Very satisfied. By far the best our lawn has looked in my 24 years here. No other lawn care providers come close and honestly was a waste of hard earned money. Frank and his team are the best.

Contacted this company on recommendation from another provider. The initial phone call was strange, I explained we had a sudden situation in our front yard. He said, “Yeah I’ll come out sometime and give you an estimate.” I was not sure what that meant - would we schedule an appointment? Would he come out at his convenience then call? Should I call back? I even told my husband that I had no idea what the plan was. I happened to be coming home when he showed up the next week to do his estimate and he was at the wrong house and I came over to get his attention. I don’t know if this embarrassed him/hurt his ego, but he was really unfriendly from the start and it only got worse. I’m not sure if this person is not used to speaking to clients, and maybe handling business a different ways - but he offered only random ideas of what could be causing the issue including “over watering” which is not the case. Or a down spout. I asked specifically about insects and he said absolutely not, no way. But I didn’t mention that I had another company come out two days prior who immediately said grubs, cut up a small corner of the lawn and grubs were right there. Overall, I haven’t experienced a service provider who simultaneously said he had no real solutions, seemed very unknowledgeable and argumentative, was tossing out “ideas” but also was arrogant in responses when I simply asked questions (I.e. he suggested seeding and I asked if spring was better, and he snapped back with a “I’ve been doing this 20 years” and literally left rather than simply explaining why fall was better). The whole interaction was completely bizarre and rude.

I am so impressed with this company. The proof is in the pudding, as the old saying goes and my yard looks fantastic! It's noticeably greener and more lush than last year. All of the staff have been responsive and helpful. I never felt pressured or like I was being upsold on other products. I couldn't be happier!

Owner and employees are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. Mr Green Thumb is a results driven company and understands that details matter. They exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them for anyone looking exceptional customer service experience.
