had previously requested and then billed me. My parents are also new customers as of this year and are also very unhappy with their lawn.

Hi, my name is Alan Bilbrey, and I own Spring-Green Lawn Care. I found these two reviews troubling I am not a huge company like TruGreen or Scotts, with thousands of customers. I am a small business owner, and each and every customer I have is important to me; I know and take pride in each lawn I have. As such, I remember these two situations: Regarding the customer who said we don t have adequate machinery to do the job, my very capable and trusted employee, Jerry, did an aeration/overseed on the customer s yard. The customer had been on vacation when the work was done and got home about a week later. He called to say the aeration/overseed had not been done. I talked to Jerry about it, who confirmed that he did the work, but I headed out to the customer s yard, so I could see it with my own eyes and make sure the work was done. I immediately saw the aeration holes and grass seed and called the customer later in the day to let him know everything looked as it should. He continued to insist the work hadn t been done, so I said I d call him back in a week and we d see if the new grass seed was coming up. If not, I d do the aeration/overseed again myself. I drove by his house a few days later, and sure enough, there were little grass seedlings coming up in the aeration holes, just as one would expect to see. I called the customer to discuss this, and his explanation was not that the grass seeds we had put down a week ago were sprouting, but rather, the seed the homeowner put down himself the year before was finally coming up. Honestly, that s the explanation he gave for why he wasn t going to pay me. Regarding the the other review about the overseeding, I did the work myself and did put down four pounds of grass seed per thousand square feet. I even went back to my truck to refill the grass seed during the application. In short, the grass seed was applied very thickly. We, like any lawn service company, do not guarantee grass seed because there are simply too many variables. If it doesn t rain, and the customer doesn t water, I can t control that. I would have been happy to help him anyway (same with the first customer, or any customer), but neither wanted help. They just wanted to not pay for the work I did. I take a lot of pride in my work and in my business. Its important to me that my yards look good. Thank you.
