While servicing the neighboring property, they decided it would be okay to have their tools on my lawn. When I asked them to move their things, they threatened to call the police on me, said I was intimidating, and apparently somehow didn’t see our no trespassing signs. Seriously lack of professionalism. When you make a mistake, own up to it. Don’t try to place blame on someone else. I understand mistakes happen, and I wasn’t even upset about the stuff being in our yard until I received nothing but a rude response.

MAAC services handles our parking lot plowing. We have a huge parking lot, so we let them dump snow in the half we don't use. WELL - when it all melted (finally! :) there was just a lot of trash, including big chunks of concrete! I asked if they could come clean it up and not only did they come right out - they scooped it all up and hauled it away. GREAT service - see ya next year! :)

Called MAAC on a Tuesday for an important clean-up at our plant outside grounds and a very thorough team of two showed up on Wednesday. These guy's really worked hard and got the results we needed with minimal direction. Great service and a great team. We know who to call! Thank you.
