Couldn’t get a call back from any business for weeks and was urgently looking for lawn maintenance. Be Rooted is the only response I got and they came out, gave me a VERY reasonable quote and I’m very happy with the work already.

We do not regret contacting Be Rooted Lawncare and Landscaping. We decided to call Be Rooted after hearing great things from two other clients of theirs. Our family chose to do some yard renovations before spring hit. We had questions about sod type as well as pros and cons of the different types. All of our questions were answered in detail and we ended up with the owners choice and we love it! We also had a driveway extension issue. After speaking with the employee about our issue and sending over a couple quick pictures of our area, the plan was set. The sod and rock were literally delivered in the same week we reached out. The delivery driver also did some measuring to help us out. The delivered amount was exactly what we needed and they didn’t overshoot just to make more money. Very honest and up front!! I told my wife that I wish we had another yard to dress because dealing with them was so nice! They made my whole family feel like VIP!! Give them a call for any Landscape need!

I’ve been with BeRooted for several years now for my lawn maintenance and I have to point out how pleased I am that every time I call if they don’t answer immediately, Brandon always calls back within a couple of hours. When I call to request having any overhanging tree limbs or bushes trimmed or even adding pine straw to the yard, they always complete the extra request by my next scheduled service. A great local business I would recommend to anyone!

I have used Be Rooted after Hurricane Sally destroyed our yard. Numerous dump trucks of sand had to be brought in and they spread them out and leveled it and had it looking like nothing happened. They have also changed out a lawn pump for my mother and she was extremely happy with the service. I have also used them to replace sprinkler heads. All around a good company!

If you are looking for a service that is poor at best, You have come to the right place. The workers are offensive and will not respect other properties. They routinely leave a mess in the street, blow the leaves in other properties yards or simply blow them under the shrubs so they don't have to clean them up. I have had to barricade my yard to keep them out. I have politely asked the workers to stay in their customers yards to no avail. I have called the owner but they refuse to call me back. Oh, and they never answer the phone. Since they do not bag their lawn clippings, they aim the grass shoot toward my yard for raising my concern. Based on what I have seen, I would never use their service. They don't even mow their customers yard that is not in view. They park their truck and trailer in front of my house when they are mowing someone else's property. I am done trying to get this resolved and am sharing my experience here!

Called April 16th, no answer. Called April 23rd, no answer. Called April 26th at 9:30am, no answer, left a voicemail. Finally got a call back over 24 hrs later. Made an appointment for them to just come look at my yard for this morning (May 5th, 7am). No one showed up. No call to let me know they won't be here, nothing. Called them at 9am (two hours after they were supposed to be here), got sent straight to voicemail. This is not a review of their lawn care, as I've never received it, it could be great, but I wouldn't know.
