We searched and searched for the right landscaper to completely redesign and remove the landscaping from the front of our home. We sure did find the perfect company. From the moment I met Eric, I was so impressed. He sat down with me in our front yard & really listened to my vision and put a design together that is so beautiful that my husband and I just want to sit in the front yard and enjoy it. Eric came out 3 times to work with me to deliver everything we wanted within my budget. Once we decided they immediately started working. Their guys are amazing and hard workers. They were there everyday and as it was getting done, I wanted some changes. No problem, and they took care of it immediately. Cole the owner was so responsive to me even after hours. We are so happy with the completion, we can’t wait to have them help with our next project. I promise you that you won’t be disappointed with this company. One of the best I have ever worked with and I don’t do reviews unless I am thoroughly impressed!!!!
Cole and his team of pro's made my backyard an oasis. He turned an okay deck into our dream pergola. He was very responsive to our random questions and would call him again for any landscaping needs.

Initially, I had a half acre yard and when I downsized later to a very small yard, the price dropped accordingly. They are trustworthy and do a great job and I am happy with the results. They trimmed a large crepe myrtle for me. The tree looks great and they left no debris behind.
This company is 5 star all the way. The entire staff was on point and provided the best customer service I have seen in a long time. You actually talk to a person and not a voicemail recording. The Pergola they installed for me was exactly what I wanted and they completed the job in a timely manner. This is how a business should operate.

If you call them or email them, they respond almost immediately. Their prices are mid-range; to my mind, not unreasonable at all. Last but not least, everyone Ive had to deal with at New Season Landscaping has been friendly and accommodating, very easy to work with.

Very disappointed in lack of service I received. Called to have a simple ivy vine trimmed and once bid was done there was zero communication unless I called to follow up. Once a follow up call was made work was to be completed Tuesday or Wednesday come Today Thursday work was still not done and no call to let me know there was an issue. Once I called to see what status was I was not even given a call from owner which I requested but a call back saying they would get to it tomorrow morning on the way to another job that it was on the way. A true good business treats their small jobs the same as their large jobs. A $75 vine trim can earn several hundred dollars in future work if treated with respect and valued as customer this is not the case with this company.

Wouldnt use anyone else! New Season is affordable and my lawn looks great but most importantly, they have great customer service. They are always professional, show up when they say they are going to and will fix anything tha pops up between treatments. Our lawn looked so good that most of my neighbors and our HOA started using New Seasons too!

The team at New Season has been nothing short of outstanding for our lawn and landscaping needs. We have used numerous weed control companies over the years, but always seemed to have weeds pop up regardless of what they used or did. The first year with New Season, our yard flourished , no weeds, and they came back if we forgot to put our dogs up at no additional cost! The nice part is, if you have pets, they let you know the day before they come so you can make arrangements (assuming you dont forget after being reminded ). 100% recommend Cole and his team, the best in the metro area!
