Villains Landscape comes by my complex every week, and not only inconsistently mows, and weed wacks our yard along with other tenants. They also like to damage vehicles and not be honest about what they do. When proof is provided they indulge in dishonesty and inconsistency in conversation. They do a piss poor job at their day to day jobs. They are cheap in both their conversation and job quality. After a problem is presented they also like to come back and continuously cause problems including touching vehicles, manipulating property, and blowing grass into doorways. All of which that is caught on camera.

One of their truck drivers cut me off and send me off the road. If I didn't see him coming I would have probably died. If you see one of these trucks be careful they don't know how to drive.

This so-called business Villani' Lawn & Landscape LLC. Operates machinery in an unsafe way after already having a serious traffic incident earlier in the day. Total disregard for Human safety and property is Villani' Lawn & Landscape LLC. Way. This must be on and off the job sites if you see a truck, please use extreme caution.

If you want to pay $20 for a car wash every time they come to mow then this is the place for you :)

Excellent operation. They always do whatever it takes to get you the right tool for the job. Rentals are reliable and reasonable and they go out of their way to make sure everything is where you want it when you need it.

Driver blocks 2 business driveways, instead of pulling a truck length up the street, causing several patrons to be stuck for over a half hour and causing this business multiple customers not able to get in. Driver wouldnt move and after calling owner, he didnt care where this driver split the trailer to get the load. Very unprofessional and wouldnt even think to call this company for any services in the future

Get in touch with Jonas. He will set expectations. He will ensure communication is a priority. He kept me in the loop about everything. Even if you don't know what to ask when you call him, he will come talk to you in person and discuss cost effective options with you LIKE A FRIEND. The price was RIGHT. They have the machinery/equipment and they CARE about your property and the neighbors. I have more projects that I will hire them for in the future.

Villani's Lawn & Landscape went above and beyond to make sure I loved everything about my landscaping. Not only did they finish the job on time, but they helped me with suggestions and ideas for the design. I would definitely refer them to friends and family!
